Abstract
The invention discloses a tool assembly for replacing a circuit breaker mechanism box component, which can realize relatively accurate operation and can mechanically assist component transportation in a component replacement process, thereby liberating manpower and improving working efficiency. The invention comprises a horizontal lead screw, a vertical lead screw, an operating hand wheel and a supporting base; the horizontal lead screw and the vertical lead screw are steel lead screws, and the bottom of the vertical lead screw is provided with the supporting base; the operating hand wheels comprise two vertical operating hand wheels and one horizontal operating hand wheel, the number of the vertical screw rods is two, and the number of the horizontal screw rods is one; the vertical operating hand wheel is assembled on the vertical screw rod, and the horizontal operating hand wheel is assembled on the horizontal screw rod; every operation hand wheel all contains two embedded bearing cylinder liners, and the inside car has the screw thread that matches with the horizontal lead screw and the perpendicular lead screw that correspond.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to an auxiliary tool for replacing a mechanism box component of a circuit breaker of a transformer substation, which is particularly used for carrying a motor, a working cylinder, a pressure storage cylinder and the like in the replacement process of the mechanism box of the circuit breaker.
Background
At present, for the replacement of mechanism box parts of a high-low beam (LW) 55B-800 type circuit breaker of a large-scale transformer substation, a forklift and manpower assistance are often required, and in actual work, the work cannot be completed quickly and efficiently due to the limited influence of transportation and manpower of the forklift;
the part weight of change in-process is at 20 kilograms to 50 kilograms within range, and working space is narrow and small, and at whole part change in-process, the part by inside transport outside the mechanism case and the part after will maintaining is very big by the work load of mechanism case transport to the inside mounted position of mechanism case, and this process does not have fine appurtenance at present, has the potential safety hazard, changes inefficiency.

The technical problem to be solved by the invention is to provide a tooling assembly for replacing a circuit breaker mechanism box component, which can realize relatively accurate operation and can mechanically assist component transportation in a component replacement process, thereby releasing manpower and improving working efficiency.

The leveling of the horizontal screw rod 1 and the lifting of a hoisted object can be realized by adjusting 2 vertical operation hand wheels 3, and the moving out or pushing in of the hoisted object can be realized by adjusting the horizontal operation hand wheels 4.
