Abstract

The invention relates to an exhibition or physical shop information interaction method and a positioning method based on face recognition. When a customer user walks to an exhibition place of a merchant or a shop, the face feature data of the merchant user is collected by a camera of client equipment of the customer user, the face feature data is compared and matched with the face feature data in a face database of the system, and if the customer user is a registered merchant user, the display information of the merchant is pushed on a customer user client interface or a customer user group icon of the merchant is pushed and added into the merchant group. The face feature data and the ID of the merchant user are correspondingly bound with an exhibition map or a shopping mall map of an exhibition or a shopping mall of the shop, so that the customer user can identify the merchant user for positioning through the face.
