Technical Field
The invention relates to a tester, in particular to a counter pressure tester for balancing the internal and external pressures of a sterilized object packaging container.
Background
When packaged food, medicines and other articles are sterilized in food, medicine, packaging and scientific research industries, the pressure in a packaging container of the sterilized articles can change along with the change of temperature in the stages of heating, heat preservation and cooling of sterilization, and the phenomena of bottle cap bulging, looseness, container deformation and the like caused by imbalance of internal and external pressures of the packaging container of the sterilized articles can be caused by no back pressure in sterilization equipment or over-high or over-low pressure of the back pressure in the sterilization equipment compared with the pressure in the packaging container of the sterilized articles; therefore, a certain back pressure needs to be added in the sterilization equipment to balance the internal and external pressures of the packaging container of the sterilized object, so that the phenomenon that the bottle cap is bulged and loosened or the container is deformed due to the unbalanced internal and external pressures of the packaging container of the sterilized object is avoided.
At present, no pressure detection equipment for sterilization back pressure of sterilization equipment exists in the market, and the solution for the back pressure of the sterilization equipment is to set a preset value, then carry out repeated tests by setting different back pressure, and determine a set value of the back pressure according to the appearance change condition of a packaging container for sterilized articles after visual inspection or hand feeling sterilization. The method can not directly detect the pressure values generated in the packaging container of the sterilized object at different temperatures, and can not accurately obtain the back pressure values to be added in different temperature sections of the sterilizing equipment in the stages of temperature rise, heat preservation and cooling. Although a large amount of tests consume a large amount of manpower and material resources to determine the set value of the counter pressure, whether the determined set value of the counter pressure is balanced with the pressure generated inside the packaging container of the sterilized object or whether the difference between the set value of the counter pressure and the pressure generated inside the packaging container of the sterilized object is large still has no data basis, and the bottle cap is bulged, loosened or deformed due to the imbalance of the internal pressure and the external pressure of the packaging container of the sterilized object, so that a large amount of waste products are generated. Particularly, the bottle cap bulge or the bottle cap looseness generated by the packaging container of the sterilized object easily causes the sealing of the packaging container of the sterilized object to be damaged, so that the sterilized object is very easy to be polluted and infected by bacteria, and the harm is brought to the health of human beings and animals.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to overcome the defects in the prior art, and provides a counter pressure tester which solves the problem that an accurate value of the counter pressure of sterilization equipment cannot be obtained at present.
In order to solve the technical problems, the invention provides the following technical scheme:

The preferred embodiments of the present invention will be described in conjunction with the accompanying drawings, and it will be understood that they are described herein for the purpose of illustration and explanation and not limitation.
As shown in fig. 1, the backpressure pressure measuring instrument comprises a measuring instrument host 1, wherein the measuring instrument host 1 is connected with a first temperature signal sensing module, a second temperature signal sensing module and a pressure signal sensing module, a first temperature sensor 2 of the first temperature signal sensing module is arranged in sterilizing equipment 3, a second temperature sensor 4 of the second temperature signal sensing module is arranged in a sterilized object packaging container 5, and a pressure guide pipe 6 of the pressure signal sensing module is communicated with the sterilized object packaging container 5; the tester host 1 is provided with a central processing unit module 7, the central processing unit module 7 is connected with a display screen 8, an input operation module 9 and a signal acquisition module 10, and the signal acquisition module 10 is respectively connected with a first temperature signal sensing module, a second temperature signal sensing module and a pressure signal sensing module.
The first temperature sensor 2 is connected with a first signal converter 11, the second temperature sensor 4 is connected with a second signal converter 12, the pressure guide pipe 6 is connected with a pressure transmitter 13, and the first signal converter 11, the second signal converter 12 and the pressure transmitter 13 are respectively connected with the signal acquisition module 10; the first temperature sensor 2, the second temperature sensor 4 and the pressure guide tube 6 are connected to the sterilization apparatus 3 through a first sealing device 14.
The working principle is as follows:
the pressure signal sensing module collects the pressure in the sterilized object packaging container, transmits the pressure signal to the signal acquisition module, and the pressure signal is processed, calculated, stored and transmitted to the display screen for display through the central processor module; the first temperature signal sensing module collects the temperature inside the sterilization equipment, transmits a temperature signal to the signal collecting module, and the temperature signal is processed, calculated, stored and transmitted to the display screen for display through the central processor module; the second temperature signal sensing module collects the temperature inside the sterilized object packaging container, transmits the temperature signal to the signal collecting module, and the temperature signal is processed, calculated, stored and transmitted to the display screen for display through the central processor module; in the process, the central processor module carries out relevant operation according to the requirements input by the input operation module. The pressure value in the sterilized object packaging container corresponding to the temperature of the sterilized object can be intuitively obtained through the measured pressure and temperature values, so that the counter pressure value which is added outside the sterilized object packaging container in the sterilization device in the sterilization process is obtained, and the internal pressure and the external pressure of the sterilized object packaging container are balanced.
In addition, the heat penetration time of the sterilized article is obtained by comparing the temperature in the sterilizing equipment with the internal temperature of the sterilized article, so that for the sterilizing equipment which does not measure (or can not measure) the internal temperature of the sterilized article, the internal temperature of the sterilized article is obtained by the temperature of a temperature control point in the sterilizing equipment and the heat penetration time, and then the counter pressure value for balancing the internal pressure of the sterilized article packaging container, namely the counter pressure value of the sterilizing equipment is obtained by measuring the internal temperature of the sterilized article and the corresponding pressure value generated by the sterilized article packaging container.
The front end probe of the first temperature sensor 2 is arranged at the temperature control sensor 19 of the sterilization equipment 3, so that the measured temperature of the sterilization equipment is more accurate.
An upper sealing connecting cover 20 is arranged at the top of the sterilized article packaging container 5, a third sealing interface 21 is arranged on the upper sealing connecting cover 20, the second temperature sensor 4 penetrates through the third sealing interface 21 and is in sealing connection with the third sealing interface 21, and a front end probe of the second temperature sensor 4 is inserted into the sterilized article; the upper sealing connecting cover 20 is provided with a fourth sealing interface 22 and a fifth sealing interface 23, the fourth sealing interface 22 and the fifth sealing interface 23 are both communicated with the sterilized article packaging container 5 through air vents 24, the fourth sealing interface 22 is in sealing connection with the pressure guide pipe 6, and the fifth sealing interface 23 is provided with a plugging device or a valve. When filling is carried out under normal pressure, the fifth sealing interface is blocked by using a blocking device; and during negative pressure or positive pressure filling, after the third sealing interface and the fourth sealing interface are hermetically connected, the sterilized object packaging container is vacuumized by using the vacuum device, and the valve is closed after the required vacuum degree during filling is achieved, or the valve is closed after the pressure in the sterilized object packaging container is supplemented to the required pressure during filling by using the pressurizing device.
The bottom of the sterilized article packaging container 5 is provided with a lower sealing connecting plate 25, and the upper sealing connecting cover 20 and the lower sealing connecting plate 25 are locked and connected through a long bolt 26, so that the sealing performance of the sterilized article packaging container is improved.
A sealing pad 27 with a through hole is arranged between the upper sealing connecting cover 20 and the sterilized article packaging container 5, thereby further improving the sealing performance of the sterilized article packaging container.
The air space compensation block 28 is arranged in the sterilized article packaging container 5, because the pressure guide pipe is longer and the sealed space of the sterilized article packaging container is enlarged after the pressure guide pipe is hermetically connected with the sterilized article packaging container, the air space compensation block is added, and the space increased by the volume in the pressure guide pipe can be compensated.
The main body 1 of the measuring instrument is provided with a data export interface 29, the central processing unit module can store the stored data, graphics and characters to a mobile storage device or a computer through the data export interface, the data report can be directly printed by a micro printer or the mobile data storage device is connected with the computer for printing and analysis, and the data export interface adopts but is not limited to a U disk interface and an RS485 communication interface.
The invention relates to a counter pressure tester, which can quickly obtain counter pressure values which are required to be added by a sterilization device with data support in different stages of temperature rise, heat preservation and cooling by directly measuring the internal temperature of a sterilized article, the temperature in the sterilization device and different pressure values generated along with the temperature change in a sterilized article packaging container in the sterilization device, so that the internal and external pressures of the sterilized article packaging container are balanced, and the phenomena of container deformation, cover loosening, cover bulging and the like are not generated.

the tester host is provided with a central processing unit module, the central processing unit module is connected with a display screen, an input operation module and a signal acquisition module, and the signal acquisition module is respectively connected with the first temperature signal sensing module, the second temperature signal sensing module and the pressure signal sensing module.
