Description

Rotary kiln lining brick and rotary kiln lining building method
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of kiln lining building, in particular to a rotary kiln lining brick and a rotary kiln lining building method.
Background
Because the interior of the kiln is always in a high-temperature environment, the refractory material forming the kiln lining is easily damaged by the radiation of high-temperature flame, the scouring and corrosion of materials and high-temperature flue gas containing dust for a long time; therefore, it is required that the refractory brick used as the lining of the rotary kiln should have high wear resistance and soft spots. In addition, because the rotary kiln is a kiln which horizontally rotates, the lining in the kiln longitudinally deforms to a certain extent in the process of rotating along with the kiln shell, and the built lining bricks are easy to break due to stress distortion, the refractory bricks used as the lining of the rotary kiln are required to have higher compressive strength.
At present, the inner lining of rotary kiln is usually built by lining bricks made of refractory castable, the refractory casting cone material is an indefinite refractory material, and the refractory casting cone material is characterized in that the refractory casting cone material can be directly used after being formed and baked by a loose mixture matched with a proper anchoring piece without being calcined in advance. The lining bricks are supported by the anchor, so the design of the anchor is particularly important. The commonly used anchoring member is Y-shaped or V-shaped, but the adoption of the anchoring member needs to be firstly welded on the kiln shell of the rotary kiln and then cast on site to form a lining body. For the rotary kiln adopting the prefabricated lining brick, the anchoring piece needs to be embedded in the lining brick, and the anchoring piece is welded and fixed with the rotary kiln shell when the lining is built. And the welding during the building can not be realized by adopting the anchoring piece.

The anchor assembly sets up 2 along the vertical of lining brick, and 2 anchor assemblies are close to the both ends of lining brick and set up.
The anchoring piece body is vertically arranged in the lining brick; the anchoring part body is in an inverted U shape, and the anchoring part supporting legs are arranged on the outer sides of two ends of the bottom of the anchoring part body.
The end of the anchor leg does not extend beyond the outer surface of the corresponding side of the lining brick.
The cross section of the lining brick is isosceles trapezoid, the width of the working surface is smaller than that of the binding surface, and the upper bottom and the lower bottom of the isosceles trapezoid are both arc-shaped and matched with the inner wall of the rotary kiln shell; the longitudinal section of the lining brick is rectangular; the through grooves are formed in 2 longitudinal side faces of the lining bricks.
The cross section of the through groove is rectangular or semicircular.
The lining brick is a baking-free prefabricated lining brick.
The anchor is made of carbon steel or stainless steel.
A method for building a rotary kiln lining comprises the following steps:
1) plastering fire clay on one side of the binding surface of the lining brick, sticking the lining brick to the inner side of the rotary kiln shell, and welding anchor support legs which are exposed at two sides of the lining brick and are bound with the rotary kiln shell on the rotary kiln shell through the through grooves to realize the relative fixation of the lining brick and the rotary kiln shell; when the lining brick B is built beside the fixed lining brick A, firstly plastering fire clay on the binding surface of the lining brick B and then sticking the lining brick B to the inner side of the rotary kiln shell, then welding and fixing the anchor part supporting leg close to one side of the lining brick A and the rotary kiln shell through the through groove, and then welding the anchor part supporting leg at the other side;
2) building a row of lining bricks longitudinally along the rotary kiln according to the method in the step 1), and then building another adjacent row of lining bricks circumferentially along the rotary kiln in a clockwise or anticlockwise direction; the rest is done in sequence until the lining bricks of the whole rotary kiln are completely built;
3) the through grooves on all the lining bricks are filled with casting materials or ramming materials, so that the top surfaces of the through grooves are flush with the working surfaces of the lining bricks.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that:
1) compared with the traditional lining brick of the rotary kiln, the lining brick can adopt the prefabricated lining brick, the anchoring piece is welded on the kiln shell during the building, the built lining and the kiln shell are integrated, the phenomenon that the lining brick is broken and falls off due to the fact that the lining is distorted and deformed in the process of rotating along with the kiln shell can be avoided, and the service life of the lining brick of the rotary kiln is prolonged.
2) The lining brick is a non-fired prefabricated lining brick, and has the advantages of no need of firing, short production period, high yield and low cost.
