The bottom of the box body comprises a containing cavity 300, a containing box 310 is arranged in the containing cavity 300, the containing box 310 is further arranged below one side of the drying disc 210, which is far away from the rotating shaft rod 250, and the containing box 310 is used for receiving dried traditional Chinese medicines falling from the bottom plate 215. That is, when the bottom plate 215 is rotated to be opened, the side of the bottom plate 215 away from the rotating shaft 250 is rotated downward, so that the traditional Chinese medicine on the drying tray 210 slides down to the storage box 310 below the drying tray 210.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 3, a plurality of warm lamps 230 are fixedly disposed on the top wall of the drying chamber 200. The number of the warming lamps 230 is not limited in this embodiment, and may be determined according to actual conditions, and an instruction may be issued to the central processing unit through the server 410 according to actual drying requirements, so as to set the number of the warming lamps 230 that are turned on. One side wall of the drying cavity 200 is fixedly provided with a first air blowing device 220, and a first ventilation opening 270 is arranged on one side of the opposite side of the side where the first air blowing device 220 is located. One side wall of the receiving cavity 300 is fixedly provided with a second blowing device 330, and a second ventilation opening 340 is arranged on one side of the opposite side of the side where the second blowing device 330 is located. The warming lamp 230 is electrically connected to the central processing unit, and the central processing unit controls the warming lamp 230 to work through the output level. The first blowing device 220 is electrically connected to the central processing unit, and the central processing unit controls the first blowing device 220 to operate through the output level. The second blowing device 330 is electrically connected to the central processing unit, and the central processing unit controls the second blowing device 330 to operate through the output level.
Specifically, a humidity sensor 280 is disposed on a sidewall of the drying box on one side of the first ventilation opening 270. The humidity sensor 280 is electrically connected to the central processing unit and converts the humidity value obtained by monitoring into a level signal to be input to the central processing unit for processing. The central processing unit sets a limited humidity value for the humidity sensor 280 according to the received instruction, compares the humidity value sensed by the humidity sensor 280 with the limited humidity value, and inputs different level signals to the central processing unit according to different comparison results. That is, when the humidity value sensed by the humidity sensor 280 is lower than the limit humidity value, the humidity sensor 280 inputs a high level signal to the cpu; otherwise, a low level signal is input.
Specifically, the inner wall of the drying tray 210 is provided with a temperature sensor 290, and the temperature sensor 290 is electrically connected with the central processing unit and inputs a temperature signal obtained by monitoring to the central processing unit for processing. The central processing unit sets a limited temperature value for the temperature sensor 290 according to the received instruction, the temperature sensor 290 compares the sensed temperature value with the limited temperature value, and inputs different level signals to the central processing unit according to different obtained results. That is, when the temperature value sensed by the temperature sensor 290 is higher than the defined temperature value, the temperature sensor 290 inputs a high level signal to the central processing unit; otherwise, a low level signal is input.
Specifically, the upper end surface of the bottom plate 215 is provided with a first gravity sensor 211 and a second gravity sensor 212 for sensing the gravity of the traditional Chinese medicine on the drying tray 210. A third gravity sensor 320 for sensing the gravity of the traditional Chinese medicine in the storage box 310 is provided at the bottom of the storage box 310. As shown in fig. 4, a fourth gravity sensor 160 is disposed at the bottom of the container 100 for sensing the gravity of the traditional Chinese medicine to be dried inside the container 100. The central processing unit sets a defined gravity value for the first gravity sensor 211, the second gravity sensor 212, the third gravity sensor 320 and the fourth gravity sensor 160 according to the received instruction, and the first gravity sensor 211, the second gravity sensor 212, the third gravity sensor 320 and the fourth gravity sensor 160 compare the sensed temperature value with the defined temperature value and input different level signals to the central processing unit according to different comparison results. The first gravity sensor 211, the second gravity sensor 212, the third gravity sensor 320 and the fourth gravity sensor 160 have different defined gravity values, corresponding to a first defined gravity value, a second defined gravity value, a third defined gravity value and a fourth defined gravity value, respectively.
Specifically, the bottom plate 215 is further provided with a mesh tray 213, the bottom plate 215 is further vertically provided with an electric telescopic rod 260, and the mesh tray 213 is fixedly connected with a movable part of the electric telescopic rod 260. The lower end surface of the bottom plate 215 is further provided with a third motor 214, the third motor 214 is used for driving the electric telescopic rod 260 to rotate, and the mesh tray 213 can be driven to rotate by the rotation of the electric telescopic rod 260. In the non-operating condition of the mesh tray 213, as shown in fig. 2, the electric telescopic rod 260 at the bottom of the mesh tray does not lift nor rotate. The electric telescopic rod 260 is electrically connected with the central processing unit, and the central processing unit controls the electric telescopic rod 260 to work through output level. The third motor 214 is electrically connected to the central processing unit, and the central processing unit controls the third motor 214 to operate through the output level. Wherein, as shown in fig. 5 and fig. 6, in the drying process, the netted tray 213 rises and rotates along with the electric telescopic rod 260, so that the warming lamp 230 uniformly bakes the traditional Chinese medicine on the netted tray 213, and the netted tray 213 has a leak, so that the heat emitted by the warming lamp 230 can reach the traditional Chinese medicine on the lower layer through the traditional Chinese medicine on the upper layer, so that the vapor evaporated from the traditional Chinese medicine in the heating process can be diffused without being blocked, i.e. the traditional Chinese medicine is uniformly heated. Meanwhile, the implementation does not adopt a stirring mode, the original shape of the traditional Chinese medicine is retained to a great extent, and the traditional Chinese medicine has extremely effective use value under the condition that partial traditional Chinese medicines are not easy to be mashed.
Specifically, the control panel 400 of this embodiment is further provided with a blowing indicator 430 for prompting that the storage chamber 300 is being blown to cool, an empty indicator 440 for prompting that the amount of the traditional Chinese medicine in the container 100 is empty, and a buzzer 420 for prompting that the blowing in the storage chamber 300 is completed and the traditional Chinese medicine in the storage box 310 reaches a limited gravity value, so that the storage box 310 can be taken away. The blowing indicator 430, the empty box indicator 440 and the buzzer 420 are all electrically connected with the central processing unit and controlled by the output level of the central processing unit. A first relay is arranged between the central processor and the second blowing device 330, a second relay is arranged between the central processor and the buzzer 420, and a third relay is arranged between the central processor and the blowing indicator 430. The bottom of the box body is further provided with a stop door 350, the stop door 350 comprises a power switch key, the power switch key is electrically connected with the direct-current power supply, when the stop door 350 is opened, the power switch key is disconnected, and when the stop door 350 is closed, the power switch key is closed. The first relay, the second relay and the third relay are electrically connected with the power switch key and are controlled by the output result of the direct current power supply which is switched on/off by the power switch key.
Specifically, the bottom plate 215 of this embodiment includes a bottom plate switch key, which is electrically connected to the dc power supply, and the on/off of the bottom plate 215 controls the on/off of the bottom plate switch key, and the on/off of the bottom plate switch key controls the input level to the cpu. The sliding shutter 130 includes a sliding shutter switch electrically connected to the dc power supply, and the opening/closing of the sliding shutter 130 controls the opening/closing of the sliding shutter switch, and the opening/closing of the sliding shutter switch controls the input level to the cpu. The connection relationship between the CPU and the parts in the drying box is shown in figure 9.
Example two:
the embodiment discloses a traditional Chinese medicine drying method, which is applied to a traditional Chinese medicine drying box in the first embodiment, and as shown in the attached figure 8, the method specifically comprises the following steps:
s1: switching on the power supply and starting the traditional Chinese medicine drying box.
S2: the gravity value of the traditional Chinese medicine on the bottom plate 215 sensed by the first gravity sensor 211 is determined.
When the gravity value sensed by the first gravity sensor 211 is smaller than the first defined gravity value, the first gravity sensor 211 inputs a low level to the cpu, and the process proceeds to step S3.
When the gravity value sensed by the first gravity sensor 211 is greater than or equal to the first defined gravity value, the first gravity sensor 211 inputs a high level to the central processing unit, the central processing unit receives the high level and outputs a corresponding output level, the output level controls the sliding baffle 130 to be closed by controlling the first matching electric telescopic rod 110, so that the traditional Chinese medicine does not fall off, and the process proceeds to step S4.
S3: it is determined whether the bottom plate 215 is open. The opening and closing of the bottom plate 215 can drive the opening and closing of the bottom plate switch key, so that the direct current power supply can input different input levels to the central processing unit after passing through the bottom plate switch key, and the central processing unit can output different output levels according to the different input levels, thereby controlling the work of the first matched electric telescopic rod 110.
When the bottom plate 215 is opened, the cpu controls the sliding baffle 130 to close by controlling the first electric telescopic rod 110, so that the chinese medicine does not fall off.
When the bottom plate 215 is closed, the cpu controls the first electric telescopic rod 110 to open the sliding baffle 130, so that the chinese medicine starts to fall off, and the process returns to step S2.
S4: and judging the humidity value in the drying box sensed by the humidity sensor 280.
When the humidity value sensed by the humidity sensor 280 is smaller than the limited humidity value, the humidity sensor 280 inputs a high level signal to the central processing unit, the central processing unit controls the plurality of warming lamps 230 to be turned off by outputting the level signal, the central processing unit controls the blowing device to be turned off, the central processing unit controls the telescopic rod and the mesh tray 213 to stop rotating by controlling the third motor 214, and the process proceeds to step S6.
When the humidity value sensed by the humidity sensor 280 is greater than or equal to the limited humidity value, the humidity sensor 280 inputs a low level signal to the central processing unit, the central processing unit controls the plurality of warming lamps 230 to be turned on by outputting the level, the central processing unit controls the telescopic rod to be lifted, the central processing unit controls the telescopic rod and the mesh tray 213 to be turned on and rotated by controlling the second motor 240, and the process proceeds to step S5.
S5: and judging the temperature value in the drying box sensed by the temperature sensor 290.
When the temperature value sensed by the temperature sensor 290 is less than the defined temperature value, the temperature sensor 290 inputs a low level signal to the central processing unit, and the central processing unit does not output an output level for controlling the first blowing device 220 to be turned on, and the process returns to step S4.
When the temperature value sensed by the temperature sensor 290 is greater than or equal to the limit temperature value, the temperature sensor 290 inputs a high level signal to the central processing unit, the central processing unit outputs an output level for controlling the first blowing device 220 to be turned on, the central processing unit controls the plurality of warm lamps 230 to be turned off, the central processing unit controls the first blowing device 220 to be turned on, and the step S5 is repeated.
S6: the cpu controls the bottom plate 215 to be turned on by controlling the second motor 240, that is, the cpu outputs a level to control the second motor 240 to be turned on, and the second motor 240 drives the bottom plate 215 to rotate around the rotating shaft 250, and the process goes to step S7.
S7: the gravity value of the traditional Chinese medicine on the bottom plate 215 sensed by the second gravity sensor 212 is judged.
When the gravity value of the traditional Chinese medicine on the bottom plate 215 sensed by the second gravity sensor 212 is smaller than the second defined gravity value, the second gravity sensor 212 inputs a high level to the central processing unit, the central processing unit outputs a high level after processing for controlling the second motor 240, the bottom plate 215 is controlled to be closed by controlling the second motor 240, the central processing unit also outputs a level for controlling the telescopic rod to be reset, and the process goes to step S8.
When the gravity value of the traditional Chinese medicine on the bottom plate 215 sensed by the second gravity sensor 212 is greater than or equal to the second defined gravity value, the process returns to step S6.
S8: judging the gravity value of the traditional Chinese medicine in the storage box 310 sensed by the third gravity sensor 320;
when the gravity value of the traditional Chinese medicine in the storage box 310 sensed by the third gravity sensor 320 is smaller than the third defined gravity value, the central processing unit controls the second blowing device 330 to turn on, controls the blowing indicator 430 to light up, and repeats step S8.
When the gravity value of the traditional Chinese medicine in the storage box 310 sensed by the third gravity sensor 320 is greater than or equal to the third defined gravity value, the central processing unit controls the second blowing device 330 to turn on, controls the blowing indicator 430 to light up, and proceeds to step S9.
It should be understood that, as in the previous step, the third weight sensor 320 inputs a level to the cpu, and the cpu controls the second blowing device 330 and the blowing indicator lamp 430 through the output level.
S9: the central processing unit controls the second blowing device 330 to be turned off, the central processing unit controls the blowing indicator 430 to be turned off, and the central processing unit controls the buzzer 420 to sound.
In addition, in the processes of step S8 and step S9, when the door 350 is opened manually, the cpu controls the second blowing device 330 to turn off, the cpu controls the blowing indicator 430 to turn off, and the cpu controls the buzzer 420 to turn off.

the central processing unit sets a limited humidity value for the humidity sensor (280) according to the received instruction, and the humidity sensor (280) inputs different level signals to the central processing unit according to different results of the sensed humidity value and the limited humidity value.
4. The traditional Chinese medicine drying box according to claim 3,
a temperature sensor (290) is arranged on the inner wall of the drying disc (210), the temperature sensor (290) is electrically connected with the central processing unit and inputs a temperature signal obtained by monitoring to the central processing unit for processing;
the central processing unit sets a limited temperature value for the temperature sensor (290) according to the received instruction, and the temperature sensor (290) inputs different level signals to the central processing unit according to different results of the relative high and low of the sensed temperature value and the limited temperature value.
5. The drying box for traditional Chinese medicine according to claim 4,
the upper end surface of the bottom plate (215) is provided with a first gravity sensor (211) and a second gravity sensor (212) which are used for sensing the gravity of the traditional Chinese medicine on the drying disc (210);
a third gravity sensor (320) for sensing the gravity of the traditional Chinese medicine in the storage box (310) is arranged at the bottom of the storage box (310);
a fourth gravity sensor (160) for sensing the gravity of the traditional Chinese medicine to be dried in the container (100) is arranged at the bottom of the container (100);
the central processing unit sets a defined gravity value for a first gravity sensor (211), a second gravity sensor (212), a third gravity sensor (320) and a fourth gravity sensor (160) according to a received instruction, and the first gravity sensor (211), the second gravity sensor (212), the third gravity sensor (320) and the fourth gravity sensor (160) input different level signals to the central processing unit according to different results of the sensed temperature value being higher than and lower than the defined temperature value;
the first gravity sensor (211), the second gravity sensor (212), the third gravity sensor (320) and the fourth gravity sensor (160) have different defined gravity values.
6. The drying box for traditional Chinese medicine according to claim 5,
the bottom plate (215) is also provided with a reticular tray (213), the bottom plate (215) is vertically provided with an electric telescopic rod (260), and the reticular tray (213) is fixedly connected with the movable part of the electric telescopic rod (260);
the lower end face of the bottom plate (215) is further provided with a third motor (214), the third motor (214) is used for driving the electric telescopic rod (260) to rotate, and the electric telescopic rod (260) rotates to drive the reticular tray (213) to rotate;

the bottom of the box body is also provided with a stop door (350), the stop door (350) comprises a power switch key, the power switch key is electrically connected with a direct-current power supply, the power switch key is disconnected when the stop door (350) is opened, and the power switch key is closed when the stop door (350) is closed;

s1: switching on a power supply, and starting a traditional Chinese medicine drying box;
s2: judging the gravity value of the traditional Chinese medicine on the bottom plate (215) sensed by the first gravity sensor (211);
when the gravity value sensed by the first gravity sensor (211) is less than the first defined gravity value, proceeding to step S3;
when the gravity value sensed by the first gravity sensor (211) is greater than or equal to a first defined gravity value, the central processor controls the sliding baffle (130) to be closed by controlling the first matching electric telescopic rod (110), and the step S4 is carried out;
s3: determining whether the backplane (215) is open;
when the bottom plate (215) is opened, the central processor controls the sliding baffle (130) to be closed by controlling the first matched electric telescopic rod (110);
when the bottom plate (215) is closed, the central processor controls the sliding baffle (130) to be opened by controlling the first matching electric telescopic rod (110), and the step returns to the step S2;
s4: judging the humidity value in the drying box sensed by the humidity sensor (280);

when the humidity value sensed by the humidity sensor (280) is greater than or equal to the limit humidity value, the central processor controls the plurality of warming lamps (230) to be turned on, the central processor controls the telescopic rod to be lifted, the central processor controls the telescopic rod and the reticular tray (213) to be turned on and rotated by controlling the second motor (240), and the process goes to step S5;
s5: judging the temperature value in the drying box sensed by the temperature sensor (290);
when the temperature value sensed by the temperature sensor (290) is less than the defined temperature value, returning to step S4;
when the temperature value sensed by the temperature sensor (290) is greater than or equal to the limited temperature value, the central processing unit controls the plurality of warm lamps (230) to be turned off, the central processing unit controls the first air blowing device (220) to be turned on, and the step S5 is repeated;
s6: the central processor controls the bottom plate (215) to be opened by controlling the second motor (240), and the step S7 is carried out;
s7: judging the gravity value of the traditional Chinese medicine on the bottom plate (215) sensed by the second gravity sensor (212);
when the gravity value of the traditional Chinese medicine on the bottom plate (215) sensed by the second gravity sensor (212) is smaller than a second defined gravity value, the central processor controls the bottom plate (215) to be closed through the second motor (240), the central processor controls the telescopic rod to reset, and the step S8 is carried out;
when the gravity value of the traditional Chinese medicine on the bottom plate (215) sensed by the second gravity sensor (212) is greater than or equal to the second defined gravity value, returning to the step S6;
s8: judging the gravity value of the traditional Chinese medicine in the storage box (310) sensed by the third gravity sensor (320);
when the gravity value of the traditional Chinese medicine in the storage box (310) sensed by the third gravity sensor (320) is smaller than a third defined gravity value, the central processing unit controls the second blowing device (330) to be started, controls the blowing indicator lamp (430) to be lightened, and repeats the step S8;
when the gravity value of the traditional Chinese medicine in the storage box (310) sensed by the third gravity sensor (320) is greater than or equal to a third defined gravity value, the central processing unit controls the second blowing device (330) to be started, controls the blowing indicator lamp (430) to be turned on, and then the process goes to step S9;
s9: the central processing unit controls the second blowing device (330) to be turned off, the central processing unit controls the blowing indicator lamp (430) to be turned off, and the central processing unit controls the buzzer (420) to sound.

in the processes of the step S8 and the step S9, when the door (350) is opened manually, the cpu controls the second blowing device (330) to be turned off, the cpu controls the blowing indicator (430) to be turned off, and the cpu controls the buzzer (420) to be turned off.
