When the output pressure is constant and the flow is reduced to be below the surge point in the running process of the compressor, the compressor can not compress gas continuously in physics, and surging occurs; at the moment, the gas discharge amount can generate violent oscillation, the compressor can also vibrate violently, and a roaring sound similar to asthma is emitted, the machine emits periodic intermittent huge noise, so that bearings and sealing rings of all parts of the compressor are damaged, the vibration and the shaking of blades are caused, and in serious cases, an impeller is broken, a bearing bush is burnt out, and the compressor is seriously damaged.
At the moment of surging, measures are needed to increase the flow of the unit or reduce the outlet pressure, so that the unit is prevented from entering a surging area, and the compressor is prevented from being damaged; one of the commonly used methods for preventing compressor from surging is to install an anti-surging control valve on a bypass of the compressor to return a part of outlet gas to an inlet to keep the gas amount in the compressor always larger than a surging point flow value; another is to install an anti-surge control valve at the outlet of the compressor to quickly vent the gas at the outlet, thereby reducing the outlet pressure.
However, no matter which method is adopted, the valve core of the existing anti-surge control valve always moves abnormally and frequently due to frequent and severe fluctuation of medium flow pressure, and in addition, the movement of the valve core can be transmitted into the actuating mechanism to force the actuating mechanism to move abnormally and frequently, so that the damage of the valve core and the actuating mechanism is accelerated, the service life is short, the maintenance and replacement frequency is high, the working efficiency is low, and the use cost is high; and are subject to further improvement.

Principle of preventing abnormal movement of valve internals: when the medium pressure in the pipeline is unstable, the valve core 102 is pushed by the medium pressure to move up and down, and then is transmitted to the screw 13 along the valve rod 101 and then is transmitted to the second bevel gear 10, because the thread lead angle of the screw 13 is smaller than the equivalent friction angle, the reverse self-locking during the movement of the valve rod 101 can be realized, namely, the screw 13 can only be driven by the second bevel gear 10 to move, and the screw 13 cannot drive the second bevel gear 10 to rotate; the reverse self-locking performance can avoid the valve core 102 from moving up and down due to medium pressure fluctuation, most of the impact force acts on the second bevel gear 10, the impact force is also prevented from being transmitted to the actuating mechanism 7, and the safety protection effect on the valve core 102, the actuating mechanism 7 and accessories is achieved.
The invention can prevent the valve core of the valve from moving up and down when the medium flow pressure fluctuates frequently and violently, thereby preventing the valve core from impacting the inside of the valve frequently, and simultaneously effectively avoiding the impact force from being transmitted to the actuating mechanism 7, thereby greatly prolonging the service life of the valve 1 and the actuating mechanism 7, further greatly reducing the maintenance and replacement frequency, further improving the working efficiency and reducing the use cost; in addition, the output force arm of the actuating mechanism 7 is amplified by the gear 4, the first bevel gear 9 and the second bevel gear 10 and then transmitted to the screw 13, so that the operation is more labor-saving; the invention is suitable for all straight stroke valves and has wider application range.
