Abstract

现有各种板型材质，尤其门窗玻璃及柔性门帘等，都没有夹心空间过水并同时透气设计。本发明提供的技术方案，弥补了现有不足。具体是两块板材(如玻璃板材或软门帘材质)叠为一体，使两层中间夹心留空，以允许过水，而板材留有透气孔洞，水流在夹心空间层流动产生的含负氧离子空气可以通过孔洞溢出。本发明所述方案可用于景观设置或用于门、窗(含车窗)装配。

一种总体为板型材质的夹心过水与透气结构
现有各种板型材质，尤其门窗玻璃及柔性门帘等，都没有夹心空 间过水并同时透气设计，它们在功能方面实现了门窗固有作用但却无 法使其内部流通水体同时又能够允许空气流通(水体流通对空气进行 除尘清洗)。
本发明旨在克服上述不足。
发明方案：
一、两块板材1重叠一体，留有间隙(夹心空间)2，局部固定相 连，构成含夹心空间的一个整体板型。板材夹心空间2可允许水质流 淋，用于淋水经过的夹心空间2的空隙厚度规格可呈多样设计，可以 因实用场景不同而不同。
二、在上述基础上，含有夹心空间2的板材1紧挨夹心空间2 的一面，制有房檐结构并孔洞3，孔洞3呈宽扁状、圆洞状、或方洞 状、或不限于上述洞形，或孔洞3无房檐状，而保持洞孔口的内侧低 外侧高的斜形状。
本发明的上述方案，由于板材夹心空间的存在，而能够使水体 在材质内部流通，又由于板材夹心空间内侧制有带檐式孔洞结构或无 檐内地外高孔洞，即实现在板材直立状态时夹心空间淋水与横向通风 透气目的。
附图是一种总体为板型材质的夹心过水结构的示例。

实施例：
1、实施场景只要求材质夹心空间层过水而不需要通风透 气的，将说明书方案“一”的板材处置任意角度，将 水流以泵力引至板型材一端，而水流经过夹心空间流 出的一端设有贮水箱体或导水管道，并在泵力作用下， 水流可以循环使用。
2、实施场景要求板材夹心空间层过水而且空气能够透过 板材的，则依本说明书方案“二”所述内容，将其夹 心带孔板材制成门窗(如酒店，住宅，车辆等场所) 呈竖立状态，使用泵力将水流引到板材上端，使其从 夹心空间淋下(流下)并在下部设置水箱或导流管道， 水流可以在泵力作用下循环使用，水淋过程中，空气 则可以从板材孔洞中穿过透出。
3、柔性版型材质如塑料软门帘等，采用本发明方案也可 以实现门帘的夹心过水与透气功能。

1.一种总体为板型材质的夹心过水与透气结构，其特征在于：两块板材重叠结构为一体，两层之间为空隙，局部固定相连，构成含夹心空间的一个整体版型材质。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种总体为板型材质的夹心过水与透气结构，其特征在于：含有夹心空间的板材制有房檐式结构加透气孔洞，或不含房檐式结构而只含孔洞。
