The environment-friendly water-based paint solvent recovery device and the process thereof have the beneficial effects that: 1. the treatment of the waste solvent can be carried out uninterruptedly, and the treatment efficiency is greatly improved; 2. the recovery rate reaches more than 98 percent except the solid content; 3. the residual residues after recovery are quickly discharged through the residue discharge port, so that the manual cleaning time is reduced; 4. the whole system has reasonable structural design, high-temperature protection and overpressure protection, and safety and reliability.

Background
The coating is a viscous liquid prepared by using organic solvent or water, adding or not adding pigment, filler and corresponding auxiliary agent, and is usually mainly resin, oil or emulsion.
In the production and preparation process of the coating, coating waste liquid exists, which contains a large amount of coating solvent, and how to recycle the coating solvent and reduce the production economic cost is a current urgent solution.

According to the technical scheme, the environment-friendly water-based paint solvent recovery device further comprises an explosion-proof ball valve switch which is arranged in the upper part of the solvent recovery machine barrel groove and is positioned below the first guide pipe.
According to the technical scheme, the first infusion pump is an explosion-proof pneumatic diaphragm pump, the first ball valve and the second ball valve are manual ball valves respectively, the solvent recovery machine barrel groove is a heat conduction oil interlayer sealing barrel, and the heating rod is located in the heat conduction oil interlayer sealing barrel.
According to the technical scheme, the solvent recovery machine barrel groove and the solvent storage barrel with the vacuum decompression apparatus are respectively in a volume ratio of 1: 5.

The solvent recovery device for environmental protection water-based paint shown in fig. 1 comprises a precipitation tank 1, a first liquid guide pipe 2 connected with the precipitation tank 1, a first liquid delivery pump 3 and a first ball valve 4 which are arranged on the first liquid guide pipe 2, a solvent recovery machine barrel tank 5 connected with the first liquid guide pipe 2, a lower deslagging port ball valve 6 connected with the solvent recovery machine barrel tank 5, a heating rod 15 arranged in the bottom of the solvent recovery machine barrel tank 5, a first pipe 8 arranged on the upper part of the solvent recovery machine barrel tank 5, a condenser 9 connected with the first pipe 8, a second pipe 10 connected with the condenser 9, a solvent storage barrel 11 with a vacuum pressure reducing device connected with the second pipe 10, a second liquid guide pipe 12 connected with the solvent storage barrel 11 with the vacuum pressure reducing device, and a second liquid delivery pump 13 and a second ball valve 14 arranged on the second liquid guide pipe 12.
Further preferably, the environment-friendly water-based paint solvent recovery device further comprises an explosion-proof ball valve switch 7 which is arranged in the upper part of the solvent recovery machine barrel tank 5 and is positioned below the first conduit 8; the first infusion pump 3 is an explosion-proof pneumatic diaphragm pump, the first ball valve 4 and the second ball valve 14 are manual ball valves respectively, the solvent recovery machine barrel groove 5 is a heat conduction oil interlayer sealing barrel, and the heating rod 15 is positioned in the heat conduction oil interlayer sealing barrel; and the solvent recovery machine barrel groove 5 and the solvent storage barrel 11 with the vacuum decompression apparatus respectively have a volume ratio of 1: 5.
The treatment process of the environment-friendly water-based paint solvent recovery device comprises the following steps of 1, firstly, collecting the waste solvent into a precipitation tank 1. And 2, respectively starting the first infusion pump 3 and the first ball valve 4, and pumping the precipitated waste solvent into a solvent recycling machine barrel groove 5. Further preferably, the solvent recovery machine barrel tank 5 and the solvent storage barrel 11 with the vacuum pressure reduction device are respectively 60-80L and 300-400L.
The environment-friendly water-based paint solvent recovery device disclosed by the invention can be used for continuously treating the waste solvent, greatly improving the treatment efficiency, removing solid content and reaching more than 98% in the recovery rate, and quickly discharging the residual residues after recovery through the residue discharge port, so that the manual cleaning time is reduced, the structural design of the whole system is reasonable, and the device is safe and reliable in high-temperature protection and overpressure protection.
