the second step is that: the drain pipe (19) discharges the filtered sewage into the stirring box (21) in the stirring and precipitating assembly (2), the sewage impacts the fan blades (26) through the drain pipe (19), so that the first stirring blades (29) on the shaft wall of the second transmission shaft (28) are driven to rotate through the transmission belt (211), and the first stirring blades (29) stir the sewage in the stirring box (21);
the third step: after stirring, settling, and discharging the settled sludge into a settling tank (22) through a sludge discharge pipe (23);
the fourth step: the third conduit (213) discharges the precipitated sewage to the acid-base neutralization and disinfection component (3);
the fifth step: adding a neutralizing agent and a disinfectant into the water tank (31) through a neutralizing agent liquid inlet pipe (38) and a disinfectant liquid inlet pipe (39);
and a sixth step: the main shaft (34) is driven to rotate by the servo motor (33), and the rotating shaft (36) drives the second stirring blade (37) to rotate when the main shaft (34) rotates, so that the wastewater is treated and collected.
