The dispensing mechanism of claim 1, wherein the guide structure comprises a strip-shaped guide slot (5b1) formed on the engaging portion (5b) and a protrusion (4a) formed on the side of the extension tube (4), the guide slot (5b1) is disposed obliquely, the protrusion (4a) is disposed in the guide slot (5b1), and the guide slot (5b1) can slide along the protrusion (4a) when the handle (5) slides or swings.
