After the punching is finished, the pressing rod 35 is reset under the action of the second spring 37. The waste discharge channel 41 is arranged at the front end of the second through hole 34, so that waste generated by punching can be naturally taken out along with the forward movement of the cloth, and when the waste discharge channel 41 reaches the edge, the waste can be absorbed into the space between the first bottom plate 31 and the second bottom plate 32 under the suction action of the lower air.
