Abstract
A positioning tool for welding angles of a transformer header belongs to the field of transformer production and comprises a cross rod, an inclined rod, a core rod, a support rod and a core cylinder. The diagonal rods are connected with the cross rods, the support rods are connected between the cross rods and the diagonal rods, the core rods are installed inside the cross rods, and the core cylinders are installed on the rod pieces. The cross rod comprises a cross rod body, a central hole, a joint, a through groove, a cross boss and a lower nut, wherein the center of the cross rod body is provided with the central hole, and a core rod is arranged in the central hole. The down tube comprises a down tube body, a lower double ear, a connection lug, a slant boss and an upper nut. The core rod comprises a core shaft, a square groove, a sliding block and a small nut, the core shaft is arranged in the central hole, the square groove is formed in the core shaft, the sliding block is arranged on the square groove, the small nut is arranged at the end of the core rod, and the core rod is limited in the cross rod by the small nut. One end of the support rod is connected with the sliding block, and the other end of the support rod is connected to the connecting lug. Referring to fig. 1-4, the welding angle positioning tool for the transformer header comprises a cross bar 10, an inclined bar 20, a core bar 30, a stay bar 40 and a core cylinder 50. The diagonal bar 20 is connected with the crossbar 10, the brace bar 40 is connected between the crossbar 10 and the diagonal bar 20, the core bar 30 is installed inside the crossbar 10, and the core cylinders 50 are installed on several bar members to support the connecting pipes 60.
The cross rod 10 comprises a cross rod body 11, a central hole 12, a joint 13, a through groove 14, a cross boss 15 and a lower nut 16, wherein the center of the cross rod body 11 is provided with the central hole 12, a core rod is arranged in the central hole 12, the middle part of the cross rod body 11 is upwards connected with the joint 13, the joint 13 is connected to the cross rod body 11 in a welding mode, one side, positioned on the joint 13, of the cross rod body 11 is provided with the through groove 14 penetrating through the central hole 12, a sliding block 33 penetrates through the through groove 14, the two sides of the joint 13 on the cross rod body 11 are respectively provided with the cross boss 15, of course, the cross bosses 15 are positioned on the outer side of the through groove 14, the two ends of the cross rod body 11 are also provided with the lower nut 16, and the core barrel 50 is fixed on the cross rod 10 by the lower nut 16.
The inclined rod 20 comprises an inclined rod body 21, a lower double lug 22, a connecting lug 23, an inclined boss 24 and an upper nut 25, the lower double lug 22 is arranged at the bottom of the inclined rod body 21, the lower double lug 22 is in butt joint with the joint 13, the angle between the inclined rod 20 and the cross rod 10 can be rotatably adjusted on the joint 13, the connecting lug 23 is arranged on the front side of the inclined rod body 21, the connecting lug 23 is connected with the stay bar 40, the inclined boss 24 is arranged above the connecting lug 23, the upper nut 25 is installed on the inclined rod body 21, and the core barrel 50 is fixed on the inclined rod 20 through the upper nut 25.
The core rod 30 comprises a core shaft 31, a square groove 32, a sliding block 33 and a small nut 34, the core shaft 31 is installed in the central hole 12, the core shaft 31 is provided with the square groove 32, the position of the square groove 32 corresponds to the position of the through groove 14, the sliding block 33 is installed on the square groove 32, the sliding block 33 is installed in the square groove 32 through a screw (the screw is not shown in the figure), the small nut 34 is installed at the end of the core rod 30, the small nut 34 limits the core rod 30 in the cross rod 10, of course, the installation direction of the core rod 30 is flexibly selected according to the inclination direction of the inclined rod 20, and the small nut 34 can limit the sliding of the core rod 30 in the cross rod 10.
The stay 40 has one end connected to the slider 33 and the other end connected to the connecting tab 23, and plays a role of supporting the diagonal rod 20.
The core barrel 50 includes a first core barrel 51, a second core barrel 52 and a third core barrel 53, the first core barrel 51 and the second core barrel 52 are respectively installed at both ends of the cross bar 10, the third core barrel 53 is installed on the diagonal bar 20, and the outer diameters and the lengths of the three core barrels are selected according to the inner diameter and the length of the union 60.
The union 60 includes a horizontal pipe 61 and an inclined pipe 62, the horizontal pipe 61 is fitted over the first and second cartridges 51 and 52, and the inclined pipe 62 is fitted over the third cartridge 53.
The working principle of the invention is as follows: firstly, disassembling the cross bar 10, the diagonal bar 20 and the stay bar 40, penetrating the core bar 30 into the cross bar 10, then installing the slide block 33 in the square groove 32, installing the first core barrel 51 and the second core barrel 52 on the cross bar 10, penetrating the cross bar 10 and the core barrels into the horizontal pipe 61, placing the joint 13 in the middle of the joint opening pre-opened in the horizontal pipe 61, installing the stay bar 40 and the diagonal bar 20 on the cross bar 10 and the core bar 30, adjusting the angle between the diagonal bar 20 and the cross bar 10 by drawing the core bar 30, and fixing the position of the core bar 30 by using the small nut 34, wherein the inclined diagonal bar 20 has a lateral acting force on the slide block 33 through the stay bar 40, and the small nut 34 is used for limiting the acting force so as to fix the position of the core bar 30 in the cross bar 10. The third core cylinder 53 is installed on the inclined rod 20, the inclined tube 62 is sleeved on the third core cylinder 53, the core rod 30 is properly adjusted to adjust the angle, after the core rod is fixed, the horizontal tube 61 and the inclined tube 62 are positioned, and then the welding operation can be conveniently completed. After the welding operation is completed, the third core barrel 53 is first removed, and then the auxiliary tool is removed by performing the reverse operation according to the above steps.
