Abstract
The invention provides an overflow type spiral self-compacting water filter which comprises a convergent-divergent overflow port, a spiral filtering and compacting device, a motor direct-coupled worm gear speed reducer, a rubber compacting damper, a dirt collecting hopper and a spiral propelling compactor bracket, wherein the motor direct-coupled worm gear speed reducer is connected with the motor direct-coupled worm gear speed reducer; wherein, the spiral filtering and compacting device is arranged at the lower part of the retractable overflow port; the spiral filtering and compacting device is arranged at the upper part of the spiral propelling compactor bracket; one end of the spiral propelling compactor bracket is connected with a motor direct-connection worm and gear speed reducer; the other end of the spiral filtering and compacting device is provided with a rubber compacting damper; the dirt collecting hopper is hung on the spiral filtering and compacting device and is positioned at the lower part of the outlet of the rubber compacting damper. The invention has simple structure and reliable operation, integrates water collection filtration and dust collection compaction, reduces the operation resistance and fault of sewage filtration, can improve the water filtration effect and reduce the energy consumption.

Further, the spiral filtering and compacting device comprises a cylindrical grating volute component, a tapered propelling screw rod, an arc-shaped hole plate type filter screen plate, a spiral propelling compactor end plate and an outlet end bearing frame;
wherein, the zooming overflow port is arranged on the cylindrical grid volute component; the cylindrical grid volute component is arranged above the spiral propelling compactor bracket; the arc-shaped orifice plate type filter screen plate is arranged at the upper part in the cylindrical grid volute component and is positioned below the retractable overflow port; the tapered propelling screw rod is installed in the cylindrical grid volute component, one end of the tapered propelling screw rod is connected with a motor direct-connection worm and gear speed reducer key through a spiral propelling compactor end plate, and the other end of the tapered propelling screw rod is fixed in an outlet end bearing frame.
Sewage and industrial wastewater sequentially pass through the zoom overflow port, enter the spiral filtering and compacting device, are filtered through an arc-shaped hole plate type filtering screen plate arranged on the cylindrical grid volute component, clean water is discharged through a grid at the lower part of the cylindrical grid volute component, and separated dust and impurities are compacted through the tapered propelling screw and then are discharged into the dirt dust collecting hopper through the rubber compacting damper.

Sewage and industrial wastewater pass through an opening section structure of a cylindrical grating volute component, are filtered by an arc-shaped orifice plate type filter screen plate, and clean water is discharged through a grating at the lower part of the opening section structure; the separated dust is pushed into a closed section structure of the cylindrical grid volute component through a tapered propelling screw, compacted by the aid of a tapered screw pitch screw and then discharged into a dirt dust collecting hopper through a rubber compaction damper.
