The ultraviolet sterilization module 60 comprises a 433M transmitting module and an ultraviolet sterilization lamp, and is used for receiving 433M signals carrying operation instructions for performing ultraviolet sterilization of the ultraviolet sterilization control device 10, starting the ultraviolet sterilization lamp, and controlling the ultraviolet sterilization lamp to transmit short wave Ultraviolet (UVC) rays for performing ultraviolet sterilization operation.
Those skilled in the art will appreciate that the hardware configuration of the uv sterilization control apparatus and the uv sterilization system illustrated in fig. 1 and 2 does not constitute a limitation of the uv sterilization control apparatus and the uv sterilization system, and may include more or less components than those illustrated, or some components in combination, or a different arrangement of components.
Based on the above-mentioned ultraviolet sterilization control device and ultraviolet sterilization system hardware structure, the present invention proposes various embodiments of the ultraviolet sterilization method of the present invention:
referring to fig. 3, fig. 3 is a schematic flow chart of a first embodiment of the ultraviolet sterilization method of the present invention.
In this embodiment, the ultraviolet sterilization method includes:
step S10: responding to a 433M signal carrying an ultraviolet sterilization instruction, and performing ultraviolet sterilization starting detection;
specifically, in this embodiment, through using 433MHz communication mode to carry out remote control operation, 433MHz uses 433MHz radio frequency band to carry out signal transmission, and it is strong to have wireless signal penetrability, and transmission distance is farther, and farthest transmission distance can reach 100M, the less work characteristics of interference in the transmission course. The signal transmission requirement of carrying out ultraviolet sterilization remote control operation in other great regions such as classroom can be satisfied, can make relevant operating personnel carry out remote control to all modules in the ultraviolet sterilization system in this ultraviolet sterilization region outside ultraviolet sterilization region, carry out ultraviolet sterilization operation, avoid relevant operating personnel to be burnt by the ultraviolet ray.
Specifically, in this embodiment, the door/window control module and the remote controller are controlled to perform code matching operation, the address code of the remote controller is used as the address code of the door/window control module, and the ultraviolet sterilization control device is controlled to learn the address code and the command code of the door/window controller in the corresponding region, so that the ultraviolet sterilization control device can identify all the door/window control modules in the region without a networking mode, thereby avoiding interference of other adjacent ultraviolet sterilization systems in the operation process of the ultraviolet system and eliminating the possibility of misoperation.
Specifically, the ultraviolet sterilization control device performs equipment initialization after being powered on, and after the equipment initialization is completed, the address of the remote controller is acquired, so that the ultraviolet sterilization control device can identify the 433M signal carrying the ultraviolet sterilization operation instruction sent by the remote controller in the area needing ultraviolet sterilization operation, avoid being influenced by other remote controllers or other modules in the adjacent ultraviolet sterilization area, and ensure the safety and effectiveness of ultraviolet sterilization.
Specifically, after acquiring the address of the remote controller, the ultraviolet sterilization control device enters an instruction analysis program to inquire whether a 433M signal carrying an ultraviolet sterilization operation instruction exists, and if the 433M signal carrying the ultraviolet sterilization operation instruction is received, the ultraviolet sterilization control device performs ultraviolet sterilization start detection to acquire related environment information in an ultraviolet sterilization area.
If the ultraviolet sterilization control device does not inquire a 433M signal carrying an ultraviolet sterilization operation instruction in the instruction analysis program process, the ultraviolet sterilization control device enters the working state detection of the ultraviolet sterilization module to detect whether the ultraviolet sterilization module is abnormally started, and if the ultraviolet sterilization module does not receive a related operation instruction but abnormally starts the ultraviolet sterilization lamp to emit short-wave ultraviolet rays, the ultraviolet sterilization module is judged to be abnormally started. The ultraviolet sterilization control device sends a 433M signal carrying an instruction of closing the ultraviolet sterilization module to the ultraviolet sterilization module, controls the ultraviolet sterilization module to stop running and sends out an audible and visual alarm at the same time.
Step S20: acquiring current environment light information, and determining an ultraviolet sterilization mode according to the current environment light information, wherein the ultraviolet sterilization mode comprises a daytime ultraviolet sterilization mode or a nighttime ultraviolet sterilization mode;
in this embodiment, under the condition that the lighting lamp is turned off, the light sensor in the ambient light detection module detects the change of the current ambient light brightness, obtains the current ambient light information, and sends the current ambient light information to the ultraviolet sterilization control device through the 433M transmitting module, and the ultraviolet sterilization control device analyzes the current ambient light information and determines whether the current ambient light information belongs to the daytime ambient light or the nighttime ambient light. And selecting different ultraviolet sterilization modes according to different ambient light information.
Specifically, an ambient light brightness change threshold is preset, if the brightness of the acquired ambient light information is smaller than the change threshold, the ambient light information is determined to be the night ambient light, and if the brightness of the acquired ambient light information is larger than the change threshold, the ambient light information is determined to be the day ambient light.
Specifically, when the ultraviolet sterilization control device determines that the current ambient light information is daytime ambient light information, it determines that the selected ultraviolet sterilization mode is the daytime ultraviolet sterilization mode.
Specifically, when the ultraviolet sterilization control device determines that the current ambient light information is the night ambient light information, it determines that the selected ultraviolet sterilization mode is the night ultraviolet sterilization mode.
Because the environmental information in the ultraviolet sterilization areas in different time periods is different, different ultraviolet sterilization modes are respectively distinguished by adopting corresponding ultraviolet sterilization operation standards, and the corresponding ultraviolet sterilization operation can be operated only when the corresponding ultraviolet sterilization standards are met.
Step S30: analyzing 433M signals carrying address codes and command codes of the door and window control module and human body detection data of the human body detection module to obtain other current environment information, wherein the other environment information comprises one or more of door and window closing information, human body detection data and real-time clock information;
in this embodiment, after the ultraviolet sterilization mode is determined, it is necessary to acquire current other environment information in the ultraviolet sterilization area, so as to acquire information such as door and window closing information and human body detection data in the ultraviolet sterilization area.
Specifically, after the door and window control module and the remote controller perform code matching operation, a command code and an address code corresponding to the current door and window opening and closing information are sent to the ultraviolet sterilization control device through the 433M transmitting module.
Specifically, the command codes of the door and window control modules are unique and different, and the ultraviolet sterilization control device can identify the door and window opening and closing information of the specific door and window control modules according to different command codes.
Specifically, the door and window opening and closing information includes: the information that the door and window corresponding to the door and window control module is in the opening/closing state and/or the opening/closing state is contained.
Specifically, the human body detection module detects human body detection data in the ultraviolet sterilization area through a human body sensor, and in a specific embodiment, the human body detection data includes: the number of persons in the ultraviolet sterilization area and the positions of the persons in the ultraviolet sterilization area.
Specifically, after the human body detection module collects human body detection data in the ultraviolet sterilization area, the collected human body detection data is converted into 433M signals through the 433M transmitting module and sent to the ultraviolet sterilization control device.
In an embodiment, when the current ambient light information is acquired as the night ambient light information, the ultraviolet sterilization control device controls the built-in real-time clock to acquire the real-time clock information.
The ultraviolet sterilization control device analyzes the received door and window opening and closing information, the received human body detection information and the received real-time clock information to acquire current other environment information.
