Specifically, the user inputs mouthfeel requirement information through a selection unit on the device, wherein the mouthfeel requirement information is mouthfeel information which comprises one or more different attributes and can be selected by the user, and the mouthfeel information comprises but is not limited to one or more of coffee gradation information, sweetness gradation information and temperature information. The taste information of each attribute comprises one or more different degrees of taste, for example, the degree of taste of the gradation information comprises strong, standard and light, the degree of taste of the sweetness information comprises sweet, standard and less sweet, and the degree of taste of the temperature information comprises hot, warm and normal temperature.
The selection unit on the device at least comprises a selection item and a starting item, one selection item can correspond to the taste information with one attribute, each selection item comprises a plurality of different degrees of taste degrees for selection, for example, a user can select the strong taste degree in the selection item of the gradation information, and the input taste demand information is strong. For the convenience of the user, if the number of the current selection items is greater than 1, when the user does not finish the selection of all the selection items, namely, the coffee brewing program is started, the default mouthfeel degree corresponding to the selection item which is not finished and selected by the user is used as the mouthfeel degree input of the item.
It is understood that the default level is obtained by market analysis, and is a level that is more suitable for the taste of the general public. In the present embodiment, the default taste degree is set as the intermediate degree item in each selection item, for example, as the default taste degree in the gradation information is the standard, the default taste degree in the sweetness information is the standard, and the default taste degree in the temperature information is the temperature. For example, the user inputs a strong taste degree through the gradation selection item to start the brewing process, that is, the taste of the finally brewed coffee is the coffee with strong gradation information, standard sweetness information and warm temperature information.
When the coffee brewing program is started, the device reads the taste degree corresponding to one or more attributes finally input by the user, and takes the input information as the taste requirement information.
And a reading and identifying unit 120 for reading a liquid ion concentration value of the coffee to be brewed and identifying a kind of the coffee to be brewed according to the liquid ion concentration value, wherein the reading and identifying unit 120 comprises an ion concentration detecting unit and a reading unit.
It will be appreciated that each type of coffee has its own characteristics, and therefore the different types of coffee will have different brewing solutions to be configured for the same taste level of the same attribute, and therefore it is necessary to identify the type of coffee currently to be brewed.
Specifically, after a coffee brewing program is started, the device system controls a small amount of water to be mixed with a small amount of coffee powder to be brewed to obtain a mixed liquid, the ion concentration value of the mixed liquid is detected by the ion concentration detection unit, and the reading unit identifies the type of the coffee to be brewed according to the obtained ion concentration value of the liquid. It will be appreciated that the small amount of water and the small amount of ground coffee can be controlled by the system weighing, and the resulting amount of mixed liquor is only sufficient for identifying the type of coffee, which can subsequently be mixed into the final brewed coffee; in some embodiments, the mixture may be discharged as a waste liquid, which, in any event, has a negligible effect on the mouthfeel of the final brewed coffee.
The ion concentration detection unit comprises a probe, an RC oscillation circuit and an inverter. In the detection process, the control probe is inserted into the mixed liquid, the total concentration of liquid ions of the coffee liquid of the coffee to be brewed is detected and obtained, and the total concentration is fed back to the RC oscillating circuit to form RC oscillation so as to obtain an oscillating signal, the oscillating signal is combined with the phase inverter to convert the oscillating signal into a pulse signal, and a detection signal value is generated according to the pulse signal. The device system can preset the corresponding relation between the liquid ion concentration value and the detection signal value, when the detection signal value is obtained through the ion concentration detection unit, the reading unit can obtain the corresponding liquid ion concentration value through the preset corresponding relation, and finally the type of the coffee to be brewed can be obtained through the corresponding relation between the liquid ion concentration value and the type of the coffee to be brewed.
A determination unit 130 for determining a brewing protocol corresponding to the mouthfeel requirement information based on the type of coffee to be brewed.
It can be understood that after the type of the coffee to be brewed is determined, the brewing scheme can be determined according to the preset corresponding relation between the taste requirement information and the brewing scheme, and the coffee with the taste consistent with the taste requirement can be obtained by brewing according to the brewing scheme.
Wherein, the scheme corresponding to each taste degree in each attribute is different, wherein the scheme can be the mass ratio among materials, for example, different taste degrees of the gradation information correspond to different mass ratios of coffee powder/coffee beans and water, and different taste degrees of the sweetness information correspond to different mass portions of flavoring agents, wherein, the flavoring agents comprise one or more of sugar, salt, milk and honey. The brewing scheme can be brewing temperature, and different mouthfeel degrees of temperature information correspond to different brewing temperatures.
Understandably, the mixed liquid is obtained by weighing water and coffee powder in rated mass portions, and the mixed liquid part is removed from the mass portions of the coffee powder and the water in the brewing scheme, so that the error of the taste of the brewed coffee is effectively reduced; in the embodiment in which the mixed liquid is discharged as waste liquid, the mass portion of the coffee powder and the water in the brewing scheme is the original whole portion, so that the taste of the brewed coffee is not affected even if the mixed liquid is discharged as waste liquid.
And the brewing unit 140 is used for brewing coffee with corresponding mouthfeel according to the brewing scheme.
As can be appreciated, after the brewing protocol corresponding to the mouthfeel requirement information is determined, brewing of coffee is performed according to the brewing protocol. The coffee powder/coffee beans and water in corresponding mass ratio and the flavoring agent in corresponding mass parts are prepared through the quality control unit, the coffee powder/coffee beans and water are mixed and brewed, the brewing temperature of the coffee is controlled through the temperature control unit, and finally the coffee with the taste consistent with the taste requirement information of a user is obtained.
In an embodiment that the mixed liquid is mixed into the finally brewed coffee or the mixed liquid is discharged as waste liquid, the equipment system is weighed according to the mass share of the brewing scheme, the total mass share of the obtained coffee powder/coffee beans and water is equal to the original complete share of the brewing scheme corresponding to the taste requirement, and the coffee with the taste consistent with the taste requirement information of the user is obtained.
In a second embodiment of the coffee brewing apparatus provided by the present invention, the coffee brewing apparatus 100 comprises:
a receiving unit 110, configured to receive taste requirement information;
the reading and identifying unit 120 is used for reading the liquid ion concentration value of the coffee to be brewed and identifying the type of the coffee to be brewed according to the liquid ion concentration value;
a determination unit 130 for determining a brewing scheme corresponding to the taste requirement information based on the kind of coffee to be brewed;
and the brewing unit 140 is used for brewing coffee with corresponding mouthfeel according to the brewing scheme.
The present embodiment differs from the first embodiment described above in that, in the present embodiment, the coffee brewing apparatus 100 further includes:
the first establishing unit is used for establishing the corresponding relation between each coffee type and the liquid ion concentration value in advance.
And the second establishing unit is used for establishing the corresponding relation between the taste requirement information of each coffee type and the brewing scheme in advance.
According to the invention, the taste requirement information of the user is read, and coffee with corresponding taste is brewed according to the brewing scheme corresponding to the taste requirement information, so that different taste requirements of each person on the same coffee are met; moreover, the scheme corresponding to the taste demand information can be automatically adjusted according to different types of coffee to be brewed, the coffee brewing machine has the characteristic of strong adaptability, and can meet the use requirements of different places and different requirements.

Claims (10)

1. A method of brewing coffee, comprising:
s1, receiving taste requirement information;
s2, reading a liquid ion concentration value of the coffee to be brewed, and identifying the type of the coffee to be brewed according to the liquid ion concentration value;
s3, determining a brewing scheme corresponding to the taste requirement information based on the type of the coffee to be brewed;
and S4, brewing according to the brewing scheme to obtain coffee with corresponding mouthfeel.
2. The coffee brewing method of claim 1, wherein:
the step S1 includes:
receiving taste requirement information input through a selection instruction or input in a default mode;
when the receiving of the mouth feel requirement information comprises receiving the mouth feel requirement information input in a default mode;
the step S3 includes:
determining a default brewing protocol corresponding to default mouthfeel requirement information based on the type of coffee to be brewed.
3. The coffee brewing method of claim 1 or 2, wherein:
the taste demand information includes one or more of a coffee thickness information, a sweetness information and a temperature information.
4. The coffee brewing method of claim 3, wherein:
the brewing scheme comprises coffee powder/coffee beans and water with corresponding mass ratios configured according to the gradation information; and/or
Flavoring agents in corresponding mass parts configured according to the sweetness and lightness information, wherein the flavoring agents comprise one or more of sugar, salt, milk and honey; and/or
And configuring corresponding brewing temperature according to the temperature information.
5. The coffee brewing method according to claim 1 or 2, characterized in that the step S1 is preceded by:
pre-establishing a corresponding relation between each coffee type and the liquid ion concentration value;
and pre-establishing the corresponding relation between the taste requirement information of various coffee types and the brewing scheme.
6. The coffee brewing method according to claim 1, wherein in step S2, the reading of the liquid ion concentration value of the coffee to be brewed includes:
reading the liquid ion concentration value of the coffee to be brewed through an ion concentration detection unit, wherein the ion concentration detection unit comprises a probe, an RC oscillation circuit and an inverter, and specifically comprises:
detecting the total concentration of liquid ions in the coffee liquid of the coffee to be brewed through the probe, and feeding back the total concentration to the RC oscillating circuit to obtain an oscillating signal;
converting the oscillation signal into a pulse signal through the inverter;
generating a detection signal value according to the pulse signal;
and determining the liquid ion concentration value corresponding to the detection signal value according to a preset corresponding relation.
7. A coffee brewing apparatus, comprising:
a receiving unit (110) for receiving taste requirement information;
