Detailed Description
Please refer to fig. 1 to 15, which are exemplary embodiments of the present invention, and it should be noted that, in the embodiments, related numbers and shapes mentioned in the accompanying drawings are only used for describing the embodiments of the present invention in detail, so as to facilitate the understanding of the contents of the present invention, and not for limiting the scope of the present invention.
[ example one ]
Fig. 1 to 8 show a first embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 1 to 3, the present embodiment discloses a foldable protective sheath 100, which is detachably assembled to a flexible mobile device 200, and the foldable protective sheath 100 can be bent synchronously with the flexible mobile device 200 (see fig. 1 and 2). In the present embodiment, the flexible mobile device 200 is, for example, a flexible mobile phone or a flexible tablet computer including a flexible screen, but the invention is not limited thereto.
In the drawings of the present embodiment, the flexible mobile device 200 is illustrated as a fold-out structure (that is, the flexible screen of the flexible mobile device 200 is located outside after being folded), but the invention is not limited thereto. For example, in other embodiments of the present invention, the foldable protective sheath 100 may also be applied to a foldable mobile device (i.e. the flexible screen of the mobile device 200 is located inside after being folded).
The foldable protective sleeve 100 comprises a first frame 1, a second frame 2 spaced apart from the first frame 1, and a screen protective film 3 fixed to the first frame 1 and the second frame 2. Accordingly, the first frame 1 and the second frame 2 can be rotated from a flat position (e.g., FIGS. 1 and 4) to a folded position (e.g., FIG. 2) by elastically bending the screen protection film 3.
It should be noted that, in the embodiment, there is no connection between the first frame 1 and the second frame 2, which are disposed at intervals, but the invention is not limited thereto. Moreover, the gap between the first frame 1 and the second frame 2 corresponds to a bendable portion of the flexible mobile device 200, so as to prevent the first frame 1 and the second frame 2 from affecting the bending of the flexible mobile device 200.
For the convenience of understanding of the present embodiment, the following describes the assembly structure and the connection relationship of the foldable protective sleeve 100 in a state that the first frame 1 and the second frame 2 are located at the flat position, and the drawing of the present embodiment depicts a length direction L, a width direction W, and a thickness direction T orthogonal to each other to facilitate the description of the foldable protective sleeve 100.
As shown in fig. 4 to 6, the first frame 1 in this embodiment includes a U-shaped cross section perpendicular to the thickness direction T, and the first frame 1 includes two first holding arms 11 each parallel to the length direction L, an elongated end plate 12 connected to the two first holding arms 11, and a fastening member 13 slidably disposed on the end plate 12.
The two first retaining arms 11 have substantially the same length in the length direction L, and in this embodiment, the two first retaining arms 11 are respectively perpendicularly connected to the two opposite ends of the end plate 12, and a first retaining groove 111 is formed on the inner edge of each first retaining arm 11 along the length direction L.
Further, each of the first retaining arms 11 includes a first body 112 and a first retaining portion 113 parallel to the length direction L, each of the first bodies 112 includes an L-shaped cross section perpendicular to the length direction L, and the two first retaining portions 113 are respectively formed by extending from long side edges of the two first bodies 112 along the width direction W and in directions facing each other. Furthermore, the first body 112 of each first retaining arm 11 and the inner edge of the first retaining portion 113 jointly surround and form the first retaining groove 111.
The end plate 12 has a height in the thickness direction T greater than a thickness of any one of the first holding arms 11, and the end plate 12 includes a J-shaped cross section perpendicular to the width direction W for receiving an end of the flexible mobile device 200 (see fig. 6). The end plate 12 of the first frame 1 further has an assembly hole 121 and a plurality of operation holes 122 located at one side of the assembly hole 121, and the positions of the operation holes 122 respectively correspond to operation keys (e.g., physical keys or virtual keys) of the flexible mobile device 200, so as to provide more comprehensive physical protection for the flexible mobile device 200.
The fastening member 13 is located on the surface of the end plate 12 away from the screen protection film 3, and the fastening member 13 is slidably mounted in the assembly hole 121 of the end plate 12 along the length direction L in this embodiment, so as to selectively protrude out of the edge of the end plate 12 and be capable of being fastened to the second frame 2.
In the present embodiment, the second frame 2 includes a U-shaped cross section perpendicular to the thickness direction T, and the second frame 2 includes two second holding arms 21 and an end arm 22 connected to the two second holding arms 21. The lengths of the two second holding arms 21 in the length direction L are substantially equal, the two second holding arms 21 are respectively and perpendicularly connected to the two opposite ends of the end arm 22 in the present embodiment, and a second latching groove 211 is formed on the inner edge of each second holding arm 21 along the length direction L.
Further, each of the second holding arms 21 includes a second body 212 and a second holding portion 213 parallel to the length direction L, each of the second bodies 212 includes an L-shaped cross section perpendicular to the length direction L, and the two second holding portions 213 are respectively formed by extending from long side edges of the two second bodies 212 along the width direction W and in directions facing each other. Furthermore, the second body 212 of each second holding arm 21 and the inner edge of the second holding portion 213 jointly surround and form the second latching groove 211.
Furthermore, the two second holding arms 21 and the end arm 22 together surround and form a substantially U-shaped mounting opening 23, so that the flexible mobile device 200 can be slidably fastened in the second frame 2 and the first frame 1 through the mounting opening 23 along the length direction L.
In the present embodiment, the screen protection film 3 is fixed to the inner edge of the first frame 1 and the inner edge of the second frame 2, and the combination manner of the screen protection film 3 with respect to the first frame 1 and the second frame 2 may be changed (e.g., attached or welded) according to design requirements, which is not limited herein. For example, the screen protection film 3 is detachably fixed to the inner edge of the first frame 1 and the inner edge of the second frame 2, or the screen protection film 3 is detachably fixed to the outer edge of the first frame 1 and the outer edge of the second frame 2 (see fig. 7).
The above is a description of the assembly structure and the connection relationship of the foldable protection sleeve 100 of the present embodiment in the flat position, and the following description will describe the specific application of the foldable protection sleeve 100, but the present invention is not limited thereto.
When the first frame 1 and the second frame 2 are located at the stretching position, the ends 214 of the two second holding arms 21 respectively face the ends 114 of the two first holding arms 11 away from the end plate 12 along the length direction L, so that the two first holding arms 11 of the first frame 1 and the two second holding arms 21 of the second frame 2 can be used to be assembled at the peripheral portion of the flexible mobile device 200, and the screen protection film 3 is used to be detachably disposed on the flexible screen of the flexible mobile device 200. That is, the screen protection film 3 of the present embodiment does not need to be adhered to the flexible screen of the flexible mobile device 200, but the present invention is not limited thereto.
Further, the flexible mobile device 200 passes through the mounting opening 23 along the length direction L and is inserted into the second frame 2 and the first frame 1, so that the two first latching grooves 111 of the first frame 1 and the two second latching grooves 211 of the second frame 2 surround and latch the peripheral portion of the flexible mobile device 200, thereby effectively protecting the peripheral portion of the flexible mobile device 200.
In addition, in other embodiments not shown in the present invention, at least one bonding member (e.g., a double-sided tape) can be further disposed on an inner edge of the first frame 1 (e.g., the end plate 12) to bond to a peripheral portion of the flexible mobile device 200, so as to effectively improve the bonding strength between the first frame 1 and the flexible mobile device 200.
Furthermore, when the first frame 1 and the second frame 2 are located at the folded position (as shown in fig. 2), the two first retaining arms 11 face the two second retaining arms 21 along the thickness direction T, and the height of the end plate 12 is equal to or slightly greater than the sum of the thicknesses of the first retaining arms 11 and the second retaining arms 21, so that the retaining member 13 can be used to retain the end arm 22, thereby maintaining the relative positions of the first frame 1 and the second frame 2. The screen protection film 3 can be elastically deformed by the tensile force of the first frame 1 and the second frame 2.
In addition, although the foldable protective sheath 100 of the present embodiment uses the clasps 13 to maintain the first frame 1 and the second frame 2 at the folded positions, the present invention is not limited thereto. For example, in other embodiments not shown in the present invention, the retaining member 13 may be omitted or replaced by other members.
[ example two ]
As shown in fig. 8, which is a second embodiment of the present invention, the present embodiment is similar to the first embodiment, and therefore the same points of the two embodiments are not repeated, and the differences between the present embodiment and the first embodiment are roughly described as follows:
in this embodiment, one side of an outer peripheral portion 31 of the screen protection film 3 is fixed to the inner edge of the first frame 1 and the inner edge of the second frame 2, and the other side of the outer peripheral portion 31 is a stepped structure 32 for accommodating a protruding structure 201 on the flexible mobile device 200.
In the present embodiment, the stepped structure 32 is formed by stacking the screen protection film 3 in a two-layer film manner; that is, the double-layer film of the screen protection film 3 has different sizes, so that the stepped structure 32 is formed at the edge of the double-layer film, but the invention is not limited thereto. For example, in other embodiments not shown in the present invention, the screen protection film 3 may also be formed by bending the edge of a single layer film to form the stepped structure 32.
[ third example ]
As shown in fig. 9, which is a third embodiment of the present invention, the present embodiment is similar to the first embodiment, and therefore the same points of the two embodiments are not repeated, and the differences between the present embodiment and the first embodiment are roughly described as follows:
in this embodiment, when the foldable protective sheath 100 is mounted on the flexible mobile device 200, the foldable protective sheath 100 is only adhered to the flexible screen of the flexible mobile device 200 by the screen protective film 3. That is, the first frame 1 and the second frame 2 are not used for being fastened or assembled to the peripheral portion of the flexible mobile device 200. In the drawings of the present embodiment, only the matching relationship between the first frame 1 and the peripheral portion of the flexible mobile device 200 is shown, but the matching relationship between the second frame 2 and the peripheral portion of the flexible mobile device 200 is similar to that shown in fig. 9.
In another aspect, the foldable protection sleeve 100 of the present embodiment can reduce the height of the first frame 1 and the second frame 2 in the thickness direction T, so as to be suitable for the type of the flexible mobile device 200 without side wall protection. Accordingly, the foldable protective sheath 100 of the present embodiment is equivalent to only provide the front protection function of the flexible mobile device 200.
[ example four ]
As shown in fig. 10 and fig. 11, which are a fourth embodiment of the present invention, the present embodiment is similar to the first embodiment, and therefore the same points of the two embodiments are not repeated, and the differences between the present embodiment and the first embodiment are roughly described as follows:
in this embodiment, the foldable protective sheath 100 further includes two elastic pieces 4 and two buffer layers 5 respectively fixed to the two elastic pieces 4. The elastic sheet 4 may be a flat plate-shaped elastic sheet or an arc-shaped elastic sheet, and the material thereof may be plastic, metal, silica gel, rubber, or the like. Furthermore, the elastic sheet 4 can be adjusted by the material, thickness, width, or structural design (e.g., hole digging) of the elastic sheet 4 according to the needs of the designer.
Furthermore, the end 214 of each of the second retaining arms 21 and the end 114 of the corresponding first retaining arm 11 facing each other along the length direction L are connected by one spring plate 4. The two elastic pieces 4 can be connected to the first frame 1 and the second frame 2 by conventional joining methods (such as bonding, fastening, riveting, locking, or welding).
In addition, each buffer layer 5 may cover a part of the corresponding elastic sheet 4 or cover the whole corresponding elastic sheet 4, and one buffer layer 5 is disposed between the end 214 of each second retaining arm 21 and the end 114 of the corresponding first retaining arm 11 facing each other along the length direction L. That is, when the first frame 1 and the second frame 2 are located at the folded position, each buffer layer 5 is located at the outer side of the corresponding elastic sheet 4, so as to provide a good buffering effect when a collision occurs.
In addition, in other embodiments not shown in the present invention, the two buffer layers 5 can be omitted from the foldable protective sleeve 100; alternatively, the foldable protective cover 100 may remove the damaged screen protective film 3, but still has a function of protecting the flexible mobile device 200.
[ example five ]
As shown in fig. 12, which is a fifth embodiment of the present invention, the present embodiment is similar to the first embodiment, and therefore the same points of the two embodiments are not repeated, and the differences between the present embodiment and the first embodiment are roughly described as follows:
in this embodiment, the foldable protection sleeve 100 further comprises two hinges 6, and the end 214 of each of the second holding arms 21 and the end 114 of the corresponding first holding arm 11 facing each other along the length direction L are connected by one hinge 6. In the embodiment, the hinge 6 is illustrated as a three-joint structure, but the invention is not limited thereto. For example, in other embodiments not shown in the present invention, the number of the sections of each hinge 6 may be more than four.
[ sixth example ]
As shown in fig. 13 and 14, which are a sixth embodiment of the present invention, the present embodiment is similar to the third embodiment, and therefore the same points of the two embodiments are not repeated, and the differences between the present embodiment and the third embodiment are roughly described as follows:
in the present embodiment, each of the second retaining arms 21 is formed with a through-going sliding slot 215, and the sliding slot 215 is elongated and parallel to the length direction L. Furthermore, each of the second holding arms 21 includes a slider 216 slidably disposed in the sliding slot 215; that is, each sliding block 216 has a gap in the corresponding sliding slot 215, so that the sliding block 216 can move along the sliding slot 215.
Furthermore, each of the sliding blocks 216 passes through the corresponding sliding slot 215 to be fixed (e.g., adhered) to the peripheral portion of the flexible mobile device 200. That is, the two sliders 216 of the second holding arm 21 can be coupled with the flexible mobile device 200 in a same manner (e.g., when the flexible mobile device 200 is bent, each slider 216 slides along the corresponding sliding slot 215), so that the second holding portion 213 of each second holding arm 21 of the second frame 2 of the present embodiment can be omitted, but the invention is not limited thereto.
[ seventh example ]
As shown in fig. 15, which is a seventh embodiment of the present invention, the present embodiment is similar to the sixth embodiment, so the same points of the two embodiments will not be described again, and the differences between the present embodiment and the sixth embodiment are roughly described as follows:
in the present embodiment, the foldable protective sheath 100 is suitable for the flexible mobile device 200 with the foldable structure (i.e. the flexible screen of the flexible mobile device 200 is located inside after being folded). More specifically, each of the first retaining arms 11 is formed with a through-going sliding slot 115, and the sliding slot 115 is elongated and parallel to the length direction L. Furthermore, each of the first holding arms 11 includes a sliding block 116 slidably disposed in the sliding groove 115; that is, each sliding block 116 has a gap in the corresponding sliding slot 115, so that the sliding block 116 can move along the sliding slot 115.
Furthermore, each of the sliding blocks 116 passes through the corresponding sliding slot 115 to be fixed (e.g., adhered) to the peripheral portion of the flexible mobile device 200. That is to say, the two sliders 116 of the first holding arm 11 can be combined with the flexible mobile device 200 in a same manner (for example, when the flexible mobile device 200 is bent, each slider 116 slides along the corresponding sliding slot 115), so that the first holding portion 113 of each first holding arm 11 of the first frame 1 of the embodiment can be omitted, but the invention is not limited thereto.
[ technical effects of embodiments of the present invention ]
In summary, the foldable protection sleeve disclosed in the embodiments of the present invention can be bent in accordance with the folding function of the flexible mobile device, so that the flexible mobile device can be physically protected in either a flat state or a folded state. Moreover, the foldable protective sleeve not only provides the function of fixing the flexible mobile device, but also can further protect the flexible screen. Furthermore, the first frame and the second frame which are arranged at intervals can be fixed with a screen protection film, so that the first frame and the second frame can rotate relatively, and physical protection is provided for the flexible screen.
The disclosure is only a preferred embodiment of the invention and is not intended to limit the scope of the invention, so that all equivalent technical changes made by using the contents of the specification and drawings are included in the scope of the invention.
