Detailed Description
To facilitate an understanding of the present application, the present application will now be described more fully with reference to the accompanying drawings. Preferred embodiments of the present application are illustrated in the accompanying drawings. This application may, however, be embodied in many different forms and should not be construed as limited to the embodiments set forth herein. Rather, these embodiments are provided so that this disclosure will be thorough and complete.
Referring to fig. 1 and 2, the wearable device 10 includes a watch case 100 and a watch band 200. The watch case 100 may be made of non-metal materials such as plastic, rubber, silica gel, wood or ceramic, and the watch case 100 may also be made of metal materials such as stainless steel, aluminum alloy or magnesium alloy. The inside of the watch case 100 forms a mounting space. In some embodiments, the wearable device 10 is a smart watch, and the installation space may be used to install electronic components such as the battery 300, the processor, the display screen, the biosensor, etc., but the display screen is not necessary and thus may be omitted. Biosensors may be used to detect biological data such as heart rate, respiration rate, blood pressure, or body fat, and in some embodiments, may also be used to detect a state of motion such as for step counting. In other embodiments, the wearable device 10 may be a sports watch, a common form of which is an electronic watch, or a conventional watch, a common form of which is a mechanical watch, or the like. In other embodiments, the wearable device 10 may also be a smart band or the like.
Referring to fig. 3 and 4, the watch case 100 is provided with a groove 101 for mounting the band 200, and the band 200 can be snap-fixed to the watch case 100 and detached from the watch case 100. The groove 101 may be circumferentially closed, or may be circumferentially provided with a notch. In some embodiments, the watch band 200 is divided into two pieces, each of the two pieces of watch band 200 has one end connected to the watch case 100, and the ends of the two pieces of watch band 200 facing away from the watch case 100 may be buckled to form a receiving space, so as to wear the wearable device 10 to the wrist or the forearm or other parts of the body of the user through the watch band 200. In other embodiments, the watch band 200 may be a one-piece structure, two ends of the watch band 200 are respectively connected to the watch case 100, and the size of the receiving space of the watch band 200 may be adjusted by other structures to facilitate wearing by a user. While the present application describes one of the two-piece wristband 200 as an example, it will be appreciated that the structure disclosed herein is applicable to other wristband 200 types.
Referring to fig. 2 and 5, the watch case 100 of the wearable device 10 is provided with a first electric mechanism 110 and a first engaging member 120, and the first electric mechanism 110 can be electrically connected with the battery 300 of the wearable device 10, so that the battery 300 can supply power to the first electric mechanism 110. The first engaging member 120 is connected to the first electric mechanism 110, and the first electric mechanism 110 can drive the first engaging member 120 to retract into the wristwatch case 100 when it is energized. Referring to fig. 6, 7 and 8, the groove wall of the groove 101 of the wristwatch case 100 may be provided with a first through hole 103, and the first engaging member 120 may be provided in the first through hole 103 and may be telescopically movable in the first through hole 103. The band 200 can be mounted to the case 100 and snap to the case 100 when the first snap 120 is extended. Referring to fig. 9, 10 and 11, after the first engaging member 120 is retracted into the watch case 100, the band 200 can be detached from the watch case 100. Referring to fig. 5, the first electric mechanism 110 further includes a first driving assembly 111 and a first driving lever 113, the first driving assembly 111 is respectively connected to the watch case 100 and the first driving lever 113, the first driving lever 113 is connected to the first engaging member 120, and the first driving assembly 111 can drive the first driving lever 113 to move so as to drive the first engaging member 120 to retract into the watch case 100.
Specifically, in some embodiments, the first driving assembly 111 includes a motor, a gear, and a rack, the motor is respectively connected to the watch case 100 and the gear, the rack is engaged with the gear and connected to the first driving lever 113, and the motor can drive the first driving lever 113 to move, so as to drive the first engaging member 120 to retract into the watch case 100. The motor can be a stepping motor, and the stepping motor can obtain higher control precision. Of course, a reduction gear set may be provided between the output shaft of the motor and the gear to reduce the impact of the motor at the time of starting and finally output a large torque.
Of course, in other embodiments, the first driving assembly 111 may have another structure, for example, the first driving assembly 111 includes a magnetic member and a suction member, the magnetic member is disposed on the watch case 100, the suction member is disposed on the first driving lever 113, and one of the magnetic member and the suction member can generate a magnetic attraction between the magnetic member and the suction member when the first driving lever 113 is powered on to drive the first driving lever 113 to move. Specifically, one of the magnetic member and the engaging member is an electromagnet, and the other of the magnetic member and the engaging member is a permanent magnet, or a magnetic metal member such as iron, cobalt, nickel, and alloys thereof. When the electromagnet is powered on, magnetic attraction is generated between the magnetic attraction piece and the attraction piece, and the magnetic attraction piece and the attraction piece are close to each other to drive the first clamping piece 120 to move. Certainly, the magnetic attraction member and the attraction member may both be electromagnets, and when the two electromagnets are powered on, a magnetic attraction force is formed between the two electromagnets, and the two electromagnets approach each other to drive the first engaging member 120 to move.
In the wearable device 10, the watch band 200 can be engaged with the watch case 100 when the watch band 200 is mounted on the watch case 100 and the first engaging member 120 is extended, and the first electric mechanism 110 can drive the first engaging member 120 to retract into the watch case 100 so that the watch band 200 can be detached from the watch case 100, so that the first electric mechanism 110 can facilitate the detachment and installation of the watch band 200 and the watch case 100. The first electric mechanism 110 is easily set to be automated, for example, a physical button may be set on the watch case 100, or a virtual button may be set through a program, and the physical button or the virtual button may be operated to control the first electric mechanism 110 to start up, so as to drive the first engaging member 120 to retract into the watch case 100, thereby enabling the watch band 200 to be conveniently detached from the watch case 100. The first electric mechanism 110 and the first engaging member 120 can also form a closer fit between the watch band 200 and the watch case 100, so as to reduce the assembly gap between the watch band 200 and the watch case 100 and improve the aesthetic property of the wearable device 10. In one embodiment, the first elastic member 130 is a spring. Further, referring to fig. 5, the first engaging member 120 includes a main body 121 and a boss 123 extending along a circumferential direction of the main body 121, the main body 121 is fixedly connected to the first driving lever 113, the first elastic member 130 is sleeved on the main body 121, one end of the first elastic member 130 abuts against the boss 123, the other end of the first elastic member 130 abuts against the watch case 100, and when the first engaging member 120 retracts into the watch case 100, the first elastic member 130 is compressed. Of course, in other embodiments, the position of the first elastic member 130 may be changed, so that when the first engaging member 120 retracts into the watch case 100, the first elastic member 130 is stretched, and the first engaging member 120 may be driven to return by the stretching force of the first elastic member 130. In other embodiments, the first elastic member 130 may be a spring sheet or an elastic column. It is understood that the first elastic element 130 is not necessary, for example, in the case that the first elastic element 130 is omitted, the first driving component 111 can drive the first driving lever 113 to move, and thus drive the first engaging element 120 to extend out of the watch case 100.
Further, referring to fig. 5, the first driving lever 113 includes a connecting portion 113a and an extending portion 113b that are integrally formed, the connecting portion 113a is connected to the first driving assembly 111, the cross section of the extending portion 113b is arc-shaped, and the extending portion 113b is connected to a side of the boss 123 away from the main body 121. Of course, the extending portion 113b may be connected to either side of the boss 123 in the axial direction of the first click member 120. In embodiments where the first drive assembly 111 comprises a first rack, the connecting portion 113a is connected to and can be driven by the first rack. In embodiments where the first driving assembly 111 includes a suction member, the connecting portion 113a connects the suction member and can be driven by the suction member. The extension portion 113b is configured to be stably assembled with the first engaging member 120 so that the first engaging member 120 can be stably moved in an extending and contracting manner.

In embodiments where first drive assembly 111 includes a motor, gears, and gear racks, the motor, gears, and gear racks may be mounted within carrier 115 and encased by carrier 115 to protect the motor, gears, and gear racks and to facilitate a sealed and lubricated design of first drive assembly 111. In embodiments where the first drive assembly 111 includes a magnetically attractive member and an engaging member, the magnetically attractive member and the engaging member may be mounted within the carrier 115 and wrapped by the carrier 115 to facilitate sealing of the first drive assembly 111. The recess 101 of the watch case 100 may be provided with a second through hole 105, and the second engaging member 150 may be provided in the second through hole 105 and may be capable of moving telescopically in the second through hole 105. The second engaging member 150 may have the same structure as the first engaging member 120, the second driving assembly 141 may have the same structure as the first driving assembly 111, and the second lever 143 may have the same structure as the first lever 113.
