The qi and blood replenishing plant beverage according to claim 1, wherein: the plant beverage comprises, by weight, 25-35 parts of water, 12-18 parts of ginseng, 4-10 parts of mulberry, 5-13 parts of chrysanthemum, 7-17 parts of longan pulp, 10-14 parts of wolfberry fruit, 8-10 parts of Chinese yam, 2-4 parts of donkey-hide gelatin and 2-6 parts of honey.
