Abstract
本发明公开了一种生物解剖环境消毒剂,由蒸馏水、乙醇、艾草、薰衣草、茉莉花、柠檬酸、大青叶、陈皮、过氧乙酸、苯扎溴铵、灭菌唑制成。与现有技术相比,本发明采用中药为主,西药为辅的组合方式制得专用于生物解剖环境的消毒液,利用的植物的香味和药效,再配合化学药剂进行杀菌消毒,能够有效的除臭和灭菌,改善生物解剖环境的状态,减少病菌对解剖学者的健康影响,具有推广应用的价值。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种生物实验相关药物,尤其涉及一种生物解剖环境消毒剂。
背景技术
解剖学是涉及生命体的结构和组织的生物学分支学科,可以分为动物解剖学和植物解剖学。解剖学的主要分支有比较解剖学、组织学和人体解剖学。现有技术中,在生物解剖的环境中,如解剖室内,大多被解剖的实体都会不同程度的腐坏,滋生细菌较多,而且气味难闻,从而影响解剖学者的身体健康,而常规的消毒液的气味本身也比较难闻,因此,存在改进空间。
发明内容
本发明的目的就在于为了解决上述问题而提供一种生物解剖环境消毒剂。
本发明通过以下技术方案来实现上述目的:
本发明由蒸馏水、乙醇、艾草、薰衣草、茉莉花、柠檬酸、大青叶、陈皮、过氧乙酸、苯扎溴铵、灭菌唑制成。
本发明制备方法包括以下步骤:
S1:取艾草、薰衣草、茉莉花、柠檬酸、大青叶、陈皮与水混合后进行蒸馏,收集液体进行纯化,将纯化所得液体备用;
S2:取蒸馏水、乙醇、过氧乙酸、苯扎溴铵、灭菌唑,然后加入步骤S1中制得的液体混匀,即得生物解剖环境消毒剂。
进一步,所述步骤S1中,按重量比,所述艾草占30-40%、所述薰衣草占16-24%、所述茉莉花占10-16%、所述柠檬酸占1-4%、所述大青叶占15-20%、所述陈皮占10-15%。
优选的,按重量比,所述艾草占35%、所述薰衣草占20%、所述茉莉花占15%、所述柠檬酸占2%、所述大青叶占16%、所述陈皮占12%。
进一步,按重量比,所述蒸馏水占30-40%、所述乙醇占15-25%、所述过氧乙酸占20-30%、所述苯扎溴铵占10-15%、所述灭菌唑占4-8%。
优选的,按重量比,所述蒸馏水占35%、所述乙醇占20%、所述过氧乙酸占25%、所述苯扎溴铵占15%、所述灭菌唑占5%。
优选的,所述步骤S1的所的液体与所述步骤S2的混合物混合比例为3:2。
本发明的有益效果在于:
本发明是一种生物解剖环境消毒剂,与现有技术相比,本发明采用中药为主,西药为辅的组合方式制得专用于生物解剖环境的消毒液,利用的植物的香味和药效,再配合化学药剂进行杀菌消毒,能够有效的除臭和灭菌,改善生物解剖环境的状态,减少病菌对解剖学者的健康影响,具有推广应用的价值。
具体实施方式
下面对本发明作进一步说明:
本发明由蒸馏水、乙醇、艾草、薰衣草、茉莉花、柠檬酸、大青叶、陈皮、过氧乙酸、苯扎溴铵、灭菌唑制成。
本发明制备方法包括以下步骤:
S1:取艾草、薰衣草、茉莉花、柠檬酸、大青叶、陈皮与水混合后进行蒸馏,收集液体进行纯化,将纯化所得液体备用;
S2:取蒸馏水、乙醇、过氧乙酸、苯扎溴铵、灭菌唑,然后加入步骤S1中制得的液体混匀,即得生物解剖环境消毒剂。
进一步,所述步骤S1中,按重量比,所述艾草占30-40%、所述薰衣草占16-24%、所述茉莉花占10-16%、所述柠檬酸占1-4%、所述大青叶占15-20%、所述陈皮占10-15%。
优选的,按重量比,所述艾草占35%、所述薰衣草占20%、所述茉莉花占15%、所述柠檬酸占2%、所述大青叶占16%、所述陈皮占12%。
进一步,按重量比,所述蒸馏水占30-40%、所述乙醇占15-25%、所述过氧乙酸占20-30%、所述苯扎溴铵占10-15%、所述灭菌唑占4-8%。
优选的,按重量比,所述蒸馏水占35%、所述乙醇占20%、所述过氧乙酸占25%、所述苯扎溴铵占15%、所述灭菌唑占5%。
优选的,所述步骤S1的所的液体与所述步骤S2的混合物混合比例为3:2。
本发明使用时,将本发明的混合物采用喷雾形式对生物解剖环境(如解剖室内)进行喷涂即可,或者将本发明的消毒剂与水按1:500的比例混合后放入空气加湿器中进行雾化使用,可进行消毒除臭。
实验参数:
将本发明的消毒剂采用常规生物实验测得:金黄色葡萄球菌灭菌率92.3%、大肠杆菌灭菌率89.7%、白色念珠菌灭菌率87.8%、绿脓杆菌灭菌率90.6%。结果表明本发明的消毒剂灭菌消毒效果良好。

1.一种生物解剖环境消毒剂,其特征在于:由蒸馏水、乙醇、艾草、薰衣草、茉莉花、柠檬酸、大青叶、陈皮、过氧乙酸、苯扎溴铵、灭菌唑制成。
2.根据权利要求1所述的生物解剖环境消毒剂,其特征在于:制备方法包括以下步骤:
S1:取艾草、薰衣草、茉莉花、柠檬酸、大青叶、陈皮与水混合后进行蒸馏,收集液体进行纯化,将纯化所得液体备用;
S2:取蒸馏水、乙醇、过氧乙酸、苯扎溴铵、灭菌唑,然后加入步骤S1中制得的液体混匀,即得生物解剖环境消毒剂。
3.根据权利要求2所述的生物解剖环境消毒剂,其特征在于:所述步骤S1中,按重量比,所述艾草占30-40%、所述薰衣草占16-24%、所述茉莉花占10-16%、所述柠檬酸占1-4%、所述大青叶占15-20%、所述陈皮占10-15%。
4.根据权利要求3所述的生物解剖环境消毒剂,其特征在于:所述步骤S1中,按重量比,所述艾草占35%、所述薰衣草占20%、所述茉莉花占15%、所述柠檬酸占2%、所述大青叶占16%、所述陈皮占12%。
5.根据权利要求2所述的生物解剖环境消毒剂,其特征在于:按重量比,所述蒸馏水占30-40%、所述乙醇占15-25%、所述过氧乙酸占20-30%、所述苯扎溴铵占10-15%、所述灭菌唑占4-8%。
6.根据权利要求5所述的生物解剖环境消毒剂,其特征在于:按重量比,所述蒸馏水占35%、所述乙醇占20%、所述过氧乙酸占25%、所述苯扎溴铵占15%、所述灭菌唑占5%。
7.根据权利要求2所述的生物解剖环境消毒剂,其特征在于:所述步骤S1的所的液体与所述步骤S2的混合物混合比例为3:2。
