技术领域
本发明涉及一种用于控制轨道车辆的一个或者多个制动单元的控制系统。
背景技术
轨道车辆能够具有多种类型的摩擦制动器,如盘式制动器和闸瓦式制动器,其中在盘式制动器的情况中制动力通过制动钳或者制动卡钳传递到制动盘上,该制动盘紧固在轮体上或者设置在车轮之间的轮对车轴上,而在闸瓦式制动器的情况中制动力直接作用到车轮的滚动面上。在盘式制动器的情况中,通常多个制动单元设置在一个转向架中。这就是说,例如可以将四个制动单元设置在轨道车辆的一个转向架上。制动单元中的每一个都配备一个执行器,再由一个中心控制装置对这些执行器进行控制。在具有能量介质为空气或者液压系统的制动系统的情况中,执行器是纯机械式元件。
在专利申请DE102009042965 A1中进行了将制动单元的执行器构成为“更加智能”的尝试,其中每个执行器具有一个逻辑单元(即专用的电子硬件和软件)和一个控制端口,用于根据一个控制信号控制制动力。控制信号由一个中心制动控制系统提供给执行器。这样的执行器称为电动机械式执行器。尽管利用这个系统能够单独操控电动机械式执行器,然而需要一个中心控制装置。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种改进的控制系统,用于改善或者提高制动系统的功能性和/或可靠性。
根据本发明,这个目的利用如权利要求1所述的、用于控制轨道车辆制动系统的控制系统得以实现。从属权利要求中包含本发明的有益的构造设计。
根据本发明,这个目的的解决方案在于一种控制系统,其具有多个分别与一个制动单元连接的、用于电动机械式执行器的控制单元,其中该控制单元分别具有一个各自的计算单元并且配置如下,即它们能够直接相互通信,用以单独地或者共同解决一个或者多个与制动器有关的任务。因此每个控制单元的每个局部计算能力也能够集中使用。通过集中使用所有计算能力,能够在车辆平台上构建或者处理例如高阶函数。
控制系统优选构成为:控制单元具有同样的硬件,用以节省成本。
各控制单元优选借助数据总线系统连接,用以允许控制单元之间的通信。
在一个实施例中,(例如一个转向架的)控制单元可以配置为:控制单元中的一个用作主机,而剩余的控制单元则用作从机,以便这个转向架的制动单元由所述主机集中控制。
在一个进一步的实施例中,例如控制单元中的两个可以具有不同的计算机程序,用以利用不同的方法解决相同的任务。通过对结果的对比,可以进行故障分析或者显示控制功能。
在一个进一步的实施例中,控制系统配置为:在一个控制单元发生故障和不能再对附属的制动单元进行操控,或者一个制动单元或相应的电动机械式执行器发生故障的情况中,能够通过如下方式由至少一个其它的或者多个、甚至所有其余的制动单元补偿这个制动单元因此缺失的制动力,即这个(些)其它的制动单元的控制单元相应地提高局部制动力,最高受到相应的制动单元上最大允许施加的制动力的限制。
在一个进一步的实施例中,控制系统配置为:控制单元的计算单元的全部计算能力能够共同用于一个计算任务,用于解决一个更高阶的/复杂的任务。这样的计算任务例如可以是动态制动力分布、减速调节或者防滑调节。

具体实施方式
图1示意性地示出了一个传统的制动系统,其具有四个制动单元20。分别为一个制动单元设置有一个用于操作制动器的电动机械式执行器(未示出)。分别为制动单元20设置有用于控制执行器的逻辑单元10。在此,逻辑单元10只从一个中心控制装置2获得控制信号,用以在制动单元20上施加相应的制动力。中心控制装置2与所有逻辑单元10连接,用以单独控制这些逻辑单元。
图2类似于在图1中示意性地示出了一个制动系统,然而在该制动系统中略去了中心控制装置2,而取而代之设置有控制单元30,这些控制单元具有计算能力比逻辑单元10强的计算单元。这些控制单元30经由一个数据总线系统相互连接并且配置成,它们相互通信以单独或者共同解决一个或者多个与制动器有关的任务。控制单元30的局部的(分散的)计算能力因此能够(虚拟地)集中使用,以便例如构建高阶函数。
另外,分散的计算能力还能够用于构建冗余的函数结构,用以在整个系统中达到更高的安全级别和更高的可用性(例如在一个控制单元发生故障的情况中,附属的制动单元的制动力可以通过如下方式由至少一个其它的制动单元补偿,即这个其它的制动单元的控制单元相应地提高附属的制动力)。作为补充方案,为了数字化意义上的另外函数(例如为了预测性维护)可以对局部产生的数据进行中心处理和传送。在这个情况中,不再需要如在现有技术中那样的额外的中心控制装置,由此能够节省成本。

Claims (8)

1.一种用于控制轨道车辆制动系统的控制系统(12),该控制系统具有多个分别与一个制动单元(20)连接的控制单元(30),其特征在于:这些控制单元(30)分别具有各自的计算单元,这些控制单元设计成,使得控制单元(30)能够直接相互通信,以便单独地或者共同解决一个或者多个与制动器有关的任务。
2.如权利要求1所述的控制系统(12),其特征在于,这些控制单元(30)具有同样的硬件。
3.如权利要求1或2所述的控制系统(12),其特征在于,这些控制单元(30)借助数据总线系统连接。
4.如前述权利要求中任一项所述的控制系统(12),其特征在于,控制单元(30)设计成:控制单元(30)中的一个用作主机,而剩余的控制单元(30)则用作从机。
5.如前述权利要求中任一项所述的控制系统(12),其特征在于,控制单元(30)中的至少两个具有不同的计算机程序,以便利用不同的方法解决相同的任务。
6.如前述权利要求中任一项所述的控制系统(12),其特征在于,该控制系统设计成:在一个控制单元(30)发生故障或者一个制动单元(20)或一个相应的电动机械式执行器发生故障的情况中,能够通过如下方式由至少一个其它的制动单元(20)补偿由此缺失的制动力,即这个其它的制动单元(20)的控制单元(30)相应地提高局部制动力。
7.如前述权利要求中任一项所述的控制系统(12),其特征在于,该控制系统(12)设计成:这些控制单元(30)的计算单元的全部计算能力能够共同用于一个计算任务。
8.如权利要求7所述的控制系统(12),其中所述计算任务是以下任务之一:动态制动力分布、减速调节和防滑调节。
