In a possible implementation manner, the receiving module 301 is further configured to receive a status feedback request sent by the air conditioner, where the status feedback request carries the working parameters after the air conditioner is adjusted;
the processing and sending module 302 is further configured to send the state feedback request to the storage server, so that the storage server updates the stored working parameters of the air conditioner according to the state feedback request.
In a possible implementation manner, the processing and sending module 302 is further configured to disconnect communication with a server other than the access server when it is determined that the load of the current connection is greater than a set threshold.

receiving a storage request sent by the air conditioner, wherein the storage request carries hardware information of the air conditioner;
and sending the storage request to a storage server, so that the storage server stores the hardware information of the air conditioner.
In a possible implementation, before the determining the target access server, the method further includes:
sending the adjustment request to a verification server;
and receiving a verification result returned by the verification server, and if the verification result is that the verification is passed, performing the subsequent step of determining the target access server.
In a possible implementation manner, if the verification result is that the verification is not passed, notification information of information abnormality is sent to the air conditioner.
In one possible embodiment, the method further comprises:
and sending first connection number updating information to a statistical server to enable the statistical server to update the number of the currently connected air conditioners.
In a possible implementation manner, after the sending the adjustment information to the air conditioner, the method further includes:
and sending second connection number updating information to the counting server to enable the counting server to update the number of the currently connected air conditioners.

receiving an adjustment request for adjusting an air conditioner sending request, wherein the adjustment request carries current working parameters of the air conditioner;
determining a target access server, and sending the adjustment request to the target access server;
receiving adjustment information sent by the target access server, wherein the adjustment information carries working parameters after the air conditioner is adjusted;
and sending the adjustment information to the air conditioner, so that the air conditioner adjusts the corresponding working parameters according to the adjustment information.
In one possible embodiment, the method further comprises:
receiving a storage request sent by the air conditioner, wherein the storage request carries hardware information of the air conditioner;
and sending the storage request to a storage server, so that the storage server stores the hardware information of the air conditioner.
In a possible implementation, before the determining the target access server, the method further includes:
sending the adjustment request to a verification server;
and receiving a verification result returned by the verification server, and if the verification result is that the verification is passed, performing the subsequent step of determining the target access server.
In a possible implementation manner, if the verification result is that the verification is not passed, notification information of information abnormality is sent to the air conditioner.
In one possible embodiment, the method further comprises:

Claims (22)

1. A method of communication, the method comprising:
receiving an adjustment request for adjusting an air conditioner sending request, wherein the adjustment request carries current working parameters of the air conditioner;
determining a target access server, and sending the adjustment request to the target access server;
receiving adjustment information sent by the target access server, wherein the adjustment information carries working parameters after the air conditioner is adjusted;
and sending the adjustment information to the air conditioner, so that the air conditioner adjusts the corresponding working parameters according to the adjustment information.
2. The method of claim 1, further comprising:
receiving a storage request sent by the air conditioner, wherein the storage request carries hardware information of the air conditioner;
and sending the storage request to a storage server, so that the storage server stores the hardware information of the air conditioner.
3. The method of claim 1, wherein prior to determining the target access server, the method further comprises:
sending the adjustment request to a verification server;
and receiving a verification result returned by the verification server, and if the verification result is that the verification is passed, performing the subsequent step of determining the target access server.
4. The method according to claim 3, wherein if the verification result is that the verification is not passed, sending information abnormal notification information to the air conditioner.
5. The method of claim 1, further comprising:
and sending first connection number updating information to a statistical server to enable the statistical server to update the number of the currently connected air conditioners.
6. The method of claim 5, wherein after sending the adjustment information to the air conditioner, the method further comprises:
and sending second connection number updating information to the counting server to enable the counting server to update the number of the currently connected air conditioners.
7. The method of claim 1, further comprising:
receiving a state feedback request sent by the air conditioner, wherein the state feedback request carries working parameters after the air conditioner is adjusted;
and sending the state feedback request to the storage server, so that the storage server updates the stored working parameters of the air conditioner according to the state feedback request.
8. The method according to any one of claims 1-7, further comprising:
and when the load of the current connection of the self is determined to be larger than the set threshold value, the communication with other servers except the access server is disconnected.
9. A communication system, the system comprising:
the air conditioner is used for sending an adjustment request for requesting adjustment to the proxy server, wherein the adjustment request carries the current working parameters of the air conditioner;
the proxy server is used for receiving the adjustment request sent by the air conditioner, determining a target access server and sending the adjustment request to the target access server;
the target access server is used for receiving the adjustment request sent by the proxy server, processing the adjustment request and sending adjustment information to the proxy server, wherein the adjustment information carries working parameters after the air conditioner is adjusted;
the proxy server is also used for receiving the adjustment information and sending the adjustment information to the air conditioner;
and the air conditioner is also used for receiving the adjustment information and adjusting the corresponding working parameters according to the adjustment information.
10. The system of claim 9, wherein the air conditioner is further configured to send a storage request to the proxy server, where the storage request carries hardware information of the air conditioner;
the proxy server is also used for receiving the storage request and sending the storage request to a storage server;
the system further comprises:
and the storage server is used for receiving the storage request sent by the proxy server and storing the hardware information of the air conditioner.
11. The system of claim 9, further comprising:
the verification server is used for receiving the adjustment request sent by the proxy server, verifying the adjustment request and returning a verification result to the proxy server;
the proxy server is also used for receiving a verification result returned by the verification server, and if the verification result is that the verification is passed, the subsequent step of determining the target access server is carried out; and if the verification result is that the verification is not passed, sending notification information of information abnormity to the air conditioner.
12. The system of claim 9, further comprising:
the statistical server is used for receiving first connection number updating information sent by the proxy server and enabling the statistical server to update the number of the currently connected air conditioners; and receiving and sending second connection number updating information to enable the counting server to update the number of the currently connected air conditioners.
13. The system according to claim 9, wherein the proxy server is further configured to receive a status feedback request sent by the air conditioner, where the status feedback request carries the working parameters after the air conditioner is adjusted; sending the state feedback request to the storage server;
the storage server is further configured to receive the state feedback request sent by the proxy server; and updating the stored working parameters of the air conditioner according to the state feedback request.
14. The system according to any of claims 9-13, wherein the proxy server is further configured to disconnect communication with a server other than the access server when it is determined that the load of its current connection is greater than a set threshold.
15. A communications apparatus, the apparatus comprising:
the system comprises a receiving module, a processing module and a processing module, wherein the receiving module is used for receiving an adjusting request which is sent by an air conditioner to adjust, and the adjusting request carries the current working parameters of the air conditioner;
the processing and sending module is used for determining a target access server and sending the adjustment request to the target access server;
the receiving module is further configured to receive adjustment information sent by the target access server, where the adjustment information carries working parameters after the air conditioner is adjusted;
and the processing and sending module is further used for sending the adjustment information to the air conditioner so that the air conditioner adjusts the corresponding working parameters according to the adjustment information.
16. The device according to claim 15, wherein the receiving module is further configured to receive a storage request sent by the air conditioner, where the storage request carries hardware information of the air conditioner;
and the processing and sending module is further used for sending the storage request to a storage server so that the storage server stores the hardware information of the air conditioner.
17. The apparatus of claim 15, wherein the processing and sending module is further configured to send the adjustment request to an authentication server;
the receiving module is further configured to receive a verification result returned by the verification server, and if the verification result is that verification passes, perform a subsequent step of determining a target access server; and if the verification result is that the verification is not passed, sending notification information of information abnormity to the air conditioner.
18. The device of claim 15, wherein the processing and sending module is further configured to send first connection number update information to a statistics server, so that the statistics server updates the number of currently connected air conditioners; or sending second connection number updating information to the counting server to enable the counting server to update the number of the currently connected air conditioners.
19. The apparatus according to claim 15, wherein the receiving module is further configured to receive a status feedback request sent by the air conditioner, where the status feedback request carries the working parameters after the air conditioner is adjusted;
and the processing and sending module is further configured to send the state feedback request to the storage server, so that the storage server updates the stored working parameters of the air conditioner according to the state feedback request.
20. The apparatus according to any of claims 15-19, wherein the processing and sending module is further configured to disconnect communication with a server other than the access server when it is determined that the load of its current connection is greater than a set threshold.
21. An electronic device, characterized in that the electronic device comprises at least a processor and a memory, the processor being adapted to carry out the steps of the communication method according to any of claims 1-8 when executing a computer program stored in the memory.
22. A computer-readable storage medium, characterized in that it stores a computer program which, when being executed by a processor, carries out the steps of the communication method according to any one of claims 1 to 8.
