The sounding monomer 2 comprises a metal basin frame 22 and a vibrating diaphragm 21 which is fixed on the metal basin frame 22 and used for vibrating and sounding.
Specifically, the casing 1 includes a base 11 and a rear shell 12, the base 11 and the rear shell 12 are respectively covered on two opposite sides of the sound generating unit 2 along the vibration direction of the vibrating diaphragm 21, the base 11 and the rear shell 12 are covered on two opposite sides of the metal basin frame 22 along the vibration direction of the vibrating diaphragm 21 in this embodiment, and the base 11 is provided with a sound generating port 1110 penetrating through the base 11; the base 11 and the rear shell 12 are both made of metal material, so that the whole housing 1 becomes thin, and the size of the accommodating space 10 is further increased.
The base 11 comprises a ring-shaped base plate 111, a base extension wall 112 bent and extended from the outer periphery of the base plate 111 to the direction of the rear shell 12, and a flange 113 inclined and extended from the inner periphery of the base plate 111 to the rear shell 12, wherein the flange 113 abuts against the sounding unit 2 and is fixed with the periphery of the sounding unit 2; the flanging 113 is annular and encloses into the sound-emitting opening 1110, the sound-emitting unit 2 is provided with one side of the vibrating diaphragm 21 faces the sound-emitting opening 1110, the flanging 113 and the sound-emitting unit 2 jointly enclose into a dispensing groove 14a, and a sealing ring 141a is arranged in the dispensing groove 14a so as to seal the base 11 and the sound-emitting unit 2. Specifically, the flange 113 and the metal frame 22 together form a dispensing groove 14a, the dispensing groove 14a is used for accommodating glue to form a sealing ring 141a, that is, the sealing ring 141a is formed by filling glue into the dispensing groove 14a, so that the casing 1 and the sounding unit 2 have better sealing performance and do not occupy space, and the space utilization rate is high; the turned edge 113 is obliquely arranged, so that the glue dispensing groove 14a can dispense glue more easily; meanwhile, the sealing ring can be assembled with the whole machine, and materials are saved. The sounding monomer 2 is at least partially exposed out of the casing 1, that is, the diaphragm 21 is exposed out of the casing 1, so that the sounding effect of the diaphragm 21 is better.
The rear shell 12 includes a rear shell plate 121 located on one side of the sound generating unit 2 away from the base 11 and spaced from the sound generating unit 2, and a rear shell extension wall 122 extending from the periphery of the rear shell plate 121 to the base 11 in a bending manner. Specifically, the extending direction of the rear shell extending wall 122 is parallel to the vibration direction of the diaphragm 21, and the rear shell extending wall 122 abuts against the base extending wall 112 and is fixed to the base extending wall 112 by welding, so that the reliability is better.
In this embodiment, the rear shell 12, the base 11 and the sound generating unit 2 together enclose a rear sound cavity 20. Thus, the sound-generating device 100 of the present invention forms a relatively closed rear sound cavity structure, which is simple in structure and improves the acoustic performance, especially the low frequency acoustic performance, of the sound-generating device 100. In this embodiment, a leakage portion 23 is further disposed on one side of the sounding unit 2 away from the diaphragm 21, and the leakage portion 23 is communicated with the rear acoustic cavity 20.
The air permeable partition 4 is located in the rear sound cavity 20, fixed to the flange 113 and separating the sound generating unit 1 from the rear sound cavity 20.
Specifically, the ventilation spacer 4 includes a spacer body 41 disposed opposite to the rear casing panel 121 at a distance, a spacer extension portion 42 extending from the periphery of the spacer body 41 to the base 11 in a bending manner, and a spacer fixing portion 43 extending from one end of the spacer extension portion 42 away from the spacer body 41 in a bending manner; the partition extending part 42 and the rear casing extending wall 122 are arranged at intervals, the partition fixing part 43 is fixed on the turned-over edge 113, the breathable partition 4, the rear casing 12 and the base 11 jointly form a powder filling space 30, and the powder filling space 30 is used for packaging sound absorption particles and improving the acoustic effect of the sound generating device 100.
The rubber ring 6 is attached to one side, away from the sounding monomer 2, of the base plate 111, and the sounding device 100 is assembled and sealed with the whole machine through the rubber ring 6; preferably, the rubber ring 6 is made of double-sided adhesive tape.
The housing 1 includes a gap 13a penetrating therethrough, and the sound generating device 100 further includes a conductive member 5 extending toward the sound generating unit 2 through the gap 13a and electrically connected to the sound generating unit 2.
Specifically, the conductive device 5 includes a conductive device body 52, a connecting arm 53 extending from two ends of the conductive device body 52 to the sounding single body 2 and electrically connected to the sounding single body 2, and an extending arm 51 extending from the conductive device body 52 to a direction away from the sounding single body 2 and penetrating through the gap 13 a. Through the structural design of the conductive piece 5, the whole conductive piece 5 occupies a small space of the sounding device 100, and meanwhile, the electric connection with the sounding unit 2 is realized, so that the space utilization rate is higher.

the base comprises an annular base plate, a base extending wall bent and extending from the outer periphery of the base plate to the rear shell, and a flange obliquely extending from the inner periphery of the base plate to the rear shell and fixedly connected with the periphery of the sounding monomer in an abutting mode; the flanging is annular and surrounds the sounding opening, one side of the sounding monomer, which is provided with the vibrating diaphragm, is arranged towards the sounding opening, and the flanging and the sounding monomer surround the glue dispensing groove together;
the rear shell, the base and the sounding monomer form a rear sound cavity together in an enclosing mode.
