judging whether the position information exceeds a moving range matched with the current time or not;
and if the movement range is exceeded, sending a reminding message to the intelligent terminal which is associated with the intelligent wearable equipment.
4. The reminding method applied to the intelligent wearable device according to claim 3, wherein after the step of judging whether the position information exceeds the activity range matched with the current time, the reminding method further comprises the following steps:
if the moving range is not exceeded, and monitoring equipment which is associated with the intelligent wearable equipment and the intelligent terminal is arranged in the moving range, the monitoring equipment is triggered to acquire image or video information of the user in the moving range, and the image or video information is sent to the intelligent terminal through the monitoring equipment, so that the intelligent terminal judges whether the user is reminded again through the intelligent wearable equipment according to the image or video information.
5. The reminding method applied to the intelligent wearable device according to claim 1, wherein the step of acquiring the life reminding information matched with the position information and the time and reminding the user comprises the steps of:
detecting the life processing item with the minimum time difference between the processing time period and the current time;

and if not, acquiring life reminding information for reminding the user to go to the position corresponding to the life processing item, and reminding the user.
