Abstract
The invention discloses a vehicle-mounted interaction method and a device thereof, wherein the method comprises the following steps: the cloud server and the vehicle-mounted terminal perform information interaction; acquiring local information of the vehicle-mounted terminal; sending information to the vehicle-mounted terminal; receiving the cloud server information; the vehicle-mounted terminal reflects the cloud server information; sending information to the cloud server; the cloud server judges, stores and processes the vehicle-mounted terminal information; the device further comprises a processor and a memory storing an executable program executed by the processor, wherein the processor executes the executable program to execute any of the steps of the method. The invention aims to provide a vehicle-mounted interaction method and a device thereof, which have various functions, flexible control and wide vehicle-mounted interaction information and can more conveniently control a vehicle-mounted system.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of vehicle networking information sharing, in particular to a vehicle-mounted interaction method and a vehicle-mounted interaction device.
Background
The existing vehicle has become the most convenient for people to go out along with the popularization of automobiles, the most extensive vehicles and the vehicle-mounted equipment are increased along with the increase of the automobile keeping quantity, such as a driving recorder, vehicle-mounted navigation, vehicle-mounted MP3, vehicle-mounted refrigerator and the like, the driving experience is improved, and convenience is provided for car owners and passengers.

Acquiring an action instruction, wherein the action instruction comprises a trigger action instruction, or the trigger action instruction and a selection action instruction; the trigger action instruction instructs the terminal to execute a trigger operation; or, the trigger action instruction instructs the terminal to execute the trigger operation, and the selection action instruction instructs the terminal to execute the selection operation. The method of the invention solves the problems of answering and dialing calls and the convenience of using mobile phone application software, such as a navigation system, and ensures that the driver does not leave the steering wheel while driving a vehicle, thereby having safety and convenience.
The patent literature discloses a vehicle-mounted terminal interaction method and system, but the method and the control system have the disadvantages of not wide enough interaction information, weak adaptability, limited vehicle scheduling and controlling, and incapability of meeting the development requirements of vehicle-mounted interaction at present.

Aiming at the defects of the prior art, the invention provides a vehicle-mounted interaction method and a vehicle-mounted interaction device which have various functions, are flexible to control, have wide vehicle-mounted interaction information and can more conveniently control a vehicle-mounted system.

step 6) sending information to the cloud server;
and 7) the cloud server judges, stores and processes the vehicle-mounted terminal information.

a. the cloud server sends inquiry working state information to the vehicle-mounted terminal at regular time;
b. and the vehicle-mounted terminal starts to send operation information to the cloud server.
The step 2) comprises user information or position information of the vehicle-mounted terminal; the user information comprises text information, voice information, image information, video information or safety information.
And the step 3) comprises the step that the cloud server sends preset information to the vehicle-mounted terminal.
And the step 4) comprises receiving preset information of the cloud server.

the vehicle-mounted terminal comprises an input unit used for user operation;
the vehicle-mounted terminal comprises a network unit for connecting the Internet;
the vehicle-mounted terminal comprises a wireless unit for wireless equipment interconnection;
the vehicle-mounted terminal comprises a positioning unit used for positioning the vehicle-mounted terminal;
the vehicle-mounted terminal comprises a preset unit used for storing preset information.
The wireless unit comprises a Bluetooth transmission module, a zigbee transmission module, a WIFI transmission module or a 4G wireless transmission module.

step 2) local information of the vehicle-mounted terminal 1 is obtained;
step 3) sending information to the vehicle-mounted terminal 1;

step 6) sending information to the cloud server 1;
and 7) the cloud server 1 judges, stores and processes the vehicle-mounted terminal information.

the on-demand information may be location information, road condition information, service information, call information, text information, voice information, music information, video information, news information, and the like. In this embodiment, preferably, the vehicle-mounted terminal 1 includes a wireless unit, and the wireless unit includes a bluetooth transmission module, a zigbee transmission module, a WIFI transmission module, a 4G wireless transmission module, or a 5G wireless transmission module. The 4G or 5G wireless transmission module is a mobile communication wireless transmission module and other wireless protocols; the wireless unit can actively push the cloud information content to the vehicle-mounted end within specific time or timing time.
