2. the number of corresponding cloud computing terminals and cloud server equipment configured for the user client is not uniformly configured, so that the performance which can be realized by some clients is not matched with the user requirements, the resource waste can be caused by the excessive performance, and partial functions of the system cannot be realized due to the too low performance;
therefore, a system and a method for managing and controlling operations of a cloud computing terminal and a cloud server according to different requirements of a user are needed to solve the above problems.
