Abstract
The invention discloses a cable pulley traction device which comprises two traction rods, wherein one ends of the two traction rods are hinged with each other, and the other ends of the two traction rods are respectively hinged on two cable pulleys. Compared with the steel wire rope traction, the traction rod is hard support and cannot wind or scrape the cable pulley, so that the cable is abraded. In addition, the draw bar can not be off line, so that the cable can not be scraped. Therefore, the traction device can protect the cable from being abraded and scratched, so that the failure rate is reduced, and the operation rate is improved. The invention also discloses a cable pulley device.

Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of cable pulleys, in particular to a cable pulley traction device and cable pulley equipment.
Background
The cable pulley apparatus is a movable power supply apparatus. The schematic structure of the cable pulley device is shown in figure 1. The cable pulley 100 supplies power by drawing the cable 300 to slide on the I-shaped steel rail 400 through the steel wire rope 200. However, steel cords have flexibility, toughness and are not corrosion resistant. In the traction process, the steel wire rope is easy to twist and hang the cable pulley, so that the cable is abraded. The cable pulley traction device comprises two traction rods 1. One ends of the two traction rods 1 are hinged with each other, and the other ends of the two traction rods 1 are respectively hinged on the two cable pulleys. The two traction rods 1 are hinged through a hinge shaft. The traction rod 1 is also hinged with the cable pulley through a hinge shaft. In the operation process, the cable pulley in front pulls the cable pulley in rear through the cable pulley traction device.
Compared with the steel wire rope traction, the traction rod 1 is hard support and cannot wind or scrape the cable pulley, so that the cable is abraded. The connection of the drawbar 1 to the cable block will be described in detail below: for a multi-wheeled cable trolley, see fig. 3, the cable trolley has a connecting frame 4, which connecting frame 4 extends in the pulling direction. At the end of the connecting frame 4, a connecting piece is provided, which also extends in the pulling direction. The end of the connecting piece close to the end of the connecting frame 4 is an outer end, and the end far away from the end of the connecting frame 4 is an inner end. The other end of the traction rod 1 is hinged on the outer end of the connecting piece. The inner ends of the connecting pieces are connected to the connecting frame 4. The length and position of the connector depends on two factors: firstly, the traction rod 1 is ensured not to interfere with the connecting frame 4 of the cable pulley; secondly, it is ensured that the drawbar 1 does not interfere with the cable.
In particular, the connector may preferably be a U-shaped ring 3, the U-shaped ring 3 being placed horizontally. The inner end of the U-shaped ring 3 is bolted to the link 4.
In order to prevent the two adjacent cable blocks from colliding, a collision prevention device may be provided on an end surface of the connecting frame 4.
For the cable pulley of the single wheel, please refer to fig. 4, the cable pulley has a connecting rod. To which a web 5 is connected, which web 5 extends in the pulling direction. The other end of the traction rod 1 is hinged at the end of the connecting plate 5.
In order to prevent the collision of two adjacent cable pulleys, a limiting plate 6 may be provided at the end of the connecting plate 5, and the limiting plate 6 extends outward relative to the connecting plate 5. The outer end part of the limit plate 6 is also provided with an anti-collision block 7.
It should be noted that the length of the connecting plate 5 is determined by the following factors: it is ensured that the drawbar 1 does not interfere with the cable.
In order to prevent the cable from being torn apart even if the distance between two adjacent cable pulleys is too large, in a specific embodiment of the present invention, the sum of the lengths of the two traction rods 1 is limited to be smaller than the length of the cable between two adjacent cable pulleys. In this way, the cable between two adjacent cable blocks is in a slack state even if the two traction rods 1 are in the maximum spread state.
In an embodiment of the present invention, the drawbar 1 is a telescopic rod. The length of the drawbar 1 may be adjusted according to the required distance between two adjacent cable blocks. If the distance required between two adjacent cable pulleys is large, the length of the drawbar 1 is lengthened. If the distance required between two adjacent cable pulleys is small, the length of the drawbar 1 is shortened.
The telescopic structure of the traction rod 1 can adopt the following scheme: the drawbar 1 includes a base portion 11 and a telescopic portion 12. A part of the stretchable and contractible portion 12 is inserted into the base portion 11. The extendable portion 12 is axially movable with respect to the base portion 11. After the stretchable portion 12 is moved to a proper position, the stretchable portion 12 and the base portion 11 are locked by the locking member 2.
The locking element 2 may in particular be a locking bolt. Meanwhile, a plurality of first bolt holes are arranged in the axial direction in the base body portion 11, and a second bolt hole is arranged in the extendable portion 12. After the telescopic part 12 is moved to the proper position, the locking bolt is screwed into the second bolt hole and the corresponding first bolt hole, thereby locking the telescopic part 12 to the base part 11.
The locking element 2 can also be a snap arranged on the telescopic part 12. The base portion 11 is provided with a plurality of snap holes along the axial direction thereof. After the telescoping portion 12 is moved into position, the snaps spring into the corresponding snap holes.
The material of the drawbar 1 is preferably stainless steel or aluminum alloy. The stainless steel or aluminum alloy traction rod 1 has high tensile strength and corrosion resistance, so that the service life of the traction rod 1 can be prolonged.
The invention also provides cable pulley equipment which comprises the cable pulley traction device, wherein the cable pulley traction device is any one of the cable pulley traction devices. The cable pulley traction device has the above effects, and the cable pulley equipment with the cable pulley traction device also has the above effects, so the description is omitted.

1. The cable pulley traction device is characterized by comprising two traction rods, wherein one ends of the two traction rods are hinged with each other, and the other ends of the two traction rods are hinged to the two cable pulleys respectively.

A cable trolley traction device as claimed in claim 1, wherein the cable trolley is a multi-wheeled cable trolley having a link frame extending in the traction direction, the link frame having a link member provided on an end thereof, the link member extending in the traction direction, the other end of the drawbar being hinged to an outboard end of the link member, an inboard end of the link member being connected to the link frame.
3. A cable pulley haulage apparatus as claimed in claim 2, wherein the attachment member is a U-shaped ring having an inboard end bolted to the attachment frame.
4. A cable pulley traction arrangement as claimed in claim 1, wherein the cable pulley is a one-wheel pulley, the cable pulley having a connecting rod to which is attached a web extending in the direction of traction, the other end of the drawbar being hinged at the end of the web.
5. The cable pulley towing device according to claim 4, wherein the end of the connecting plate is further provided with a limiting plate extending outward, and an outer end of the limiting plate is further provided with an anti-collision block.
6. A cable pulley haulage apparatus as claimed in claim 1, wherein the sum of the lengths of the two haulage bars is less than the length of the cable between the two cable pulleys.
7. The cable trolley traction device of claim 1, wherein the traction bar is a retractable bar.
8. A cable block towing arrangement according to claim 7, wherein the tow bar includes a base portion and a telescopic portion which is movable axially relative to the base portion, the telescopic portion being locked to the base portion by a locking member.
9. The cable trolley traction device of claim 1, wherein the traction bar is made of stainless steel or aluminum alloy.
10. A cable pulley apparatus comprising a cable pulley traction device, wherein the cable pulley traction device is as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 9.
