The urine dry chemical analyzer in the embodiment adopts a photoelectric colorimetric principle to determine the content of physicochemical components in urine according to the color change generated by the reaction of a reagent zone on a test strip and the physicochemical components in the urine. Scanning reagent areas on the test strip item by using four monochromatic lights, converting optical signals obtained by scanning into electric signals, performing A/D conversion on the electric signals, calculating the reflectivity of the reagent areas, and determining the content of physicochemical components in urine according to the reflectivity.

It should be noted that the reference interval of each index may be determined according to the detected person, for example, according to the classification of male and female, the reference intervals are different for male and female under the same index. Of course, the classification may be made according to age, region, and the like.
Specifically, the review includes microscopic review, that is, microscopic review by centrifugation, specifically, filling the sediment by centrifugation and microscopic review. The method comprises the following specific steps:
a1, removing the test tube, introducing 10mL of the mixed fresh urine sample, and centrifuging for 5min under the condition of 2000 r/min.
A2, after the centrifugation is stopped, taking out the test tube, discarding the supernatant, leaving about 0.2ML of sediments, and shaking the centrifuge tube lightly to mix the components of the urinary sediments fully and uniformly.
A3, taking a drop of urinary sediment, dropping the drop on a glass slide, and covering the glass slide with a 18mm cover slip.
A4, observing by microscopic examination, and observing the full appearance and tube shape of the visible components in the liquid by using a low power lens. And (4) observing and identifying cell components and counting by using a high power lens, and observing the lowest value and the highest value of 10 visual fields to obtain reinspection data.
The preset rechecking conditions comprise: a first retest condition and a second retest condition; the first reinspection condition and the second reinspection condition are determined according to the urine dry chemistry and urine visible component combination condition.
Dividing preset reinspection conditions into two categories, namely a first reinspection condition and a second reinspection condition, judging according to the first reinspection condition, and if the first reinspection condition is met, reinspecting; if the first rechecking condition is not met, continuing to judge according to the second rechecking condition, if the second rechecking condition is met, auditing, and determining whether to recheck according to an auditing result. That is, the original detection data is divided into two types of data with larger errors and smaller errors according to the first reinspection condition and the second reinspection condition, and the original detection data with larger errors, namely the original detection data meeting the first reinspection condition, can be directly reinspected; for the original detection data with smaller errors, namely the original detection data meeting the second reinspection condition, the reinspection can be performed after the audit, and the reinspection efficiency is improved.
Specifically, the first re-examination condition may be one or more selected from the group consisting of dry chemistry of urine and a combination of urine-forming components, and the second re-examination condition may be one or more selected from the group consisting of dry chemistry of urine and a combination of urine-forming components.
The step S200 includes:
and S210, when the original detection data meet the first reinspection condition, reinspecting the urine sample to obtain reinspection data.
Specifically, the values of the indexes, namely WBC, RBC, CAST, LEU, BLD, and PRO, are determined according to the original detection data, then whether the indexes are positive or negative is determined according to the reference interval of each index, then whether each index meets the first reinspection condition is determined, and if each index meets the first reinspection condition, that is, if the combination of negative and positive of each index is one of the first reinspection conditions, the urine sample needs to be reinspected to obtain reinspection data.
For example, the serial numbers 1 to 10 in table 2 are used as the first rechecking condition, and in the original detection data, WBC is 20, RBC is 15, CAST is 1, LEU is negative, BLD is positive, and PRO is negative, that is, WBC + RBC-CAST-LEU-BLD + PRO-, the original detection data meets the first rechecking condition, and then rechecking is required.
And S220, when the original detection data do not meet the first reinspection condition and meet a second reinspection condition, auditing the original detection data, and reinspecting the urine sample according to an auditing result to obtain reinspection data.
Specifically, when the original detection data do not meet a first reinspection condition, whether the original detection data meet a second reinspection condition is continuously judged, when the original detection data do not meet the first reinspection condition and meet the second reinspection condition, the original detection data are audited, and urine samples are reinspected according to audit results to obtain reinspection data. Specifically, the original detection data can be audited by adopting a manual auditing mode, and auditing is performed by confirming various alarms, reporting critical values, comprehensively judging clinical information, comprehensively comparing reports, comparing and rechecking historical reports, labeling various additional information, clinically communicating and manually confirming.
After step S100, step S230 is further included, when the original detection data does not satisfy a preset retest condition, a detection report is generated according to the original detection data.
Specifically, when the original detection data does not satisfy a preset rechecking condition, a detection report is generated according to the original detection data, that is, automatic auditing is completed, and a detection report is generated. The original detection data do not meet the preset rechecking condition, which indicates that the original detection data have no error and can directly generate a detection report.
Specifically, the preset rechecking condition includes a first rechecking condition and a second rechecking condition, and when the original detection data does not satisfy the first rechecking condition and does not satisfy the second rechecking condition, a detection report is generated according to the original detection data. And when the first reinspection condition and the second reinspection condition are not met, namely the original detection data do not meet the preset reinspection condition, generating a detection report according to the original detection data.
And step S300, updating the preset reinspection condition according to the reinspection data to obtain an updated reinspection condition.
Specifically, because each detection device is different, for the same urine sample, the original detection data obtained by different detection devices are different, in order to optimize the preset reinspection condition, the preset reinspection condition is updated according to the reinspection data, and the updated reinspection condition is replaced by the preset reinspection condition, that is, the updated reinspection condition is adopted for judgment, so that the accuracy of the detection report is improved. Meanwhile, due to the fact that the updated rechecking conditions are matched with the original detection data, the rechecking rate is reduced, the detection efficiency is improved, meanwhile, the accuracy of a detection report is guaranteed, and the missed diagnosis rate is reduced. By adjusting the preset rechecking condition, the updated rechecking condition can be more matched with the detection equipment and the detection object.
Specifically, the updating process includes updating the reference interval of the corresponding index in the urine dry chemistry and urine visible component combination condition for each index in the reinspection data to obtain an updated reinspection condition. That is, the reference interval of each index is adjusted to achieve updating. Specifically, for each index, if the index is positive in the retest data and the index is negative in the original test data, the reference interval of the index may be increased. If the indicator in the retest data is negative and the indicator in the original test data is positive, the reference interval for the indicator can be reduced. The preset rechecking condition is adjusted to obtain an updated rechecking condition, and the negativity and the positivity of each index of the original detection data can be changed under the updated rechecking condition, so that the original detection data can meet the preset rechecking condition but can not meet the updated rechecking condition, therefore, under the updated rechecking condition, the original detection data does not need to be rechecked, and the detection data which is the same as the original detection data does not need to be rechecked later, so that the rechecking rate is reduced.
It should be noted that, when the preset review condition is updated, the indexes of the preset review condition are not updated, that is, before and after the update, the types and the number of the indexes are not changed. If the reference interval of the index is changed, the preset rechecking condition is changed accordingly, and specifically, the number of the preset rechecking conditions is changed.
In addition, due to the fact that the preset rechecking condition is not complete, the urine samples of some missed diagnosis personnel are not rechecked, in order to avoid the problem, original detection data and microscope detection data of routine detection of the urine samples are obtained, the preset rechecking condition is updated according to the original detection data and the microscope detection data, and the updated rechecking condition is obtained. That is, when the detected object uses the detection device to obtain the original detection data and performs the microscope detection to obtain the microscope detection data, and when the negative and positive indexes in the two detection data are inconsistent, the reference interval of the index in the preset rechecking condition is adjusted to obtain the updated rechecking condition.
For example, for each index, if the index is positive in the microscopic detection data and the index is negative in the original detection data, the reference interval of the index may be increased. If the indicator is negative in the microscopic examination data and positive in the original examination data, the reference interval for the indicator can be reduced.
And step S400, generating a detection report according to the original detection data, the updated reinspection condition and the reinspection data.
Specifically, under updated review conditions, the negatives and positives of each marker in the raw test data may change, and thus in the final test report, the conclusion is made under updated review conditions. The review data is also presented in the test report.
