Abstract

The present invention provides a display device, including: the display panel comprises a first back plate, a second back plate, a display panel, an adhesive layer, a polaroid and an adhesive tape. According to the display device, the adhesive layer and the structure of the adhesive tape are used for replacing UV (ultraviolet) adhesive to cover the bending area, and the modulus of the adhesive layer and the adhesive tape is lower than that of the UV adhesive, so that the coating thickness and uniformity are better, the bending process is more stable, and the risk of circuit fracture is lower.

The invention relates to the technical field of display, in particular to a display device.
Background
Because the flexible Organic Light-Emitting Diode (OLED) Display panel technology is continuously being created and developed, different from the conventional Liquid Crystal Display (LCD) technology, a bending process is provided in the flexible OLED panel technology, mainly for reducing the width and realizing a higher screen occupation ratio.
Since the Bending process (Pad bonding) is required, the panel lines are easily broken, which results in failure of the display panel. In order to prevent the circuit from being broken in the bending process, the circuit in the bending area needs to be covered by UV glue, and the bending stress of the circuit is increased. The effect of the preparation is poor due to the high requirements of UV coating thickness and uniformity and the relatively high UV modulus.
The structure and the material replacing the UV glue are urgently needed to be found, so that the bending process is more stable, and the risk of circuit breakage in the bending area can be reduced.
Disclosure of Invention
According to the display device, the structure of the adhesive layer and the adhesive tape is used for replacing UV (ultraviolet) adhesive in the bending area, and the modulus of the adhesive layer and the adhesive tape is lower than that of the UV adhesive, so that the coating thickness and uniformity are better, the bending process is more stable, and the risk of line fracture is lower.
The invention provides a display device, which comprises a first back plate, a second back plate and a display area, wherein the first back plate is arranged in the display area; the second back plate is arranged in the non-display area; the display panel is arranged on the first back plate and the second back plate and comprises a bending area, and the bending area is positioned between the first back plate and the second back plate; the adhesive layer is arranged on the bending area of the display panel; and the adhesive tape is arranged on the adhesive layer.
Further, the display device further comprises: the driving chip is arranged in the binding area of the display panel; the flexible circuit board is arranged in the binding area, and a gap is formed between the flexible circuit board and the driving chip.
Further, after the display device is bent, the bending area of the display panel is bent, and the second back plate is arranged below the first back plate and is parallel to the first back plate.
Further, the material of the glue layer comprises optical glue.
Further, the display device further comprises: the mixed layer is arranged on one side, far away from the display panel, of the first back plate; the supporting layer is arranged on one side, away from the first back plate, of the mixed layer.
Further, the mixed layer includes: a metal layer; the graphite layer is arranged on one side of the metal layer; the base layer is arranged on one side of the graphite layer far away from the metal layer; the resin layer is arranged on one side of the base layer, which is far away from the graphite layer; and the foam layer is arranged on one side, far away from the base layer, of the resin layer.
Further, the display device further comprises: and the polaroid is arranged on the display panel.
Further, the material of the resin layer includes: polyester resin; and/or the material of the metal layer comprises: copper; and/or, the material of the base layer comprises: and (3) a polyimide.
Further, a space is arranged between the first back plate and the second back plate, and the bending area is located above the space.
Further, after the display device is bent, the second back plate is attached to one side of the supporting layer, which is far away from the mixed layer.
The invention has the beneficial effects that: the invention provides a display device, which replaces UV glue with a glue layer and a structure of an adhesive tape, wherein the structure covers a bending area, so that the bending process is more stable, and the risk of circuit breakage is lower.

In order that the present invention may be better understood, the following examples are included to further illustrate the invention, but not to limit its scope.
The following description of the embodiments refers to the accompanying drawings for illustrating the specific embodiments in which the invention may be practiced. The directional terms used in the present invention, such as "up", "down", "front", "back", "left", "right", "top", "bottom", etc., refer to the directions of the attached drawings. Accordingly, the directional terms used are used for explanation and understanding of the present invention, and are not used for limiting the present invention.
As shown in fig. 1, the present invention provides a display device 100, wherein in an unfolded state, the display device 100 includes: a first back plate 101, a second back plate 102, a display panel 103, an adhesive layer 105, a polarizer 104 and a tape 106.
The first back plate 101 is disposed in the display area.
The second back plate 102 is disposed in the non-display area, a space is formed between the first back plate 101 and the second back plate 102, and the bending region 110 is located above the space.
The display panel 103 is disposed on the first back plate 101 and the second back plate 102, the display panel 103 includes a bending region 110, and the bending region 110 is located between the first back plate 101 and the second back plate 102.
The display panel 103 is a flexible display panel 103.
The glue layer 105 is disposed on the bending region 110 of the display panel 103. The material of the glue layer 105 comprises an optical glue.
The adhesive tape 106 is disposed on the adhesive layer 105.
The polarizer 104 is disposed on the display panel 103.
In one embodiment, the display device 100 further includes: a driver chip 107 and a flexible circuit board 108.
The driver chip 107 is disposed in the bonding area 120 of the display panel 103.
The flexible circuit board 108 is disposed in the bonding region 120, and a gap is formed between the flexible circuit board 108 and the driving chip 107.
In one embodiment, the display device 100 further includes: a mixed layer 109 and a support layer 111.
The mixed layer 109 is disposed on a side of the first back plate 101 away from the display panel 103.
In the present embodiment, the mixed layer 109 includes: metal level, graphite layer, basic unit, resin layer and bubble cotton layer.
The graphite layer is arranged on one side of the metal layer.
The base layer is arranged on one side, far away from the metal layer, of the graphite layer.
The resin layer is arranged on one side of the base layer, which is far away from the graphite layer.
The foam layer is arranged on one side, far away from the base layer, of the resin layer.
In other embodiments, the mixed layer 109 may be formed by other material layers.
The support layer 111 is disposed on a side of the mixed layer 109 away from the first back sheet 101.
In this embodiment, the material of the resin layer includes: polyester resin; and/or the material of the metal layer comprises: copper; and/or, the material of the base layer comprises: and (3) a polyimide.
As shown in fig. 2, after the display device 100 is bent, the bending region 110 of the display panel 103 is bent, and the second back plate 102 is disposed below the first back plate 101 and parallel to the first back plate 101.
When the display device 100 is bent, the second back plate 102 is attached to a side of the support layer 111 away from the mixed layer 109.
In summary, the display device 100 of the present invention replaces the UV glue with the glue layer 105 and the tape 106, and the structure covers the bending region 110, because the modulus of the glue layer 105 and the tape 106 is lower than that of the UV glue, the thickness and uniformity of the coating are better, which makes the bending process more stable, thereby preventing the circuit from breaking.
It should be noted that many variations and modifications of the embodiments of the present invention fully described are possible and are not to be considered as limited to the specific examples of the above embodiments. The above examples are given by way of illustration of the invention and are not intended to limit the invention. Claims (10)

1. A display device, comprising:
the first back plate is arranged in the display area;
the second back plate is arranged in the non-display area;
the display panel is arranged on the first back plate and the second back plate and comprises a bending area, and the bending area is positioned between the first back plate and the second back plate;
the adhesive layer is arranged on the bending area of the display panel; and
the adhesive tape is arranged on the adhesive layer.
2. The display device according to claim 1, further comprising:
the driving chip is arranged in the binding area of the display panel;
the flexible circuit board is arranged in the binding area, and a gap is formed between the flexible circuit board and the driving chip.
3. The display device according to claim 1,
when the display device is bent, the bending area of the display panel is bent, and the second back plate is positioned below the first back plate and is parallel to the first back plate.
4. The display device according to claim 1,
the material of the glue layer comprises optical glue.
5. The display device according to claim 3, further comprising:
the mixed layer is arranged on one side, far away from the display panel, of the first back plate;
the supporting layer is arranged on one side, away from the first back plate, of the mixed layer.

the mixed layer includes:
a metal layer;
the graphite layer is arranged on one side of the metal layer;
the base layer is arranged on one side of the graphite layer far away from the metal layer;
the resin layer is arranged on one side of the base layer, which is far away from the graphite layer; and
the foam layer is arranged on one side, far away from the base layer, of the resin layer.
7. The display device according to claim 5, further comprising:
