The invention discloses a method for judging the leaving and returning behavior of residents, which belongs to the technical field of intelligent home and has the technical key points that: connecting an ammeter to a family data acquisition unit, and installing a video acquisition device at a position where a communication network can be connected in a monitoring area; the household data acquisition unit and the video acquisition device feed back data, the feed-back data is sent to the judgment analysis unit, a power utilization result and a resident leaving home returning result are generated, and the power utilization result and the resident leaving home returning result are sent to the remote terminal and the cloud server; according to the method for judging the home leaving and returning behaviors of the residents, the home leaving and returning behaviors of the residents can be judged, meanwhile, the household electricity consumption and the outgoing multiple indexes of the residents can be monitored, monitoring data are fed back to the remote terminal and the cloud server in time, the home leaving and returning behaviors of the residents are judged, reference basis is provided for community management and family members, and the method is beneficial to obtaining the flowing information of the people who leave and return home.

and 4) the resident accesses the cloud server through the remote inquiry system, inputs a correct resident name and a correct password for logging in, and checks the condition of the home-leaving and home-returning behavior.
As a further scheme of the present invention, the household data acquisition unit is configured to monitor a power consumption state of a household of a resident, and monitor whether a power consumption amount in the household of the resident reaches a preset normal power consumption range.
