Abstract
The invention provides a safety access control system and a control method, wherein the system comprises: a detection chamber including a first automatic door and a second automatic door; an X-ray machine and a body temperature detection device are arranged in the detection chamber; the body temperature detection device comprises an infrared thermometer and a mechanical arm, the infrared thermometer is mounted on the mechanical arm, and the mechanical arm is fixed on the inner wall of the detection chamber; the X-ray machine and the body temperature detection device are electrically connected with the processor, and the processor is electrically connected with the controller of the first automatic door and the controller of the second automatic door respectively. The invention provides a comprehensive safety access control system, which improves the accuracy of safety check, realizes completely unattended operation and improves the production safety.

Background
As the requirements for product safety increase, inspection of employees before they enter the work environment becomes more and more important. The existing access control system is simple, and usually enters by swiping a card, so that the access control system has the defects of too few functions and insufficient safety, and is seriously dependent on security personnel.
However, security personnel are slow in the time of the inspector and can also be mixed in by personnel with errors. the X-ray machine and the body temperature detection device are electrically connected with the processor, and the processor is electrically connected with the controller of the first automatic door and the controller of the second automatic door respectively.

judging whether the human body image information and the body temperature information accord with preset security check conditions or not, wherein the security check conditions comprise that work-irrelevant articles are not carried and the body temperature does not exceed a set threshold value:
if yes, controlling the second automatic door to open;
if not, the first automatic door is controlled to be opened, and a prompt for forbidding passing is sent out.
Further, the generating of the temperature measurement height according to the human body image information includes:
setting the position of a temperature measuring point on a human body;
calculating the height of the human body according to the height proportion of the human body image in the whole image;
and determining the height of the temperature measuring point according to the height of the human body, and outputting the height of the temperature measuring point as the temperature measuring height.

presetting a standard picture capable of carrying an article;
extracting all article pictures in the human body image information;
judging whether the object pictures are matched with the standard pictures:

S4, the staff enters the detection room, firstly the X-ray machine is started to collect the human body image information, because the position and the visual angle of the X-ray machine are not changed, and the fixed staff standing area is arranged in the detection room. Therefore, the height of the human body can be calculated according to the ratio of the height of the human body in the human body image information to the height of the whole image, and the temperature measuring point is set as the forehead in the embodiment, so that the height of the temperature measuring point (the height of the human body is-5 cm) can be calculated according to the height of the human body. And if the height of the temperature measuring point is 160cm and the height of the last temperature measuring record is 180cm, controlling the mechanical arm to move down by 20cm, and automatically acquiring forehead temperature by the infrared thermometer.
In addition, all article pictures carried by the person are extracted from the human body image information, the similarity between the article pictures and the pre-stored standard pictures is calculated by utilizing the Euclidean distance, and if the article pictures with the similarity reaching a preset similarity threshold value (90%) exist, the person to be detected is judged to carry irrelevant articles.
And judging whether the collected forehead temperature exceeds 37.5 ℃, if so, judging that the person is high in fever, and if not, judging that the body temperature is normal.
And S5, if the person does not carry the unrelated article in the step S4 and the body temperature is normal, controlling the second automatic door to be opened, wherein the first automatic door and the second automatic door are automatically closed 10S after being opened in the embodiment. If the person carries irrelevant articles (such as food) or is high-boiling, the first automatic door is controlled to be opened and the voice prompter is controlled to give out a no-pass prompt.
If the person carries irrelevant articles (such as food) but the body temperature is normal, the first automatic door is controlled to be opened and the voice prompter is controlled to give out a no-pass prompt. The processor sends an application request to the locker control system, meanwhile, the processor calls a corresponding staff contact way from the staff information base according to the fingerprint information input by staff, and sends the cabinet position information and the verification code returned by the locker control system to a staff terminal (mobile phone) according to the staff contact way. And the security check can be carried out again after the staff register the articles.
After people enter the detection chamber every time and finish detection and leave the detection chamber, the alcohol spraying device is controlled to spray alcohol to disinfect the detection chamber.

the X-ray machine and the body temperature detection device are electrically connected with the processor, and the processor is electrically connected with the controller of the first automatic door and the controller of the second automatic door respectively.
2. The security access control system of claim 1, wherein a fingerprint card reader is disposed outside the first automatic door, and the fingerprint card reader is connected to the processor.
3. The security access control system of claim 1, wherein the detection chamber is in a closed state when the first automatic door and the second automatic door are both in a closed state; and an air conditioner is arranged in the detection chamber.
4. The security access control system of claim 1, wherein the processor is further communicatively coupled to a locker control system.
5. The security access control system of claim 1, wherein an alcohol spraying device is disposed in the detection chamber.
6. A control method of a security access control system is characterized by comprising the following steps:
setting the detection chamber to be in a constant temperature environment by utilizing an air conditioning system;
controlling a first automatic door to open according to fingerprint information uploaded by a fingerprint card reader;
starting an X-ray machine to shoot human body image information;
generating a temperature measurement height according to the human body image information, and controlling a mechanical arm to push an infrared thermometer to the temperature measurement height to acquire body temperature information;
judging whether the human body image information and the body temperature information accord with preset security check conditions or not, wherein the security check conditions comprise that work-irrelevant articles are not carried and the body temperature does not exceed a set threshold value:
if yes, controlling the second automatic door to open;
if not, the first automatic door is controlled to be opened, and a prompt for forbidding passing is sent out.
7. The method of claim 6, wherein generating thermometric heights from the human body image information comprises:
setting the position of a temperature measuring point on a human body;
calculating the height of the human body according to the height proportion of the human body image in the whole image;
and determining the height of the temperature measuring point according to the height of the human body, and outputting the height of the temperature measuring point as the temperature measuring height.
