And after the times are more than or equal to 12, determining that the task meeting the standard condition is met, and if the user does not stand within the set time period, not outputting the reminding information. For example: when the number of times of standing behaviors from 10 am to 3 pm reaches 12 at 3 pm of the day, the user is considered to complete the standing task of the day, and no exercise reminding information is sent to the user from 3 pm to 10 pm.
The embodiment of the present disclosure provides a reminding method, where the method includes the method shown in fig. 1, and in step S13, it is determined that the user does not stand within a set time period according to a behavior scenario, and a reminding message is output through a handheld electronic terminal, where the method includes: determining that the user does not stand within a set time period according to the behavior scene, and outputting reminding information through a handheld electronic terminal when the current time belongs to a reminding time period; and when the current time does not belong to the reminding time interval, not outputting the reminding information.
In the method, the reminding time interval is increased, and the user can set the corresponding reminding time interval according to the self requirement, so that the use requirement of the user can be better met.
In one embodiment, the reminder period is set to a fixed period. For example, the user sets the reminding time interval to be 8 am to 9 pm of a working day according to the use requirement of the user, so as to avoid sedentary situations in work, avoid reminding outside the reminding time interval set by the user, and prevent disturbance to the life of the user in non-working time intervals.
It should be noted that, the user can adjust the set reminding time interval at any time according to the needs. And when the set reminding time interval is not adjusted by the user, the default reminding time interval in the application is used by default. For example: the default reminder period in the application is 10 am to 10 pm each day.
In one embodiment, the reminder period is a dynamic period. Specifically, a target number of times of standing behavior generation that needs to be completed in one day is set. The time interval before the target times is finished is the set reminding time interval, and the time interval after the standing state of the target times is finished does not belong to the set reminding time interval.
For example, the target number of times of completing the standing behavior in one day is set to 12 times. The time period is set to a unit hour. Starting at 8 am every day, all the time periods before 12 standing behaviors are finished are set reminding time periods, namely, before 12 standing behaviors are finished, a user does not stand within a set time period, and reminding information is output when the current time belongs to the reminding time periods. After 12 times of standing behaviors are finished, the subsequent time period of the day does not belong to the set reminding time period, and reminding information cannot be sent out even if the user does not stand within the set time period.
The embodiment of the present disclosure provides a reminding method, where the method includes the method shown in fig. 1, and in step S13, it is determined that the user does not stand within a set time period according to a behavior scenario, and a reminding message is output through a handheld electronic terminal, where the method includes: and when the fact that the user does not perform standing within a set time period is determined according to the behavior scene and the fact that the information that the user confirms that the standing behavior is performed within the set time period is not received through the man-machine interaction option, outputting reminding information through the handheld electronic terminal.
For example: the method includes the steps that a man-machine interaction option corresponding to a current set time period is displayed on a display interface of a sport reminding application, for example, a character of 'standing finish' is displayed on the man-machine interaction option, after a user clicks the man-machine interaction option, the handheld electronic device receives touch information aiming at the man-machine interaction option, the touch information shows that the user confirms that a standing behavior is executed in the set time period, and the user is considered not to carry the handheld electronic device in the set time period, but the user also finishes the standing behavior.
The embodiment of the present disclosure provides a reminding method, which includes the method shown in fig. 1, and further includes: when the user is determined not to stand within the recording time period according to the behavior scene, determining that a behavior result corresponding to the recording time period is first information indicating that no standing behavior is generated;
when the user is determined to stand within the recording time period according to the behavior scene, determining that a behavior result corresponding to the recording time period is second information representing that standing behaviors are generated;
displaying a behavior result corresponding to each recording time period of the set duration;
each recording time period comprises one set time period, the starting point time of each recording time period is the same as the starting point time of the included set time period, and the interval between the ending point time of each recording time period and the ending point time of the included set time period is smaller than the set interval.
In the present embodiment, in the case where the user is provided with an exercise task, for example, the user is provided with a task that requires a standing behavior to be generated in all the set time periods. By setting the set time period to be the first half of the recording time period, the user can be reminded when the set time period is over, so that the user can stand and move in time in the second half of the recording time period, and the user can be guaranteed to finish the movement task in each recording time period.
For example: setting 10 am to 10 pm in a day includes 12 recording periods, each of which is a natural hour. The set time period is the first 55 minutes period of the recording time period. Then 12 recording periods are included in the day from 10 am to 10 pm, each recording period being the first 55 minute period of the natural hour.
Starting from 10 a morning, a user keeps a sitting state, whether a target user generates a standing behavior is detected in real time, when a first set time period is over, the user is reminded if the standing behavior is determined not to be generated in the first set time period, the user starts to walk after standing in time after receiving the reminding, and when the standing behavior is detected to be generated in the 55 th minute to the 60 th minute of the first recording time period, the behavior result aiming at the first recording time period is 'standing task completion'.
And detecting whether the target user generates a standing behavior in real time from 11 am, when the second set time period is finished, determining that the standing behavior is not generated in the second set time period, reminding the user, after receiving the reminding, ignoring the reminding and continuously keeping a sitting state, and if the standing behavior is not detected in the whole time period of the second record time period, setting a behavior result of the second record time period as 'unfinished standing task'.
In one embodiment, the method further comprises: counting a first number of recording time periods included in a set time period, and counting a second number of recording time periods in which a behavior result included in the set time period is second information;
the displaying of the behavior result corresponding to each recording time period of the set duration includes:
displaying the first number and the second number on a first page;
or displaying the first quantity and the second quantity on a first control of a first page, and displaying the first quantity, the second quantity and the behavior result of each recording time period in the set time length on a second page after receiving a touch signal aiming at the first control.
Through a statistical mode, a user can visually check the task completion condition, and therefore effective motion excitation is formed.
Examples are as follows:
