Detailed Description
The present application will be described in further detail with reference to the drawings and examples, in order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present application more apparent. It should be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are for purposes of illustration only and are not intended to limit the scope of the application.
The method for acquiring the activity detection result of the steam turbine valve can be applied to an application environment shown in fig. 1. Wherein, the turbine control system 11 communicates with the server 12 through a network, and the turbine control system 11 includes a plurality of valve control systems 13. The server 12 obtains the access states of a plurality of valve control systems 13 through the steam turbine control system 11; the server 12 generates a valve activity detection sequence according to the access state of each valve control system 13; the valve activity detection sequence comprises a valve activity detection sequence corresponding to the valve control system 13 to be detected; the server 12 sends a corresponding valve activity detection instruction set to each valve control system 13 to be detected according to the valve activity detection sequence, and the server 12 obtains a valve activity detection instruction execution result returned by each valve control system 13 to be detected; the valve activity detection instruction set is used for triggering the corresponding valve control system 13 to control the opening and closing of the valve according to the valve activity detection instruction set, and generating a valve activity detection instruction execution result according to the opening and closing degree of the valve; the server 12 determines the turbine valve activity detection result according to the valve activity detection instruction execution result returned by each valve control system 13 to be detected. The turbine control system 11, the server 12 and the valve control system 13 may be implemented by a separate server or a server cluster formed by a plurality of servers.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 2, a method for obtaining a turbine valve activity detection result is provided, and the method is applied to the server 12 in fig. 1 for illustration, and includes the following steps:
and step 21, acquiring access states of a plurality of valve control systems.
The multiple valve control systems are subsystems of a steam turbine control system (DEH, digital electrohydraulic control system of the steam turbine) and comprise a high-pressure valve control system, a medium-pressure valve control system, a low-pressure valve control system and a high-exhaust ventilation valve control system. Each valve control system is provided with a switching button device, and the access state of each valve control system can be obtained according to the state of the button device.
Specifically, the server is connected with each valve control system through the steam turbine control system, and the access state of each valve control system can be obtained from the corresponding switching button device of each valve control system. The turbine control system can also determine the access state of each valve control system according to the state of the switching button device and send the access state to the server in real time or periodically. The access state of the valve control systems can be obtained under the condition of turning or static state of the steam turbine, and can also be obtained under the condition of loading the steam turbine; and all or part of the access states of the valve control system can be acquired.
The implementation condition of each valve control system can be determined by acquiring the access states of a plurality of valve control systems, and the problem that the process of acquiring the activity detection result of the steam turbine valve is interrupted or no object is executed due to the fact that a command is sent to the non-accessed valve control system in the follow-up process, so that the acquisition efficiency of the activity detection result of the steam turbine valve is reduced is avoided.
Step 22, generating a valve activity detection sequence according to the access state of each valve control system; the valve activity detection sequence comprises a valve activity detection sequence corresponding to a valve control system to be detected.
The valve activity detection sequence is generated after the valve activity detection sequence is determined, and the valve activity detection sequence is generated by a valve control system with at least one access state in the valve activity detection sequence, and at most, the valve control system is all the valve control systems in the steam turbine control system.
Specifically, the server determines a valve activity detection sequence corresponding to the valve control system to be detected according to the access state of the valve control system, and generates a corresponding valve activity detection sequence according to the valve activity detection sequence. For example, only the high-row ventilation valve control system in the plurality of valve control systems is put into the system after being operated by the switching button device, and is in an access state; the valve activity detection sequence is "x-x-x-high-row vent valve", and the generated valve activity detection sequence also only comprises a high-row vent valve control system, namely, only the high-row vent valve control system is subjected to valve activity detection result acquisition. For another example, only the low-pressure valve control system is not connected in the plurality of valve control systems, the valve activity detection sequence is "high-pressure valve control system-medium-pressure valve control system-x-high-row ventilation valve control system", and the generated valve activity detection sequence is also "high-pressure valve control system-medium-pressure valve control system-high-row ventilation valve control system".
The step generates the valve activity detection sequence which is suitable for the access state of the valve control system through the access state of the valve control system, can determine the detection sequence of the valve control system which accords with the access state, and further improves the efficiency of acquiring the valve activity detection result of the steam turbine.
Step 23, according to the valve activity detection sequence, sending a corresponding valve activity detection instruction set to each valve control system to be detected, and obtaining a valve activity detection instruction execution result returned by each valve control system to be detected; the valve activity detection instruction set is used for triggering the corresponding valve control system to control the opening and closing of the valve according to the valve activity detection instruction set, and generating a valve activity detection instruction execution result according to the opening and closing degree of the valve.
Wherein each valve control system corresponds to a set of valve activity detection instruction sets; the valve activity detection instruction set consists of a plurality of valve activity detection instructions which are mutually continuous; the valve control system can control the corresponding valve to open and close according to the valve activity detection instruction set, and the opening and closing degree can be full open, full close or according to a certain opening and closing proportion, for example, the valve is controlled to be opened to 80%.
Specifically, the server determines the order in which the valve control system to be detected acquires the valve activity detection results according to the valve activity detection sequence, and sends the acquired valve activity detection instruction sets to the valve control system to be detected according to the order, the server can send the instructions in the valve activity detection instruction sets according to the order, send the next valve activity detection instruction after receiving the valve activity detection instruction execution results returned by the valve control system to be detected, and send the corresponding valve activity detection instruction set to the next valve control system to be detected according to the valve activity detection sequence until the valve activity detection instruction sets are all sent.
For example, the valve activity detection order is "A-B-C-D", the corresponding valve activity detection instruction set is "a, B, C, D", the a instruction set includes instructions a1, a2, a3, and the B instruction set includes instructions B1, B2, B3. The server firstly sends a valve activity detection instruction a1 in a valve activity detection instruction set a to a valve control system A to be detected according to a valve activity detection sequence, and sends a2 to the valve control system A to be detected after receiving a valve activity detection instruction execution result returned by the valve control system A until receiving an execution result corresponding to the a3 instruction returned by the valve control system A; then B1 is sent to the valve control system B according to the sequence of detecting the valve activity, and so on until the execution result of the last valve activity detection command returned by the valve control system D is received.
According to the step server, valve activity detection instructions are respectively sent to the valve control systems to be detected according to the valve activity detection sequence, so that the valve control systems can finish opening and closing operations of the valves according to the preset instruction sequence, accuracy and programmability of obtaining the turbine valve activity detection result are guaranteed, and the turbine valve activity detection result obtaining efficiency is further improved.
And step 24, determining the detection result of the valve activity of the steam turbine according to the execution result of the valve activity detection instruction returned by each valve control system to be detected.
The valve activity detection instruction execution results comprise the overall execution results of the valve activity detection instruction set and also comprise the execution results of all the valve activity detection instructions in the valve activity detection instruction set. The valve activity detection instruction execution results include the execution status of the instruction/instruction set, such as completed, incomplete, proportion of completed, etc.
Specifically, the server receives the valve activity detection instruction execution results returned by each valve control system, and obtains the turbine valve activity detection result of each valve control system and the turbine valve activity detection result aiming at the turbine control system according to the valve activity detection instruction execution results corresponding to the valve control systems. The server can also generate a steam turbine valve activity detection report according to the obtained steam turbine valve activity detection result, or extract abnormal items in the steam turbine valve activity detection result to generate early warning information and send the early warning information to corresponding maintenance personnel for investigation.
According to the step server, the steam turbine valve activity detection result is obtained through the valve activity detection instruction execution result returned by the valve control system to be detected, the opening and closing operation of each valve through the valve control system is not needed, the result is recorded, and the efficiency of obtaining the steam turbine valve activity detection result is greatly improved.
The method for acquiring the activity detection result of the steam turbine valve comprises the following steps: acquiring access states of a plurality of valve control systems; generating a valve activity detection sequence according to the access state of each valve control system; the valve activity detection sequence comprises a valve activity detection sequence corresponding to a valve control system to be detected; according to the valve activity detection sequence, a corresponding valve activity detection instruction set is sent to each valve control system to be detected, and a valve activity detection instruction execution result returned by each valve control system to be detected is obtained; the valve activity detection instruction set is used for triggering a corresponding valve control system to control the opening and closing of the valve according to the valve activity detection instruction set, and generating a valve activity detection instruction execution result according to the opening and closing degree of the valve; and determining the detection result of the valve activity of the steam turbine according to the execution result of the valve activity detection instruction returned by each valve control system to be detected. According to the method, a valve activity detection sequence is determined according to the access state of a valve control system, detection instructions are sequentially sent to the valve control system according to the valve activity detection sequence, and a turbine valve activity detection result is obtained; the valve control system is not needed to manually open and close each valve and record the result, so that the efficiency of acquiring the activity detection result of the steam turbine valve is greatly improved.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 3, in step 21, each valve control system corresponds to a switching button device; acquiring access states of a plurality of valve control systems, including:
Step 31, sending a state query request to a switching button device corresponding to the valve control system; the switching button device is used for controlling switching of the corresponding valve control system and updating state information of the valve control system;
And step 32, receiving state information returned by the switching button device, and determining the access state of the valve control system according to the state information.
Specifically, the server sends a state query request to a switching button device corresponding to the valve control system to obtain state information of the valve control system returned by the switching button device; the server then determines from the state information of the valve control system an access state of the valve control system, the access state typically comprising an accessed state and an unaccessed state.
According to the embodiment, the server determines the access state of the valve control system by sending the state query request to the switching button device, so that the accuracy of acquiring the real-time state of the valve control system is improved.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 4, the step 22 generates a valve activity detection sequence according to the access status of each valve control system, including:
Step 41, acquiring a preset valve activity detection sequence;
step 42, deleting the valve control system with the access state being unaccessed from the valve activity detection sequence;
and step 43, obtaining a valve activity detection sequence according to the updated valve activity detection sequence.
The preset valve activity detection sequence is generally a high-pressure valve control system-medium-pressure valve control system-low-pressure valve control system-high-row ventilation valve control system, and the valve activity detection sequence is directly removed from the valve activity detection sequence when an unaccessed valve control system exists in the middle; for example, the medium-pressure valve control system and the low-pressure valve control system are not connected, and the updated valve activity detection sequence is "the high-pressure valve control system-the high-exhaust ventilation valve control system".
Specifically, the server acquires a preset valve activity detection sequence from a preset database or a steam turbine control system; judging whether the corresponding valve control system is in a non-connected state or not in sequence according to the sequence, if not, keeping the valve control system in a preset valve activity detection sequence; if the valve is in the unaccessed state, the valve control system is deleted from the preset valve activity detection sequence, and the valve activity detection sequence is updated. And after all the valve control systems are detected, generating a corresponding valve activity detection sequence according to the valve activity detection sequence obtained by updating last.
The server updates the preset valve activity detection sequence through whether the valve control system is connected or not, and generates a corresponding valve activity detection sequence, so that the situation that an instruction is sent to a valve control system which is not connected in the process of acquiring the valve activity detection result of the steam turbine to cause error occurrence or delay of processing efficiency is avoided; so as to improve the efficiency of acquiring the activity detection result of the steam turbine valve.
In one embodiment, the valve activity detection instruction set includes a plurality of consecutive valve activity detection instructions in step 23; according to the valve activity detection sequence, sending a corresponding valve activity detection instruction set to each valve control system to be detected to obtain a valve activity detection instruction execution result returned by each valve control system to be detected, wherein the valve activity detection instruction execution result comprises:
sequentially sending valve activity detection instructions to corresponding valve control systems to obtain instruction execution results returned by the valve control systems; and if the instruction execution result is successful execution, transmitting a later valve activity detection instruction which is continuous with the valve activity detection instruction to the valve control system until the valve control system finishes the execution of all the valve activity detection instructions in the valve activity detection instruction set, and returning the valve activity detection instruction execution result.
Specifically, the server extracts valve activity detection instructions from a valve activity detection instruction set in sequence and sends the valve activity detection instructions to a corresponding valve control system to obtain instruction execution results returned by the valve control system; if the returned instruction execution result is successful, continuing to issue a continuous next instruction; if the returned instruction execution result is unsuccessful, the instruction can be skipped according to the actual setting condition, or the acquisition of the turbine valve activity detection result is stopped and the warning is carried out, and the specific processing mode can be set together when the valve activity detection instruction is set. And when the valve activity detection instruction set is completely executed by the corresponding valve control system, sending the valve activity detection instruction set to the latter valve control system.
According to the embodiment, through the valve activity detection sequence and the front-back continuous characteristic of the valve activity detection instruction, each step can be executed and an execution result can be obtained when the turbine valve activity detection result is obtained, and the comprehensiveness of detection and the reliability of detection result acquisition are improved.
In one embodiment, after sequentially sending the valve activity detection instruction to the corresponding valve control system to obtain the instruction execution result returned by the valve control system, the method further includes:
And if the valve control system is detected to return all instruction execution results corresponding to the valve activity detection instruction set, sending the corresponding valve activity detection instruction set to a subsequent valve control system which is continuous to the valve control system according to the valve activity detection sequence, and obtaining the valve activity detection instruction execution results returned by the subsequent valve control system.
Specifically, after obtaining all execution results for the valve activity detection instruction set returned by one valve control system, the server will want to send the corresponding valve activity detection instruction set to the next valve control system according to the valve activity detection sequence.
According to the embodiment, the server enables each valve control system to sequentially perform the valve activity detection result acquisition process according to the valve activity detection sequence, accords with the opening sequence of the steam turbine in the actual use process, can improve the effect of detecting the valve activity of the steam turbine, and improves the efficiency of acquiring the valve activity detection result of the steam turbine.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 5, the step 24 determines the turbine valve activity detection result according to the valve activity detection instruction execution result returned by each valve control system to be detected, including:
step 51, obtaining the opening and closing degree of the valve from the execution result of the valve activity detection instruction;
and step 52, comparing the opening and closing degree of the valve with a preset valve opening and closing standard, and taking the comparison result as a valve activity detection result corresponding to the valve control system.
Specifically, the valve control system controls the valve according to the valve activity detection instruction, acquires the opening and closing degree information of the valve, and returns the opening and closing degree information to the server as the execution result of the valve activity detection instruction; the server acquires the opening and closing degree of the valve from the valve activity detection instruction execution result, compares and matches the opening and closing degree of the valve with a preset valve opening and closing standard of the valve corresponding to the valve activity detection instruction, and judges whether the opening and closing of the valve are normal or not, so that the valve activity detection result is obtained. For example, the valve activity detection command a requires the valve control system H to open the valve A1 to 100%, and the preset valve opening and closing criteria of the valve A1 is 90%, but the actual valve A1 can only be opened to 95% in the valve activity detection command execution result returned by the valve control system H, so that the server can confirm that the valve A1 does not complete the valve activity detection command a, but satisfies the preset valve opening and closing criteria, and the valve activity detection result is complete.
According to the embodiment, the server compares the preset valve opening and closing standard with the opening and closing degree of the actual valve, confirms the valve activity detection result, and can accurately evaluate the valve through comparison, so that the efficiency of acquiring the turbine valve activity detection result is improved.
It should be understood that, although the steps in the flowcharts of fig. 2-5 are shown in order as indicated by the arrows, these steps are not necessarily performed in order as indicated by the arrows. The steps are not strictly limited to the order of execution unless explicitly recited herein, and the steps may be executed in other orders. Moreover, at least some of the steps in fig. 2-5 may include multiple steps or stages that are not necessarily performed at the same time, but may be performed at different times, nor does the order in which the steps or stages are performed necessarily performed in sequence, but may be performed alternately or alternately with at least a portion of the steps or stages in other steps or other steps.
