Abstract
The invention relates to a device and a method for improving the wiring reliability of a large-current access instrument, which comprises the following steps: a temperature measuring element and a temperature measuring circuit board are arranged in the instrument and above the cable and current wiring terminal; the temperature measuring element senses a temperature signal at the contact position of the cable and the current wiring terminal, the temperature signal is amplified by the temperature measuring circuit board, and the single chip microcomputer obtains a temperature value T1 at the contact position of the cable and the current wiring terminal based on the amplified temperature signal; a temperature sensor outside the meter senses a temperature value T2 of the external environment; the single chip microcomputer calculates the temperature difference T3 between the temperature value T2 of the current external environment and the temperature value T1 of the contact position to be T1-T2, when the temperature difference T3 is larger than a temperature alarm set value Tset1, the fact that the connection between the cable and the current wiring terminal is abnormal is judged, a first alarm signal is generated, or when the temperature value T1 is larger than the temperature alarm set value Tset2, the fact that the connection between the cable and the current wiring terminal is abnormal is judged, and a second alarm signal is generated.

Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of wiring reliability detection of a large-current access instrument, in particular to a device and a method for improving the wiring reliability of the large-current access instrument.
Background
The electric energy meter is used for measuring electric energy and is commonly called as watt-hour meter and fire meter.
There are two current access modes at present: 1. the current entering the instrument is generally below 10A when the current is accessed to the instrument through the mutual inductor, and the heating value is small; 2. the large current is directly connected into the instrument, the maximum connected current can be up to 100A, and the heating value is large.
When poor contact and other conditions occur at the joint of a cable and a current access terminal, a fault is easy to occur in the high-current direct access instrument, and a fire disaster is caused.
At present, the contact reliability of the cable and the current wiring terminal cannot be confirmed in a reliable and effective mode, and the occurrence of faults and the hidden danger of fire can not be avoided.

Aiming at the problems and the defects in the prior art, the invention provides a device and a method for improving the wiring reliability of a large-current access instrument.

the temperature measuring element is used for sensing a temperature signal at the contact position of the cable and the current wiring terminal, the temperature signal is amplified by the temperature measuring circuit board and then transmitted to the single chip microcomputer, and the single chip microcomputer is used for obtaining a temperature value T1 at the contact position of the cable and the current wiring terminal based on the amplified temperature signal;
the temperature sensor outside the instrument is used for sensing the temperature value T2 of the external environment and transmitting the temperature value T2 to the singlechip;
the single chip microcomputer is used for calculating a temperature difference T3 between a temperature value T2 of the current external environment and a temperature value T1 of a contact position to be T1-T2, judging that the connection between the cable and the current wiring terminal is abnormal when the temperature difference T3 is larger than a temperature alarm set value Tset1, and generating a first alarm signal, or judging that the connection between the cable and the current wiring terminal is abnormal when the temperature value T1 is larger than the temperature alarm set value Tset2, and generating a second alarm signal.
Preferably, the single chip microcomputer is used for transmitting the first alarm signal or the second alarm signal to the background system or the audible and visual alarm to realize alarming and remind inspection personnel of detecting wiring.
The invention also provides a method for improving the wiring reliability of the high-current access instrument, which is characterized by being realized by using the device, and the method comprises the following steps:
the temperature measuring element senses a temperature signal at the contact position of the cable and the current wiring terminal, the temperature signal is amplified by the temperature measuring circuit board and then transmitted to the single chip microcomputer, and the single chip microcomputer obtains a temperature value T1 at the contact position of the cable and the current wiring terminal based on the amplified temperature signal;
the temperature sensor senses a temperature value T2 of an external environment and transmits the temperature value T2 to the singlechip;
the single chip microcomputer calculates the temperature difference T3 between the temperature value T2 of the current external environment and the temperature value T1 of the contact position to be T1-T2, when the temperature difference T3 is larger than a temperature alarm set value Tset1, the fact that the connection between the cable and the current wiring terminal is abnormal is judged, a first alarm signal is generated, or when the temperature value T1 is larger than the temperature alarm set value Tset2, the fact that the connection between the cable and the current wiring terminal is abnormal is judged, and a second alarm signal is generated.
Preferably, the single chip microcomputer transmits the first alarm signal or the second alarm signal to the background system or the audible and visual alarm to realize alarming and remind inspection personnel of detecting wiring.
On the basis of the common knowledge in the field, the above preferred conditions can be combined randomly to obtain the preferred embodiments of the invention.
The positive progress effects of the invention are as follows:
1. the distance between the temperature measuring point and the position to be measured is short, the temperature measuring precision is higher, and the detection is more reliable;

3. the temperature abnormal point is accurately positioned, the independent control of the monitoring loop can be conveniently realized, and the power supply of the abnormal loop is cut off in time.

The temperature measuring element 4 is used for sensing a temperature signal at the contact position of the cable 2 and the current wiring terminal 3, the temperature signal is amplified by the temperature measuring circuit board 5 and then transmitted to the single chip microcomputer, and the single chip microcomputer is used for obtaining a temperature value T1 at the contact position of the cable 2 and the current wiring terminal 3 based on the amplified temperature signal.
And the temperature sensor outside the instrument is used for sensing the temperature value T2 of the external environment and transmitting the temperature value T2 to the singlechip.
The single chip microcomputer is used for calculating a temperature difference T3 between a temperature value T2 of the current external environment and a temperature value T1 of a contact position to be T1-T2, judging that the connection between the cable and the current wiring terminal is abnormal when the temperature difference T3 is larger than a temperature alarm set value Tset1, and generating a first alarm signal, or judging that the connection between the cable and the current wiring terminal is abnormal when the temperature value T1 is larger than the temperature alarm set value Tset2, and generating a second alarm signal.
The single chip microcomputer is further used for transmitting the first alarm signal or the second alarm signal to the background system or the audible and visual alarm to achieve alarming and remind inspection personnel of detecting wiring.
The embodiment also provides a method for improving the wiring reliability of a large-current access instrument, which is implemented by using the device, and the method comprises the following steps:

the temperature sensor senses a temperature value T2 of an external environment and transmits the temperature value T2 to the singlechip;
the single chip microcomputer calculates the temperature difference T3 between the temperature value T2 of the current external environment and the temperature value T1 of the contact position to be T1-T2, when the temperature difference T3 is larger than a temperature alarm set value Tset1, the fact that the connection between the cable and the current wiring terminal is abnormal is judged, a first alarm signal is generated, or when the temperature value T1 is larger than the temperature alarm set value Tset2, the fact that the connection between the cable and the current wiring terminal is abnormal is judged, and a second alarm signal is generated.
