There are two current access modes at present: 1. the current entering the instrument is generally below 10A when the current is accessed to the instrument through the mutual inductor, and the heating value is small; 2. the large current is directly connected into the instrument, the maximum connected current can be up to 100A, and the heating value is large.
When poor contact and other conditions occur at the joint of a cable and a current access terminal, a fault is easy to occur in the high-current direct access instrument, and a fire disaster is caused.
At present, the contact reliability of the cable and the current wiring terminal cannot be confirmed in a reliable and effective mode, and the occurrence of faults and the hidden danger of fire can not be avoided.

Preferably, the single chip microcomputer is used for transmitting the first alarm signal or the second alarm signal to the background system or the audible and visual alarm to realize alarming and remind inspection personnel of detecting wiring.

the single chip microcomputer calculates the temperature difference T3 between the temperature value T2 of the current external environment and the temperature value T1 of the contact position to be T1-T2, when the temperature difference T3 is larger than a temperature alarm set value Tset1, the fact that the connection between the cable and the current wiring terminal is abnormal is judged, a first alarm signal is generated, or when the temperature value T1 is larger than the temperature alarm set value Tset2, the fact that the connection between the cable and the current wiring terminal is abnormal is judged, and a second alarm signal is generated.
