Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present application more apparent, the present application is described in further detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings and embodiments. It should be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are merely illustrative of the present application and are not intended to limit the present application.
The water heater control method and the water heater panel control method provided by the application can be applied to a water heater system shown in figure 1. The water heater system comprises a main controller 10 and water outlet panels 20 arranged at water outlets of the water heater, wherein the number of the water outlet panels 20 can be one or more than one, the specific number can be set according to actual conditions, and each water outlet panel 20 is in communication connection with the main controller 10.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 2, a water heater control method is provided, which is described by taking the method as an example applied to the main controller 10 in fig. 1, and includes the following steps S202 to S204.
S202, panel parameters sent by a water outlet panel corresponding to the opened water outlet are obtained, and the panel parameters comprise the current panel mode of the water outlet panel and corresponding set parameters.
The user can set the required parameters of this time of water through the delivery port panel that this delivery port corresponds before opening a delivery port, and the user also can adjust the required parameters of this time of water through the delivery port panel that this delivery port corresponds at the water outlet in-process of a delivery port. Each water outlet panel can determine respective panel parameters according to user operation and send the respective panel parameters to the main controller.
The panel parameters include a current panel mode of the water outlet panel and corresponding setting parameters. The panel modes may specifically include a first panel mode and a second panel mode, and the current panel mode of the water outlet panel is any one of the first panel mode and the second panel mode. The setting parameter may specifically be a desired outlet water temperature, and the outlet water temperature may be set or adjusted in each panel mode.
S204, when the acquired current panel mode has the first panel mode, the water heater is controlled to operate based on the setting parameters corresponding to the first panel mode, so that the water temperature of the water outlet corresponding to the first panel mode meets the setting parameters corresponding to the first panel mode.
The first panel mode can be understood as the panel mode with the highest priority level, and when the first panel mode exists in the obtained current panel mode, the main controller preferentially controls the water heater to operate based on the set parameters corresponding to the first panel mode so as to preferentially meet the water temperature requirement of the water outlet corresponding to the first panel mode.
For example, the current panel modes of the water outlet panels corresponding to the bathroom water outlet and the kitchen water outlet are respectively the first panel mode and the second panel mode, when the bathroom water outlet and the kitchen water outlet use water simultaneously, the main controller preferentially controls the operation of the water heater based on the set parameters on the bathroom water outlet panel so as to ensure that the water temperature of the bathroom water outlet meets the requirement and is maintained at a stable level, and the water temperature of the bathroom water outlet is prevented from being influenced by the use of the kitchen water outlet.
Specifically, the main controller can obtain the real-time outlet water temperature from the water outlet panel of which the current panel mode is the first panel mode, and adjust the air quantity and the combustion state of the water heater in operation according to the real-time outlet water temperature, so that the water temperature of the water outlet corresponding to the first panel mode reaches the water temperature requirement and is maintained at a stable level.
In the control method of the water heater, the current panel mode and the corresponding set parameters of the water outlet panel corresponding to the opened water outlet are obtained by arranging the corresponding water outlet panel for the water outlet, when the acquired current panel mode has a first panel mode, controlling the water heater to operate based on the setting parameters corresponding to the first panel mode, so that the water temperature of the water outlet corresponding to the first panel mode meets the set parameters corresponding to the first panel mode, thereby ensuring the water temperature stability of the water outlet corresponding to the first panel mode, for example, the water outlet panel of the bathroom is set to be the first panel mode when bathing, the bathing water temperature can be ensured to always meet the set parameters corresponding to the first panel mode, the phenomenon that the bathing water temperature is suddenly cooled and suddenly heated due to the use of other water outlets is avoided, the comfortable sensation of bathing of a user is improved, and potential safety hazards are reduced.
In one embodiment, when the number of the first panel modes existing in the current panel mode includes more than two, determining a maximum setting parameter from the setting parameters corresponding to the more than two first panel modes; and controlling the water heater to operate based on the maximum setting parameter so that the water temperatures of the water outlets corresponding to more than two first panel modes all meet the respective corresponding setting parameters.
When the water outlet is opened, the current panel mode of the water outlet panel corresponding to more than two water outlets is the first panel mode, the current panel mode obtained by the main controller comprises more than two first panel modes, each first panel mode has a corresponding setting parameter, therefore, the setting parameters corresponding to the first panel modes obtained by the main controller are also more than two, the maximum setting parameter is determined from the more than two setting parameters, and the main controller controls the water heater to operate based on the maximum setting parameter, so that the water temperatures of the water outlets corresponding to the more than two first panel modes all meet the corresponding setting parameters.
For example, if the current panel mode of the water outlet panels corresponding to the main toilet water outlet and the secondary toilet water outlet are the first panel mode and the corresponding set temperatures are 40 degrees and 38 degrees, respectively, when the main toilet water outlet and the secondary toilet water outlet are simultaneously used, the main controller controls the water heater to operate based on the higher set temperature (i.e. 40 degrees) of the main toilet water outlet and the secondary toilet water outlet, so as to ensure that the water temperatures of the toilet water outlet and the secondary toilet water outlet meet the respective requirements and are maintained at a stable level.
Specifically, the main controller can respectively obtain the real-time outlet water temperature from each water outlet panel of which the current panel mode is the first panel mode, and adjust the air quantity or the combustion state of the water heater during operation according to the obtained real-time outlet water temperature, so that the water temperature of the water outlet corresponding to each first panel mode reaches respective water temperature requirement and is maintained at a stable level.
In this embodiment, when the current panel mode of the water outlet panel having two or more water outlets corresponding to the opened water outlet is the first panel mode, the water heater is controlled to operate based on the maximum setting parameter of the two or more corresponding setting parameters, so as to preferentially ensure that the water temperatures of the water outlets corresponding to the two or more first panel modes all satisfy respective water temperature requirements, and simultaneously ensure the water temperature stability of the two or more water outlets.
In one embodiment, when the acquired current panel mode further includes a second panel mode, after the operation of the water heater is controlled based on the setting parameter corresponding to the first panel mode, so that the water temperature at the water outlet corresponding to the first panel mode meets the setting parameter corresponding to the first panel mode, the operation of the water heater is controlled based on the setting parameter corresponding to the second panel mode, so that the water temperature at the water outlet corresponding to the first panel mode meets the setting parameter corresponding to the first panel mode, and on the basis that the water temperature at the water outlet corresponding to the first panel mode meets the setting parameter corresponding to the first panel mode, the water temperature at the water outlet corresponding to the second panel mode meets the setting parameter corresponding to the second panel mode.
When the acquired current panel mode further has the second panel mode, the main controller controls the water temperature of the water outlet corresponding to the second panel mode after controlling the water temperature of the water outlet corresponding to the first panel mode to meet the requirement, so that on the basis that the water temperature of the water outlet corresponding to the first panel mode meets the set parameters corresponding to the first panel mode, the water temperature of the water outlet corresponding to the second panel mode also meets the set parameters corresponding to the second panel mode.
For example, when the water outlet of the bathroom and the water outlet of the kitchen are simultaneously used, the main controller preferentially controls the operation of the water heater based on the set temperature (namely 40 ℃) on the panel of the water outlet of the bathroom so as to ensure that the water temperature of the water outlet of the bathroom reaches 40 ℃ and is maintained at a stable level, and on the basis, the main controller controls the operation of the water heater based on the set temperature (namely 38 ℃) on the panel of the water outlet of the kitchen so as to further ensure that the water temperature of the water outlet of the kitchen reaches 38 ℃ and is maintained at a stable level.
Specifically, on the basis that the water temperature of the water outlet corresponding to the first panel mode meets the requirement, the main controller can obtain the real-time outlet water temperature from the water outlet panel of which the current panel mode is the second panel mode, and adjust the air quantity or the combustion state of the water heater during operation according to the real-time outlet water temperature, so that the water temperature of the water outlet corresponding to the second panel mode also meets the water temperature requirement and is maintained at a stable level.
In this embodiment, when there are first panel mode and second panel mode simultaneously in the current panel mode of the delivery port panel that the delivery port that opens corresponds, the temperature of the delivery port that the first panel mode of priority control corresponds makes it satisfy the demand, the temperature of the delivery port that the second panel mode corresponds makes it satisfy the demand on this basis of controlling again to the delivery port that can avoid first panel mode to correspond receives the influence of the delivery port water that second panel mode corresponds at the water use in-process, improve the temperature stability of the delivery port that first panel mode corresponds.
In one embodiment, when the acquired current panel mode does not have the first panel mode and has the second panel mode, the operation of the water heater is controlled based on the setting parameter corresponding to the second panel mode, so that the water temperature at the water outlet corresponding to the second panel mode meets the setting parameter corresponding to the second panel mode.
Specifically, the main controller can obtain the real-time outlet water temperature from the water outlet panel of which the current panel mode is the second panel mode, and adjust the air quantity or the combustion state of the water heater during operation according to the real-time outlet water temperature, so that the water temperature of the water outlet corresponding to the second panel mode reaches the water temperature requirement and is maintained at a stable level.
In this embodiment, when the current panel mode of the water outlet panel corresponding to the opened water outlet does not have the first panel mode, and only the second panel mode exists, the priority level does not need to be considered, and the water temperature of the water outlet corresponding to the second panel mode is directly controlled to meet the requirement.
In one embodiment, when the number of the second panel modes existing in the current panel mode includes more than two, determining a maximum setting parameter from the setting parameters corresponding to the more than two second panel modes; and controlling the water heater to operate based on the maximum setting parameter so that the water temperatures of the water outlets corresponding to more than two second panel modes all meet the respective corresponding setting parameter.
When the current panel mode of the water outlet panel corresponding to the opened water outlet does not exist in the first panel mode, and more than two second panel modes exist, the current panel mode obtained by the main controller comprises more than two second panel modes, each second panel mode has a corresponding setting parameter, so that the setting parameters corresponding to the second panel modes obtained by the main controller also have more than two, the maximum setting parameter is determined from the more than two setting parameters, and the main controller controls the water heater to operate based on the maximum setting parameter, so that the water temperatures of the water outlets corresponding to the more than two second panel modes all meet the respective corresponding setting parameters.
Specifically, the main controller can respectively obtain the real-time outlet water temperature from each water outlet panel with the current panel mode being the second panel mode, and adjust the air quantity or the combustion state of the water heater during operation according to the obtained real-time outlet water temperature, so that the water temperature of the water outlet corresponding to each second panel mode reaches respective water temperature requirement and is maintained at a stable level.
In this embodiment, when the current panel mode of the water outlet panel having more than two water outlets corresponding to the opened water outlet is the second panel mode, the water heater is controlled to operate based on the maximum setting parameter of the more than two corresponding setting parameters, so as to ensure that the water temperatures of the water outlets corresponding to the more than two second panel modes meet the respective water temperature requirements.
In one embodiment, the first panel mode comprises a fingerprint lock mode and the second panel mode comprises a child lock mode.
The water heater is touched by mistake easily in the use, has the potential safety hazard, based on this, can set up locking function on the delivery port panel, and when the delivery port panel was in the locking mode, the user can't adjust the parameter on the delivery port panel. The locking function can be realized through locating the locking switch on the delivery port panel specifically, and when the locking switch was the locking state, the user can't adjust the parameter on the delivery port panel to prevent that the mistake from touching.
The locking mode comprises a fingerprint lock mode and a child lock mode, and when the current panel mode of the water outlet panel corresponding to the opened water outlet is in the fingerprint lock mode and the child lock mode, the main controller preferentially controls the water heater to operate based on the set parameters in the fingerprint lock mode.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 3, a water heater panel control method is provided, which is exemplified by applying the method to the water outlet panel 20 in fig. 1, and includes the following steps S302 to S304.
S302, determining the corresponding panel parameters of the water outlet panel, wherein the panel parameters comprise the current panel mode of the water outlet panel and the corresponding setting parameters.
S304, when it is monitored that the water outlet corresponding to the water outlet panel is opened, panel parameters of the water outlet panel are sent to the main controller, and when the current panel mode is the first panel mode, the main controller controls the water heater to operate based on the set parameters corresponding to the first panel mode, so that the water temperature of the water outlet corresponding to the water outlet panel meets the set parameters corresponding to the first panel mode.
The water outlet panels correspond to the water outlets one by one, when the water outlet corresponding to one water outlet panel is opened, the water outlet panel sends panel parameters of the water outlet panel to the main controller, and when the current panel mode of the water outlet panel is the first panel mode, the main controller controls the water heater to operate based on the set parameters corresponding to the first panel mode, so that the water temperature of the water outlet corresponding to the water outlet panel meets the set parameters corresponding to the first panel mode.
In the above water heater panel control method, by determining the current panel mode and the corresponding setting parameter of the corresponding water outlet panel, when it is monitored that the water outlet corresponding to the water outlet panel is opened, the current panel mode and the corresponding setting parameter of the water outlet panel are sent to the main controller, when the current panel mode is the first panel mode, the main controller controls the water heater to operate based on the setting parameter corresponding to the first panel mode, so that the water temperature of the water outlet corresponding to the water outlet panel meets the setting parameter corresponding to the first panel mode, thereby ensuring the water temperature stability of the water outlet corresponding to the first panel mode, for example, when the bathroom water outlet panel is set to the first panel mode during bathing, the bathing water temperature can be ensured to always meet the setting parameter corresponding to the first panel mode, and the occurrence of the bathing water temperature neglected and hot and cold phenomena caused by the use of other water outlets can be avoided, the comfort of the user in bathing is improved, and the potential safety hazard is reduced.
In one embodiment, the outlet panel is provided with a locking switch, and the current panel mode of the outlet panel includes one of a first panel mode and a second panel mode. The step of determining the panel parameters of the corresponding water outlet panel may specifically include the following steps: determining a current state of the locking switch; when the current state of the locking switch is a first panel mode locking state, determining that the current panel mode of the water outlet panel is a first panel mode; and when the current state of the locking switch is the second panel mode locking state, determining that the current panel mode of the water outlet panel is the second panel mode.
Referring to fig. 1, the outlet panel 20 is provided with a locking switch 21, and the locking switch 21 is used for controlling the opening and closing of the first panel mode and the second panel mode. In specific implementation, when the water heater is turned on, the state of the locking switch 21 is the default second panel mode locking state, and at this time, the water outlet panel is in the default second panel mode. The user can switch the state of the locking switch through corresponding triggering actions, and the water outlet panel determines the current state of the locking switch according to user operation.
In one embodiment, the first panel mode comprises a fingerprint lock mode and the second panel mode comprises a child lock mode. The step of determining the current state of the locking switch may specifically include the steps of: monitoring a triggering action for the locking switch; when the situation that the locking switch is triggered by a first trigger action in a locking state is monitored, determining that the current state of the locking switch is switched to a fingerprint lock mode opening state; when the condition that the locking switch is triggered by a first trigger action in the fingerprint lock mode opening state is monitored, the current state of the locking switch is determined to be switched to the fingerprint lock mode locking state.
The user can perform different operations for the locking switch to open different panel modes, for example, a fingerprint lock mode is opened by a first trigger action, and a child lock mode is opened by a second trigger action. Specifically, the locking switch may be a key, the first trigger action may be double-clicking the key, and the second trigger action may be single-clicking the key.
As mentioned above, when the water heater is powered on, the current state of the locking switch is the locking state of the child lock mode, and at this time, the water outlet panel is in the child lock mode and has corresponding default parameters. If the user does not operate the water outlet panel before opening the water outlet, the main controller controls the outlet water temperature of the corresponding water outlet based on the default parameters of the water outlet panel after the water outlet is opened.
When the locking switch is triggered by the first trigger action in the locking state, the current state of the locking switch is switched from the locking state to the fingerprint lock mode opening state. Here, the lock switch in the locked state may be in the child lock mode locked state or in the fingerprint lock locked state. When the locking switch is triggered by the first trigger action in the fingerprint lock mode opening state, the current state of the locking switch is switched from the fingerprint lock mode opening state to the fingerprint lock mode locking state. It should be noted that when the lock switch is triggered by the second trigger action in the fingerprint lock mode on state, the child lock mode is not turned on.
In one embodiment, after determining that the current state of the lock switch is switched to the fingerprint lock mode on state, the method further comprises the following steps: and if the action aiming at the water outlet panel is not monitored within the preset time, determining that the current state of the locking switch is switched to a fingerprint lock mode locking state.
When the locking switch is in the fingerprint lock mode opening state, a user can adjust parameters in the fingerprint lock mode, the user can forget to lock the parameters after adjusting the parameters, a time length is preset based on the time length, and if the action aiming at the water outlet panel is not monitored in the preset time length under the condition that the locking switch is in the fingerprint lock mode opening state, the current state of the locking switch is automatically switched from the fingerprint lock mode opening state to the fingerprint lock mode locking state. The preset time period may be set according to an actual requirement, for example, may be set to 3 seconds, which is not limited herein.
In one embodiment, the water outlet panel is also provided with a fingerprint unlocking area and a parameter adjusting area; after determining that the current state of the locking switch is switched to the fingerprint lock mode opening state, the method further comprises the following steps: waking up a fingerprint unlocking area; when the fingerprint information input through the fingerprint unlocking area is monitored to be effective fingerprint information, the parameter adjusting area is awakened; and when monitoring the fingerprint lock mode parameters set through the parameter adjusting area, recording the set fingerprint lock mode parameters.
Referring to fig. 1, the water outlet panel 20 is further provided with a fingerprint unlocking area 22 and a parameter adjusting area 23, when the locking switch is switched to the fingerprint lock mode on state, the fingerprint unlocking area 22 is awakened at the same time, and at this time, the user can input fingerprint information in the fingerprint unlocking area 22. It is understood that when the lock switch is in other states, the fingerprint unlocking area 22 is in the off state, and the user cannot input fingerprint information in the fingerprint unlocking area 22. When the input fingerprint information is valid fingerprint information, the parameter adjusting area 23 is awakened, and at this time, the user can adjust the parameters in the fingerprint lock mode through the parameter adjusting area 23. The parameter adjusting area 23 may specifically include a first key and a second key, which correspond to the functions of increasing the temperature and decreasing the temperature, respectively, for example, when the user presses the first key once, the temperature is set to be increased by one degree, and when the user presses the second key once, the temperature is set to be decreased by one degree. It is to be understood that the form of the parameter adjustment region 23 is not limited thereto as long as the parameter adjustment function can be achieved.
The effective fingerprint information represents fingerprint information which is pre-input, namely the fingerprint information which has the authority to adjust the parameters under the fingerprint lock mode. Specifically, the fingerprint information of the authority user can be input through the interconnected mobile devices, one or more than one authority user can be set, and after the input is completed, the input fingerprint information of the authority user is the effective fingerprint information. For example, in a family, the authority users can be dad and mom among family members, and a child does not act as the authority user, so that safety accidents possibly caused by the child mistakenly touching the water outlet panel can be prevented.
It should be noted that, in the process of multiple uses of the water outlet panel, the parameters of the water outlet panel in the fingerprint lock mode may be set or adjusted multiple times, and each time the set fingerprint lock mode parameter is recorded, the currently recorded fingerprint lock mode parameter may be covered with the last recorded fingerprint lock mode parameter, so that only the latest recorded fingerprint lock mode parameter is retained in the water outlet panel-mounted fingerprint lock mode. When the water heater is restarted after being shut down, the recorded parameters are cleared, and the water outlet panel returns to the default panel mode.
In one embodiment, after waking up the fingerprint unlocking area, the method further comprises the following steps: monitoring whether the water outlet panel has recorded fingerprint lock mode parameters or not, identifying whether fingerprint information input through the fingerprint unlocking area is the fingerprint information corresponding to the recorded fingerprint lock mode parameters or not when the water outlet panel has the recorded fingerprint lock mode parameters, if so, clearing the recorded fingerprint lock mode parameters, and if not, adjusting the parameters. When the condition that the water outlet panel does not have recorded fingerprint lock mode parameters is monitored, whether fingerprint information input through the fingerprint unlocking area is valid or not is identified, and if yes, the parameter adjusting area is awakened. Therefore, the same user can complete the setting and the release of the fingerprint lock mode once, and the next fingerprint lock setting can be carried out.
In one embodiment, when the fingerprint information input through the fingerprint unlocking area is monitored to be invalid fingerprint information, a prompt message is sent.
When the fingerprint information input through the fingerprint unlocking area is monitored to be invalid fingerprint information, the operation of the non-authorized user in the fingerprint unlocking area is indicated, and prompt information can be sent to prompt the non-authorized user to touch the water heater. The prompt message may include, but is not limited to, a voice message, and the specific prompt message may be set according to actual needs.
In one embodiment, when it is monitored that the locking switch is triggered by a second trigger action in a locking state, determining that the current state of the locking switch is switched to a child lock mode opening state; and when the condition that the locking switch is triggered by a second trigger action in the child lock mode opening state is monitored, determining that the current state of the locking switch is switched to the child lock mode locking state.
When the locking switch is triggered by the second trigger action in the locking state, the current state of the locking switch is switched from the locking state to the child lock mode opening state. Here, the lock switch in the locked state may be in the child lock mode locked state or in the fingerprint lock locked state. When the locking switch is triggered by the second trigger action in the child lock mode opening state, the current state of the locking switch is switched from the child lock mode opening state to the child lock mode locking state. It should be noted that when the lock switch is triggered by the second trigger action in the child lock mode on state, the fingerprint lock mode is not turned on.
In one embodiment, after determining that the current state of the locking switch is switched to the child lock mode on state, the method further comprises the following steps: and if the action aiming at the water outlet panel is not monitored within the preset time, determining that the current state of the locking switch is switched to a child lock mode locking state.
When the locking switch is in the child lock mode opening state, a user can adjust parameters in the child lock mode, the user can forget to lock the parameters after adjusting the parameters, a time length is preset on the basis, and under the condition that the locking switch is in the child lock mode opening state, if the action aiming at the water outlet panel is not monitored in the preset time length, the current state of the locking switch is automatically switched from the child lock mode opening state to the child lock mode locking state. The preset time period may be set according to an actual requirement, for example, may be set to 3 seconds, which is not limited herein.
