7) the dried gas enters a tail gas purifier, is purified by the tail gas purifier and is converted into mixed gas of carbon dioxide, water, nitrogen and the like;
8) the mixed gas enters the filter element shell through the filter inner shell, carbon dioxide is absorbed, and the mixed gas of water and nitrogen is discharged into the silencing cavity through the tail end of the inner side wall of the filter outer shell;

The invention has the beneficial effects that: the invention crushes the straws through the crushing device, and moves the crushed straws into the combustion chamber through the conveying device, the crushed straws are more thoroughly combusted, and further the suspended waste residues generated by incineration are greatly reduced, on one hand, the air pollution is reduced, on the other hand, the situation that people inhale the waste residues to cause the physical health to be destroyed is avoided, the combustion chamber and the secondary incineration channel are arranged in the combustion chamber, the combustion efficiency of the straws is greatly improved, and the more thorough combustion of the straws is ensured, the air blowing device is arranged, so that a large amount of outside air is blown into the combustion chamber, the combustion efficiency of the straws is further improved, the heat energy recovery device is arranged, the temperature in the discharged gas can be recovered and is led into the heat energy battery to generate electricity, the fan is driven by electric power, the energy is greatly saved, the environment is protected, the water tank is arranged, and the flue, the invention greatly improves the combustion efficiency and combustion degree of straws, reduces impurities generated in tail gas, and simultaneously adsorbs and dissolves the impurities in the tail gas, thereby greatly improving the cleanliness of the tail gas, and the invention is provided with a silencer which greatly reduces noise emitted by the gas and avoids noise pollution caused by the emitted gas, on one hand, waste slag is driven to smoothly enter a primary combustion chamber, on the other hand, welding slag waste gas generated by combustion in the primary combustion chamber is prevented from flowing back to enter a conveying device and a crushing device to cause waste gas leakage, and the smoke guide fan blades are arranged to rapidly guide smoke dust generated by combustion in the primary combustion chamber into a secondary combustion channel, avoid simultaneously in the smoke and dust backward flow to the primary combustion chamber in the second grade combustion channel, supply the firebox all to supply the fire to primary combustion chamber and second grade combustion channel, burn the waste residue in the primary combustion chamber, burn again the waste residue smoke and dust in the second grade combustion channel simultaneously, improve waste residue combustion efficiency.

Referring to fig. 1-10, an agricultural waste gas purifying apparatus includes a feeding chute 1, a crushing device 2, a driving device 3, a conveying device 4, a side cover 5, a fan driving motor fixing frame 6, a fan driving pulley 7, a fan driving motor 8, a blower device 9, a power cord 10, a thermal energy battery 11, a bottom support frame 12, a water tank 13, an adsorption device 14, a thermal energy recovery device 15, a fire supply chamber 16, a combustion chamber 17 and a casing 18, wherein the feeding chute 1 is fixed on an upper end surface of the casing 18, an inner side of the feeding chute 1 is communicated with an inner side of the casing 18, the side cover 5 is fixed on one side of the casing 18, the fan driving motor 8 is embedded in the fan driving motor fixing frame 6, the fan driving motor 8 is fixed on the side cover 5 through the fan driving motor fixing frame 6, the fan driving pulley 7 is fixed on an output shaft of the fan driving motor 8, the, and the crushing device 2 is positioned at the lower side of the feed chute 1, the crushing device 2 is fixedly connected with the driving device 3, and the driving device 3 is fixed on the outer side wall of the shell 18, the conveying device 4 is fixed in the shell 18, the conveying device 4 is fixedly connected with the driving device 3, one end of the conveying device 4 is positioned at the lower side of the crushing device 2, the other end is in through connection with the combustion chamber 17, the combustion chamber 17 is fixed at the inner side of the shell 18, and a fire supply chamber 16 is fixed at the lower end of the combustion chamber 17, a blast device 9 is arranged at the lower end of the fire supply chamber 16, the blast device 9 is rotationally fixed at the bottom surface of the inner side of the shell 18, the blower 9 is rotatably connected to the fan driving pulley 7, the end of the combustion chamber 17 is connected to the heat energy recovery unit 15, the end of the heat energy recovery unit 15 is connected to the water tank 13, the upper end of the water tank 13 is connected to the adsorption unit 14, and the bottom support frame 12 is fixed to the lower end surface of the housing 18 and the lower end of the water tank 13.
As shown in fig. 2, the crushing device 2 includes a first crushing pulley 21, a first crushing roller 22, a first crushing roller shaft 23, a first crushing roller gear 24, a second crushing roller gear 25, a second crushing roller shaft 26 and a second crushing roller 27, the first crushing roller 22 is sleeved on the first crushing roller shaft 23, the first crushing roller 22 is rotatably fixed inside the housing 18 through the first crushing roller shaft 23, one end of the first crushing roller shaft 23 is rotatably fixed on the inner side wall of the housing 18, the other end penetrates through the inner side wall of the housing 18 and is fixedly connected with the first crushing roller gear 24, the second crushing roller 27 is sleeved on the second crushing roller shaft 26, the second crushing roller 27 is rotatably fixed inside the housing 18 through the second crushing roller shaft 26, one end of the second crushing roller shaft 26 penetrates through the inner side wall of the housing 18 and is fixedly connected with the first crushing pulley 21, the other end penetrates through the inner side wall of the housing 18 and is fixedly connected with the second crushing, the first crushing roller gear 24 is engaged with the second crushing roller gear 25, and the first crushing pulley 21 is rotatably connected with the driving device 3.
As shown in fig. 3, the conveying device 4 includes a conveying driven roller 41, a conveying driven shaft 42, a conveying pulley 43, a conveying driving shaft 44, a conveying driving roller 45, a rotary blocking blade 46, and a conveying belt 47, the conveying driven roller 41 is provided on the conveying driven shaft 42, the conveying driven roller 41 is rotationally fixed on the inner side of the shell 18 through a conveying driven shaft 42, the conveying driving roller 45 is sleeved on a conveying driving shaft 44, the conveying driving roller 45 is rotationally fixed on the inner side of the shell 18 through the conveying driving shaft 44, one end of the conveying driving shaft 44 is rotationally embedded on the inner side wall of the shell 18, the other end of the conveying driving shaft 44 penetrates through the inner side wall of the shell 18 and is fixedly provided with a conveying belt pulley 43, the conveying belt pulley 43 is rotationally connected with the driving device 3, the conveying driven roller 41 is in transmission connection with the conveying driving roller 45 through a conveying belt 47, a rotary blocking blade 46 is rotationally fixed on the inner.
As shown in fig. 4, the combustion chamber 17 includes a primary combustion chamber 171, a smoke guide vane 172, a secondary combustion channel 173, a smoke conveying pipe 174, a combustion net 175 and an air inlet screen 176, the blowing device 9 includes a blowing fan blade 91, a blowing fan blade pulley 92 and a blowing fan blade shaft 93, the air inlet screen 176 is embedded on the lower end surface of the housing 18, the blowing fan blade 91 is installed on the upper end of the blowing fan blade shaft 93, the lower end of the blowing fan blade shaft 93 penetrates through the air inlet screen 176 and is fixedly connected with the blowing fan blade pulley 92, the fire supply chamber 16 is arranged on the upper end of the blowing fan blade 91, the combustion net 175 is arranged on the upper end of the fire supply chamber 16, the primary combustion chamber 171 is arranged on one side of the upper end of the combustion net 175, the secondary combustion channel 173 is arranged on the other side of the upper end of the combustion net 175, the smoke guide vane 172 is rotatably fixed between the primary combustion chamber 171 and the secondary combustion channel 173, the smoke conveying pipe 174, the blowing fan pulley 92 and the smoke guiding fan 172 are rotatably connected to the driving device 3, and the smoke conveying pipe 174 is fixedly connected to the heat energy recovery device 15.
As shown in fig. 5, the heat energy recovery device 15 includes a heat energy recovery upper cover 151, a heat energy recovery housing 152, an air duct 153 and a heat conduction duct 154, the heat energy recovery housing 152 is a hollow rectangular block body with a bottom without a top, the heat energy recovery upper cover 151 is disposed on the upper end surface of the heat energy recovery housing 152, the air duct 153 penetrates through the front and rear end surfaces of the heat energy recovery housing 152, the heat conduction duct 154 is fixedly penetrated through the side wall of the heat energy recovery housing 152, the lower end of the heat conduction duct 154 is fixedly connected with the heat energy battery 11, the heat energy recovery housing 152 is filled with liquid water, the head end of the air duct 153 is fixedly penetrated through the flue gas delivery duct 174, and the tail end of.
As shown in fig. 6, the thermal battery 11 includes a heat pipe 111, a heat receiving plate 112, a thermoelectric generation plate 113, a cooling plate 114, heat dissipation fins 115, and a cold water tank 116, wherein the upper end of the heat pipe 111 is fixedly connected to the lower end of the heat pipe 154, the lower end of the heat pipe 111 is fixedly connected to the heat receiving plate 112, the thermoelectric generation plate 113 is fixed to the lower end of the heat receiving plate 112, a power cord 10 is connected to the thermoelectric generation plate 113, the power cord 10 is connected to an external power storage device, the cooling plate 114 is fixedly connected to the lower end of the thermoelectric generation plate 113, the heat dissipation fins 115 are uniformly fixed to the lower end of the cooling plate 114, the heat dissipation fins 115 are disposed in the cold water tank 116.
As shown in fig. 7, the water tank 13 includes a water tank body 131, an air inlet pipe 132, water tank liquid water 133 and an air outlet pipe 134, the water tank body 131 is a hollow rectangular shell with a top and a bottom, the water tank body 131 is provided with the water tank liquid water 133 therein, the upper end of the water tank body 131 is fixed with the air outlet pipe 134, the lower end of the air outlet pipe 134 is connected with the inner side of the water tank body 131 through, the upper end of the air outlet pipe 134 is connected with the adsorption device 14 through, the air inlet pipe 132 is embedded in the inner side wall of the water tank body 131, the air inlet pipe 132 is connected with the side wall of the water tank body 131 through, the upper end of the air inlet pipe 132 is located on the upper side of the water surface of the water tank liquid water.

The working steps and the principle of the invention are as follows:
1) starting the invention, the driving device 3 and the fan driving motor 8 rotate;
2) the straws are led in from a feed chute 1, crushed by a crushing device 2 and then fall onto a conveying device 4;
3) the straw is introduced into the combustion chamber 17 through the conveying device 4 for incineration, and meanwhile, the air blowing device 9 rotates to blow oxygen into the combustion chamber 17, so that the combustion efficiency of the straw in the combustion chamber 17 is improved;
4) then the gas enters a heat energy recovery device 15, the temperature in the gas is led into a heat energy battery 11 through the heat energy recovery device 15, the heat energy battery 11 generates electricity, and the electricity is led out through a power line 10;
5) the cooled gas enters the water tank 13, impurities in the gas are dissolved into the water, and the wet gas upwards enters the adsorption device 14;
6) the activated carbon and silica gel in the adsorption device 14 adsorb the wet gas and discharge the dry gas into the silencer 144;
7) the dried gas enters an exhaust gas purifier 1444, is purified by the exhaust gas purifier 1444 and is converted into mixed gas of carbon dioxide, water, nitrogen and the like;
8) the mixed gas enters the filter element shell 14432 through the filter inner shell 14431, carbon dioxide is absorbed, and the mixed gas of water and nitrogen is discharged into the silencing chamber 1441 through the end of the inner side wall of the filter outer shell 14434;
9) the gas is attenuated and silenced by the sound attenuation chamber 1441, and thereafter bass sounds are discharged.

then the gas enters a heat energy recovery device (15), the temperature in the gas is led into a heat energy battery (11) through the heat energy recovery device (15), and the heat energy battery (11) generates electricity and is led out through a power line (10);
the cooled gas enters a water tank (13), impurities in the gas are dissolved into water, and the wet gas upwards enters an adsorption device (14);
the activated carbon and silica gel in the adsorption device (14) adsorb the wet gas and discharge the clean dry gas.
