A second fixing ring 171 is fitted over the lance head 170 near the second end 122 of the lance tube 120, and a second fixing member 172 passes through the second fixing ring 171, the first fixing ring 160, and the second connecting ring 137 in this order. The connection between the lance head 170 and the lance tube 120 is made stronger and the connection between the lance head 170 and the lance tube 120 is prevented from deforming, so that the seal between the second end 122 and the compensating tube 130 is maintained for a longer time.
Alternatively, the second fixing ring 171 is a fixing flange, the second fixing member 172 is a screw, the screw passes through the fixing flange, the detachable flange, and the second connection ring 137 in this order, and a nut is sleeved on the screw, and a gasket is disposed between the nut and the flange, thereby achieving a firm connection between the second fixing ring 171, the first fixing ring 160, and the second connection ring 137.
Optionally, an annular third seal 173 is provided between the second retaining ring 171 and the first retaining ring 160, enabling the sealing connection of the lance head 170 and the second end 122 of the lance tube 120 by the third seal 173 between the outer retaining ring and the retaining ring.
The sealing connection between the compensating pipe 130 and the lance tube 120 is realized through the above structure, so that the sealing cavity 134 is formed between the compensating pipe 130 and the lance tube 120, and the gas leaked from the packing seal 140 enters the sealing cavity 134 without leaking.
In the embodiment of the present application, the compensating pipe 130 is made of stainless steel, and the compensating pipe 130 has high strength, is not easily deformed, and is easily connected in a sealing manner. In other embodiments, the material of the compensating pipe 130 may also be other metal materials, and the present application is not limited thereto, and the compensating pipe 130 that has certain strength and is not easy to deform is within the protection scope of the present application.
When the compensating pipe 130 is at a high temperature, the compensating pipe 130 expands due to heat, the connecting sub-ring 135 presses the sealing packing seat 150 rightwards, and the second connecting ring 137 presses the first fixing ring 160 leftwards, so that the sealing connection between the compensating pipe 130 and the lance tube 120 can be realized; when the compensating pipe 130 is at normal temperature, the compensating pipe 130 contracts cold, the length of the compensating pipe 130 is reduced, but due to the effect of the corrugated section 132, the protruding height of the corrugated section 132 is changed, the length of the compensating pipe 130 is not changed, the connector ring 135 of the compensating pipe 130 can still be pressed rightwards to seal the packing seat 150, the second connector ring 137 is pressed leftwards to press the first fixing ring 160, and the sealing connection between the compensating pipe 130 and the gun barrel 120 can be realized.
Optionally, the length ratio of the first horizontal segment 131, the corrugated segment 132 and the second horizontal segment 133 is (0.8-1.2): 1 (0.8-1.2), and the ratio of the protruding height of the corrugated segment 132 to the length of the corrugated segment 132 is (0.2-0.4): 1. Further, the length ratio of the first horizontal segment 131, the corrugated segment 132 and the second horizontal segment 133 is 1:1:1, and the ratio of the protrusion height of the corrugated segment 132 to the length of the corrugated segment 132 is 0.3: 1. The amount of thermal deformation of the compensating pipe 130 can be controlled to make the sealed cavity 134 airtight regardless of whether the compensating pipe 130 is subjected to high temperature.
The mode that above-mentioned spray gun is installed in two thorax kilns includes: the spray gun box 110 is installed in the kiln chamber, the box body 112 is welded with the kiln shell, the cover plate 111 is positioned outside the kiln shell, the sealing filler seat 150 on the cover plate 111 and the first end 121 of the spray gun tube 120 are compressed and sealed by the sealing filler 140, the sealing filler 140 is required not to exceed the end surface of the sealing filler seat 150 after being compressed, and the sealing filler 140 does not need to be replaced after being installed. The annular first sealing member 156, the compensating tube 130 and the annular second sealing member 161 are sequentially inserted from the second end 122 to the exterior of the barrel 120 and pushed from the second end 122 toward the first end 121 of the barrel 120, and then the annular first sealing member 156 is disposed between the retaining sleeve 136 at the connection sub-ring 135 and the packing seat 150, and the connection sub-ring 135 and the first ring 152 of the packing seat 150 are fixed by the first fixing member 155. The first fixing ring 160 is in threaded connection with the second end 122 of the gun barrel 120, an annular second sealing piece 161 is arranged between the first fixing ring 160 and the second connecting ring 137, after the first fixing ring 160 is locked with the second end 122 of the gun barrel 120, the second fixing ring 171 is basically flush with the end face of the second end 122 of the gun barrel 120, 4 spot welding points are carried out at the connecting position of the two end faces, the welding points are evenly divided within 360 degrees, the welding points are lower than 5mm, and the threads between the second fixing ring 171 and the second end 122 of the gun barrel 120 can be guaranteed not to be loosened by the 4 spot welding points, so that the relative positions of the two parts are fixed. An annular third seal 173 is placed between the second fixed ring 171 on the lance head 170 and the first fixed ring 160 outside the lance tube 120, and a second fixed ring 172 passes through the second fixed ring 171, the first fixed ring 160 and the second connecting ring 137 in this order, thereby achieving a sealed connection between the compensating tube 130 and the lance tube 120 and forming the sealed chamber 134.
The beneficial effect of spray gun and two thorax kilns that this application embodiment provided includes:
(1) the compensation pipe 130 is added, so that a sealing cavity 134 is formed between the compensation pipe 130 and the lance pipe 120, and even if the sealing filler 140 leaks gas, the leaked gas also enters the sealing cavity 134, so that the connection between the lance and the kiln shell does not leak air, the maintenance intensity during air leakage treatment is reduced, the noise caused by air leakage is eliminated, the influence of air leakage on the kiln calcination process is avoided, and the function precision of the double-chamber kiln equipment is improved.
(2) Due to the arrangement of the sealing cavity 134, the sealing filler 140 does not need to be replaced, and certain damping is formed to reduce heat radiation transfer of air flow convection.
(3) The corrugated section 132 of the compensating tube 130 allows the length of the compensating tube 130 to be adjusted so that the sealing between the compensating tube 130 and the lance tube 120 is maintained at all times and the sealing chamber 134 remains sealed for a long period of time.
(4) The connection of the lance head 170 to the lance tube 120 also secures one end of the compensating tube 130, making the connection more compact.
(5) The first fixing member 155 sequentially penetrates through the connection sub ring 135 and the packing seat 150 of the compensating pipe 130, and an annular first sealing member 156 is disposed between the connection sub ring 135 and the packing seat 150, so that the one end of the compensating pipe 130 is hermetically connected to the packing seat 150. And a certain distance is arranged between the first sealing piece 156 and the outer wall of the lance tube 120, so that the damage of high temperature to the sealing part can be avoided to a certain extent, and the sealing effect is better.
(6) The sealing connection between the other end of the compensating pipe 130 and the second end 122 of the lance tube 120 is achieved by the second fixing member 172 sequentially passing through the second fixing ring 171, the first fixing ring 160 and the second connecting ring 137, and an annular second sealing member 161 disposed between the first fixing ring 160 and the second connecting ring 137; an annular third seal 173 is provided between the second retaining ring 171 and the first retaining ring 160 to provide a sealed connection between the lance head 170 and the lance tube 120 to prevent air leakage from the lance.

Claims (10)

1. A spray gun, comprising:
the spray gun comprises a spray gun box, a spray gun body and a spray gun body, wherein the spray gun box is provided with a cover plate, and a mounting hole is formed in the cover plate;
the spray gun tube is provided with a first end and a second end, the first end is inserted into the mounting hole, a sealing filler seat filled with sealing filler is arranged in a gap between the outer wall of the first end and the cover plate, and the second end is positioned outside the spray gun box;
the compensating pipe is sleeved outside the second end, a gap is formed between the compensating pipe and the outer wall of the second end, and a sealing cavity is formed between the outer wall of the second end, the inner wall of the compensating pipe and the sealing packing seat.
2. The spray gun of claim 1 wherein said compensating tube comprises a first horizontal section, a corrugated section and a second horizontal section connected in series, said first horizontal section and said second horizontal section being spaced apart from said second end, said first horizontal section being sealingly connected to said first end and said packing seat, said second horizontal section being sealingly connected to said second end, said corrugated section having a protrusion projecting outwardly from said first horizontal section and said second horizontal section.

The spray gun according to claim 2, wherein the compensating pipe is made of stainless steel, the length ratio of the first horizontal section to the corrugated section to the second horizontal section is (0.8-1.2): 1, (0.8-1.2), and the ratio of the protruding height of the corrugated section to the length of the corrugated section is (0.2-0.4): 1.

The lance defined in claim 2 or claim 3 wherein the compensation tube further includes a first connecting ring connected to an end of the first horizontal section remote from the corrugated section and a second connecting ring sealingly connected to the seal packing seat; the second connecting ring is connected with one end of the second horizontal section far away from the corrugated section, and the second connecting ring is connected with the second end in a sealing mode.
5. The spray gun of claim 4, wherein the sealing packing seat is disposed on a wall of the mounting hole such that the sealing packing seat and an outer wall of the first end form an annular groove, the sealing packing is filled in the annular groove, and the first connecting ring is in sealing connection with the sealing packing seat.
6. The lance defined in claim 5 wherein the first connector ring includes a connector sub-ring and an annular retainer sleeve disposed on a surface of the connector sub-ring adjacent the packing seat with an annular first seal disposed therebetween, the first fastener passing through the connector sub-ring and the packing seat in sequence.
7. The spray gun of claim 4 further comprising a first retaining ring threadably connected outside said second end, an annular second seal being disposed between said second connecting ring and said first retaining ring.
8. The spray gun of claim 7 wherein said inner annular wall of said first retaining ring is spot welded to said outer wall of said second end.
9. The lance defined in claim 7 further comprises a lance head, a second retaining ring is sleeved on the lance head adjacent the second end, and a second fixing member passes through the second retaining ring, the first retaining ring and the second connecting ring in sequence.
10. A double-chamber kiln, characterized in that, comprises a kiln shell and a plurality of spray guns as claimed in any one of claims 1-9, wherein the kiln shell is internally provided with a kiln chamber, and a spray gun box is arranged on the inner wall of the kiln shell and is communicated with the kiln chamber.
