In actual work, when the desk lamp needs to be used, the support frame 2 drives the lamp housing 31 to be unfolded by a preset height, and the first lamp source 32 is started; when the portable working lamp is needed, the support frame 2 drives the lamp housing 31 to be folded on the lamp holder 1, the first light source 32 is turned off, and the second light source 33 is turned on.
Referring to fig. 4 and fig. 5, in the present embodiment, the first light source 32 includes a light bar 321 and an optical component 322, the light bar 321 is electrically connected to the control board and can be controlled by the control board for use, and the light bar 321 and the optical component 322 are both disposed in the lamp housing 31. The optical component 322 is disposed on the light-emitting side of the light bar 321, and the optical component 322 is configured to receive light emitted from the light bar 321 and guide the light out of the outside, thereby implementing a lighting function. When the lamp housing 31 is driven by the support frame 2 to be unfolded, the optical assembly 322 can guide light emitted by the light bar 321 out of the outside, and the multifunctional working lamp is a desk lamp, so that a desk lamp type lighting function is realized; when the lamp housing 31 is folded on the lamp holder 1 under the driving of the supporting frame 2, the light-emitting side of the optical component 322 faces the lamp holder 1, that is, the lamp holder 1 blocks the light guided out by the optical component 322, because the light-emitting directions of the first light source 32 and the second light source 33 are different, so that the first light source 32 can be turned off and the second light source 33 can be turned on, and the multifunctional working lamp is a portable working lamp. It should be noted here that the light bar 321 is located at a side of the optical component 322, a light-emitting direction of the optical component 322 is perpendicular to a light-emitting direction of the light bar 321, and the light-emitting direction of the optical component 322 faces the outside of the lamp housing 31, so that a volume of the whole first light source 32 can be reduced, and an occupied space of the lamp housing 31 occupied by the first light source 32 is reduced.
Optionally, in a specific embodiment, referring to fig. 5 and fig. 6, the light bars 321 are provided in two, the two light bars 321 are disposed on two opposite side surfaces of the optical component 322, that is, the optical component 322 is disposed on the light emitting side of the light bars 321 and located between the two light bars 321, and the optical component 322 can receive the light emitted from the two light bars 321 and guide the light out of the outside, so as to implement the illumination function. The setting of two lamp strips 321 can strengthen the illumination intensity of multi-functional work light, and because first lamp source 32 is luminous for the side, can not increase the occupation space of first lamp source 32 when improving illumination intensity.
In a specific embodiment, referring to fig. 5 and fig. 6, each light bar 321 includes a first substrate 3211 and a first light bead 3212 disposed on the first substrate 3211, the first light bead 3212 is an LED light bead, and the optical component 322 is disposed on a light emitting side of the first light bead 3212. The lamp housing 31 is internally provided with a heat dissipation casing 35, the two first substrates 3211 are respectively arranged on two inner side walls opposite to the heat dissipation casing 35, and the optical assembly 322 is fixed on the heat dissipation casing 35, so as to realize the heat dissipation function of the first light source 32.
Referring to fig. 5 and fig. 6, in the present embodiment, the optical element 322 includes a light guide plate 3221, a diffusion plate 3222, and a reflective paper 3223. The light guide plate 3221 is disposed on the light emitting side of the light bar 321, the diffusion plate 3222 and the reflective paper 3223 are stacked on two opposite sides of the light guide plate 3221, respectively, wherein the diffusion plate 3222 is stacked on the light emitting side of the light guide plate 3221, and the reflective paper 3223 is stacked on one side of the light guide plate 3221 away from the diffusion plate 3222. During operation, light emitted by the light bar 321 enters the light guide plate 3221 through the end face of the light guide plate 3221 and is diffused by the diffusion plate 3222, and the arrangement of the reflective paper 3223 prevents light on the guide-in light guide plate 3221 from being emitted to the inside of the lamp housing 31, so that the light on the light guide plate 3221 is completely diffused by the diffusion plate 3222, and the utilization rate of light on the guide-in light guide plate 3221 is improved, namely the utilization rate of light emitted by the light bar 321 is improved. It should be noted that, when the lamp housing 31 is folded on the lamp socket 1 by the driving of the supporting frame 2, and the light emitting side of the diffusion plate 3222 faces the lamp socket 1, the light bar 321 can be closed.
In a specific embodiment, the diffusion plate 3222 is made of a diffuse transmission material, the diffuse transmission material can enable light diffused from the diffusion plate 3222 to have a diffuse transmission effect, glare can be reduced, uniformity of light transmitted by the diffusion plate 3222 can be improved, when the lamp housing 31 is unfolded under the driving of the support frame 2, the first light source 32 is turned on, at this time, the multifunctional work lamp is a table lamp, and an eye protection function of the table lamp can be realized by the diffuse transmission material. More specifically, both opposite sides of the diffusion plate 3222 are frosted surfaces which are frosted, so that uniformity of light diffusion is enhanced, and human eyes are protected.
Referring to fig. 5 to 7, in the present embodiment, the lamp housing 31 is provided with a first window 3111, the diffusion plate 3222 is disposed inside the lamp housing 31 and covers the first window 3111, and the diffusion plate 3222 faces to the outside of the lamp housing 31, when the lamp housing 31 is folded on the lamp socket 1, the first window 3111 faces the lamp socket 1, correspondingly, the diffusion plate 3222 faces to the lamp socket 1. The edge of the diffusion plate 3222 abuts against the inner side of the lamp housing 31, an ultrasonic groove 3112 is formed in the inner side of the lamp housing 31, the ultrasonic groove 3112 surrounds the first window 3111, an ultrasonic wire pillar 32221 is arranged on the edge of one side of the diffusion plate 3222, and the ultrasonic wire pillar 32221 is inserted into the ultrasonic groove 3112 and fused in the ultrasonic groove 3112, so that the edge of one side of the diffusion plate 3222 is fixed to the inner side of the lamp housing 31. The fixing strength of the diffusion plate 3222 and the lamp housing 31 is strengthened by the ultrasonic welding mode of the ultrasonic wire column 32221 and the ultrasonic groove 3112, the situation that the diffusion plate 3222 falls out due to unfolding or folding of the lamp housing 31 under the driving of the support frame 2 is avoided, and the use stability of the first light source 32 is improved.
It should be noted that, in an embodiment, as shown in fig. 5, the ultrasonic wire rod 32221 is disposed at the bottom edge of the diffusion plate 3222, and the bottom of the ultrasonic wire rod 32221 has an inverted triangle shape, so as to enhance the strength of the ultrasonic wire rod 32221 fused in the ultrasonic groove 3112.
In the embodiment, the inner side of the lamp housing 31 is formed with a sealant groove 3113, the sealant groove 3113 is surrounded by the first window 3111, the ultrasonic groove 3112 is concavely formed on the inner wall of the sealant groove 3113, and when one side edge of the diffusion plate 3222 abuts against the inner wall of the sealant groove 3113, the ultrasonic wire pillar 32221 is inserted into the ultrasonic groove 3112. The sealant groove 3113 is used for filling a sealant, and the sealant is used for sealing the diffusion plate 3222 inside the lamp housing 31. When the diffusion plate 3222 is installed, the ultrasonic wire cylinders 32221 are fused in the ultrasonic groove 3112 in an ultrasonic welding mode, so that the diffusion plate 3222 and the lamp housing 31 are fixed at one time; at this time, an edge of one side of the diffusion plate 3222 abuts against an inner wall of the sealant groove 3113, and a space is still provided between an end surface of the diffusion plate 3222 and a sidewall of the sealant groove 3113, and the space is filled with sealant, so that the diffusion plate 3222 is fixed in the sealant groove 3113 through the sealant, and secondary fixing of the diffusion plate 3222 and the lamp housing 31 is realized, thus twice fixing of the diffusion plate 3222 and the lamp housing 31 is realized, and fixing strength of the diffusion plate 3222 is enhanced.
Referring to fig. 4 and 5, in the present embodiment, the second light source 33 includes a substrate and a lamp bead, the substrate is a second substrate 331, and the lamp bead is a second lamp bead 332. The second substrate 331 is disposed in the lamp housing 31, the second lamp beads 332 are disposed on the second substrate 331, the light emitting directions of the second lamp beads 332 are different from the light emitting direction of the diffusion plate 3222, and the second lamp beads 332 can display different colors to play a role in warning. In actual work, when the desk lamp needs to be used, the support frame 2 drives the lamp housing 31 to be unfolded to a preset height, and the first lamp source 32 is turned on; when needs use portable work light, support frame 2 drives lamp body 31 and folds on lamp stand 1, opens second lamp pearl 332, and second lamp pearl 332 can show different colours respectively, and multi-functional work light can be the warning light this moment. Therefore, the multifunctional working lamp can be used as a desk lamp or a warning lamp, so that the multifunctional working lamp can be suitable for various different use occasions, and the universality of the multifunctional working lamp is improved.
In a specific embodiment, the second lamp bead 332 can display red and blue, so that the multifunctional working lamp has a red and blue warning function.
In a specific embodiment, the lamp housing 31 is further provided with a second window 3121, the inner side of the lamp housing 31 is further provided with a transparent member 333, the transparent member 333 covers the second window 3121, and the transparent member 333 faces the second lamp bead 332. During operation, the light that second lamp pearl 332 sent throws away through transparency 333 to realize the illumination function of second light source 33.
Referring to fig. 5 and fig. 6, in the present embodiment, the light emitting direction of the first light source 32 is opposite to the light emitting direction of the second light source 33. When the support frame 2 drives the lamp housing 31 to be folded on the lamp holder 1, the light emitting direction of the first lamp source 32 points to the lamp holder 1, at this time, the light emitting direction of the second lamp source 33 faces away from the lamp holder 1, then the lamp housing 31 is folded on the lamp holder 1 and does not affect the light emitting of the second lamp source 33, thus, the second lamp source 33 can be started and used for realizing the lighting function, and the light emitting direction of the second lamp source 33 faces away from the lamp holder 1, so that the utilization rate of the light emitted by the second lamp source 33 is improved, and the use of the second lamp source 33 is ensured.
In a specific embodiment, the lamp housing 31 includes a first housing 311 and a second housing 312 that are covered with each other, an end surface of the first housing 311 and an end surface of the second housing 312 abut against each other, and a sealing ring 9 abuts between the end surface of the first housing 311 and the end surface of the second housing 312, so as to enhance the sealing performance of a space enclosed by the first housing 311 and the second housing 312. The first light source 32, the second light source 33 and the heat dissipation shell 35 are all disposed in a space enclosed by the first casing 311 and the second casing 312. The first window 3111 is opened in the first housing 311, and the second window 3121 is opened in the second housing 312. Wherein, the outer wall of the first housing 311 is provided with a first reinforcing rib 3114, the outer wall of the second housing 312 is provided with a second reinforcing rib 3122, and the first reinforcing rib 3114 and the second reinforcing rib 3122 are used for reinforcing the strength of the whole lamp housing 31.
Referring to fig. 1 and fig. 8, in the present embodiment, one end of the supporting frame 2 away from the lamp holder 1 is hinged to a rotating base 34, and the lamp housing 31 is rotatably disposed on the rotating base 34. The rotating base 34 is hinged to the support frame 2 and can rotate along the support frame 2 in a first rotating plane, so that the lamp housing 31 rotates in the first rotating plane; the lamp housing 31 is rotatably disposed on the rotating seat 34 and can rotate around the rotating seat 34 in a second rotating plane, so as to realize the rotation of the lamp housing 31 in the second rotating plane. Wherein the first rotation plane is a rotation plane a shown in fig. 8, the second rotation plane is perpendicular to the first rotation plane, and the first rotation plane and the second rotation plane are two vertical planes perpendicular to each other in the angle of view shown in fig. 8. Thus, when the support frame 2 is folded on the lamp holder 1, the lamp housing 31 can rotate in the first rotation plane and the second rotation plane respectively, so that the lamp housing 31 is folded on the lamp holder 1; when the support frame 2 drives the lamp housing 31 to be unfolded to the preset height, the lamp housing 31 can rotate in the first rotating plane and the second rotating plane respectively, so that the light emitting direction of the first lamp source 32 or the second lamp source 33 is adjusted, the angle adjusting range of the light emitting direction of the first lamp source 32 and the second lamp source 33 is enlarged, and the irradiation angle of the multifunctional working lamp is adjusted conveniently.
In a particular embodiment, the support frame 2 rotates around the lamp holder 1 in a first plane of rotation to fold over the lamp holder 1.
Referring to fig. 1 and 8, in the embodiment, the supporting frame 2 includes two first supporting arms 21 and two second supporting arms 22, one end of each of the two first supporting arms 21 is hinged to the two protruding portions 11 on the lamp holder 1, one end of each of the two first supporting arms 21 is disposed between the two protruding portions 11, and the two first supporting arms 21 can rotate and fold around the two protruding portions 11 in a first rotation plane. One end of the second support arm 22 is hinged to the other end of the first support arm 21, and the second support arm 22 can be folded around the first support arm 21 in a first rotation plane. The lamp housing 31 is hinged to the other end of the second support arm 22, and the rotating seat 34 hinged to the lamp housing 31 can rotate and fold around the second support arm 22 in a first rotating plane. When the lamp housing 31 needs to be folded on the lamp socket 1, the first support arm 21 rotates around the lamp socket 1, the second support arm 22 rotates around the first support arm 21, and the lamp housing 31 rotates around the second support arm 22, so that the first support arm 21, the second support arm 22 and the lamp housing 31 can be folded on the lamp socket 1, the first support arm 21 rotates around the lamp socket 1 to be unfolded, the second support arm 22 rotates around the first support arm 21 to be unfolded, the lamp housing 31 can be unfolded to a preset height, and the first light source 32 and/or the second light source 33 on the lamp housing 31 can be used conveniently. Wherein, first support arm 21 sets up to two, and the one end of second support arm 22 articulates between the other end of two first support arms 21, strengthens the supporting role of first support arm 21 to second support arm 22.
In a specific embodiment, one end of the first support arm 21 is provided with a first rotating shaft 5, and the first rotating shaft 5 is rotatably connected to the lamp holder 1, so that the first support arm 21 is hinged to the lamp holder 1 through the first rotating shaft 5 and can rotate around the first rotating shaft 5. One end of the second supporting arm 22 is provided with a second rotating shaft 6, and the second supporting arm 22 is hinged to the first supporting arm 21 through the second rotating shaft 6 and can rotate around the second rotating shaft 6. The other end of the second supporting arm 22 is provided with a third rotating shaft 7, and the rotating base 34 is hinged to the second supporting arm 22 through the third rotating shaft 7 and can rotate around the third rotating shaft 7. The lamp housing 31 is provided with a fourth rotating shaft 8, and the lamp housing 31 is hinged to the rotating base 34 through the fourth rotating shaft 8 and can rotate around the fourth rotating shaft 8.

Claims (10)

1. A multi-function worklight, comprising:
a lamp socket;
one end of the support frame is hinged to the lamp holder, and the support frame can be folded;
the lamp holder is hinged to the other end of the support frame, and the support frame can selectively drive the lamp holder to be unfolded to a preset height or fold the lamp holder on the lamp holder;
the wireless charging device is arranged in the lamp holder; the lamp holder can be used for placing a mobile phone on the lamp holder when the lamp holder is unfolded, and the wireless charging device can be used for wirelessly charging the mobile phone on the lamp holder.
2. The multifunctional working lamp as claimed in claim 1, wherein the lamp holder is formed with two protrusions spaced apart from each other, and the support frame is hinged to the protrusions; the support frame is contained between the two protruding portions after being folded, and the mobile phone can be contained between the two protruding portions after the support frame is unfolded.

The multifunctional working lamp as claimed in claim 1, wherein the lamp cap comprises a lamp housing and a first lamp source arranged on the lamp housing, and the lamp housing is hinged to the other end of the supporting frame; the lamp holder is provided with a brightness sensor and a control panel, and the brightness sensor is used for detecting the brightness of the environment; the control panel is respectively and electrically connected with the brightness sensor and the first light source and can control the brightness of the first light source according to the brightness information of the brightness sensor.

The multifunctional worklight of claim 3 wherein the lighthead further comprises a second light source disposed on the lamp housing, the second light source being electrically connected to the control board; the light emitting directions of the first light source and the second light source are different, the first light source is used for being started when the support frame drives the lamp housing to be unfolded, and the second light source is at least used for being started when the support frame drives the lamp housing to be folded on the lamp holder.

The multifunctional worklight of claim 4, wherein the first light source comprises a light bar disposed in the housing and an optical component, the light bar is electrically connected to the control board, the optical component is disposed on a light-emitting side of the light bar, and the light-emitting side of the optical component faces the light holder when the housing is folded over the light holder.
6. The multifunctional worklight of claim 5, wherein the optical assembly comprises:
the light guide plate is arranged on the light emitting side of the light bar;
the diffusion plate is stacked on the light emitting side of the light guide plate, and the light emitting side of the diffusion plate faces the lamp holder when the lamp housing is folded on the lamp holder;
and the reflective paper is stacked on one side of the light guide plate, which deviates from the diffusion plate.
7. The multifunctional working lamp as claimed in claim 6, wherein the lamp housing has a first window, and the diffuser is disposed inside the lamp housing and covers the first window; an ultrasonic groove is formed in the inner side of the lamp shell and surrounds the first window; an ultrasonic line cylinder is arranged on the edge of one side of the diffusion plate and is inserted into and fused in the ultrasonic groove.
8. The multifunctional worklight of claim 4 wherein the first light source emits light in a direction opposite to the direction of light emitted by the second light source.
9. The multifunctional working lamp as claimed in claim 3, wherein the end of the supporting frame away from the lamp holder is hinged to a rotating base, the lamp housing is rotatably disposed on the rotating base, and a rotation plane of the rotating base about the supporting frame is perpendicular to a rotation plane of the lamp housing about the rotating base.
10. The multifunctional work light of any one of claims 1 to 9, wherein the support frame comprises a first support arm and a second support arm, one end of the first support arm being hinged to the light holder, one end of the second support arm being hinged to the other end of the first support arm, the light head being hinged to the other end of the second support arm.
