Detailed Description
In order to make the aforementioned and other objects, features and advantages of the present invention comprehensible, preferred embodiments accompanied with figures are described in detail below:
when the ceiling fan is used, the Z direction is defined to be an upper direction (top direction) and a lower direction (bottom direction) according to the axial direction of a hanging rod of the ceiling fan, the X direction is defined to be a left direction and a right direction according to the axial direction of a rod-shaped joint, and the Y direction is a front direction and a back direction; in addition, the present invention is described with reference to the drawings by using directional terms such as "inner", "outer" and "side" or similar terms, which are used only for the purpose of describing and understanding the embodiments of the present invention and are not intended to limit the present invention.
The use of the terms a or an for the elements and components described throughout this disclosure are for convenience only and provide a general sense of the scope of the invention; in the present invention, it is to be understood that the singular includes plural unless it is obvious that it is meant otherwise.
The terms "coupled," "combined," or "assembled" as used herein include the form in which the components are separated without damage after being connected or the components are not separated after being connected, and can be selected by one of ordinary skill in the art according to the material or assembly requirement of the components to be connected.
Referring to fig. 1, a hanger according to a first embodiment of the present invention includes a fixing frame 1 and a coupling seat 2 connected to each other, and a hanger rod 4 connected to a hemispherical joint 3a or a rod-shaped joint 3b to be assembled to the coupling seat 2 through the hemispherical joint 3a or the rod-shaped joint 3 b. The fixing frame 1 and the combining base 2 can be integrally formed and connected, or can be assembled and combined into two components, which can be selected by one skilled in the art according to design requirements, and are not limited to the form disclosed in the drawings of the embodiment.
Referring to fig. 1 and 2, the fixing frame 1 has a bridging portion 11, wherein the bridging portion 11 is connected to a side wall 12 at each of the left and right sides thereof, so that the connecting seat 2 is connected to the bridging portion 11 in an aligned manner, and the fixing portion 121 at the upper end of the two side walls 12 is fixed to a fixed object such as a ceiling. In detail, the bridging portion 11 has a notch 111 for the suspension rod 4 to pass through, and the lower end of each side wall 12 can be bent to form a connecting portion 122 and a placing portion 123 connected to each other, so that each side wall 12 can be adjacent to the bridging portion 11 through the connecting portion 122, and an electrical box E (please refer to fig. 4 and 5) can be accommodated between the two side walls 12 and placed on the two placing portions 123, thereby preventing the electrical box E from interfering with the lower components.
The combining seat 2 is connected to the fixing frame 1 and is opposite to the bridging portion 11 for supporting the hemispherical joint 3a or the rod-shaped joint 3 b. The coupling seat 2 of the present embodiment can be accommodated in a space surrounded by the bridge portion 11 and the two connecting portions 122, and is locked and positioned by a plurality of locking members S. The combination seat 2 has a ball socket 21 for receiving the hemispherical joint 3a, the inner wall 2a of the combination seat 2 further has a plurality of grooves 22 for receiving the rod-shaped joint 3b, and an assembly port 23 communicates the ball socket 21 with the outside; when the connecting seat 2 is connected to the fixing frame 1, the assembling opening 23 and the gap 111 of the bridging portion 11 are aligned, so that the suspension rod 4 passes through the assembling opening 23 and the gap 111, and the hemispherical joint 3a is disposed in the socket groove 21, or the rod-shaped joint 3b is disposed in the grooves 22. In this embodiment, the number of the grooves 22 may be two, and the two grooves 22 are opposite to each other, so that the rod-shaped joint 3b having a substantially straight rod shape can be positioned at both ends.
In detail, referring to fig. 2 and 3, the upper and lower ends of the ball groove 21 are both communicated with the outside, and the upper ends of the two grooves 22 are also communicated with the outside; in this embodiment, the two grooves 22 can penetrate from the arc-shaped wall surface of the ball groove 21 to the outside, so that the two grooves 22 can be easily formed. The combination seat 2 of the present embodiment is generally C-shaped due to the installation opening 23, and in order to make the combination seat 2 have good and sufficient structural strength, the distances from the two grooves 22 to the installation opening 23 are preferably equal.
The inner wall 2a of the coupling seat 2 may have a first locking portion 24 for positioning the hemispherical joint 3a, so as to prevent the hemispherical joint 3a from rotating relative to the coupling seat 2 after being disposed in the ball socket 21. For example, but not limited to, the first latching portion 24 of the present embodiment may be a convex strip protruding from the arc-shaped wall of the ball socket groove 21, and preferably, the first latching portion 24 is located opposite to the assembling opening 23; thus, even if the position of the first engaging portion 24 cannot be clearly seen, the assembling personnel can intuitively know the position of the first engaging portion 24 by seeing the position of the assembling opening 23, so as to align and install the corresponding portion of the hemispherical joint 3a, which is helpful to improve the assembling convenience.
In addition, in order to improve the convenience of assembling the coupling seat 2 to the bridging portion 11, the bridging portion 11 may have a plurality of first positioning portions 112, and the coupling seat 2 correspondingly has a plurality of second positioning portions 25; thus, when the combining seat 2 is disposed on the bridging portion 11, the second positioning portions 25 of the combining seat 2 can be preferentially combined with the first positioning portions 112 of the bridging portion 11, so that the combining seat 2 can be initially positioned on the bridging portion 11, and the combining seat 2 can be locked and fixed on the bridging portion 11 by the locking members S. For example, but not limited to, the first positioning portion 112 of the bridge portion 11 may be a bump, and the second positioning portion 25 of the coupling seat 2 corresponds to a through hole or a concave hole through which the bump can penetrate; or the reverse may be possible.
Referring to fig. 2 and 5, the fixing frame 1 may further have a first positioning portion 13 located at a side opposite to the notch 111, and the combining seat 2 has a second positioning portion 26 located at a side opposite to the assembling opening 23. When the connecting seat 2 is placed on the bridging portion 11 in the correct direction (such that the assembling opening 23 is in the same direction as the notch 111 of the bridging portion 11), the second positioning portion 26 can be opposite to the first positioning portion 13, so that the connecting seat 2 can be stably placed on the bridging portion 11; in contrast, when the combining seat 2 is placed on the bridging portion 11 in a wrong direction, the second positioning portion 26 of the combining seat 2 or the first positioning portion 13 of the fixing frame 1 will prevent the combining seat 2 from being stably placed on the bridging portion 11, so that an assembler can immediately know the wrong direction, thereby preventing the problem that the subsequent assembly steps are difficult to perform due to the assembly error. For example, but not limited to, the first positioning portion 13 of the fixing frame 1 may be a convex strip, and the second positioning portion 26 of the combining seat 2 is a notch for accommodating the convex strip; or the reverse may be possible. When the first positioning portion 13 is selected as a convex strip, the convex strip may be formed by stamping the bridging portion 11, or a strip connected to the upper surface of the bridging portion 11, and preferably, two ends of the first positioning portion 13 are connected to the connecting portions 122 of the two side walls 12, which may help to improve the structural strength of the fixing frame 1. In other embodiments, the first positioning portion 13 may not be connected to the bridge portion 11, and only two ends of the first positioning portion are connected to the two side walls 12.
Referring to fig. 1, 2 and 6, the shape of the hemispherical joint 3a is substantially the same as that of the conventional joint commonly called "mushroom head", but the hemispherical joint 3a of the present embodiment may be provided with at least one second detent portion 32 on the outer peripheral surface thereof, so that after the hemispherical joint 3a is placed in the ball socket groove 21, the second detent portion 32 and the first detent portion 24 of the inner wall 2a of the coupling seat 2 are engaged with each other, thereby preventing the hemispherical joint 3a from rotating relative to the coupling seat 2. Preferably, the number of the second locking portions 32 of the hemispherical joint 3a may be multiple, and the multiple second locking portions 32 are distributed annularly at equal angles with the suspension rod 4 as the center; thus, when the ceiling fan connected below the suspension rod 4 has objects such as a pulling rope, the hemispherical joint 3a can also have a second catching portion 32 at a proper position to catch and combine with the first catching portion 24 of the combining seat 2.
Referring to fig. 1, 2 and 3, two ends of the rod-shaped joint 3b can respectively penetrate into the two grooves 22 of the connecting base 2, so that the rod-shaped joint 3b can be stably erected on the connecting base 2 and cannot rotate relative to the connecting base 2. In the present embodiment, since the diameter width of the two ends of the rod-shaped joint 3b is smaller, so as to form a shoulder 31 near the two ends, the combination seat 2 of the present embodiment may further have two limiting grooves 27 respectively connected to the two grooves 22, each limiting groove 27 may be recessed from the inner wall 2a of the combination seat 2 and cover a part of the socket groove 21, and each limiting groove 27 is connected to the lower end of the corresponding groove 22; thus, when the rod-shaped joint 3b is erected on the combining seat 2, the two shoulders 31 of the rod-shaped joint 3b are respectively located in the two limiting grooves 27 of the combining seat 2, so as to further improve the stability of the rod-shaped joint 3b erected on the combining seat 2.
Referring to fig. 1, with the above structure, since the combining base 2 has the ball socket groove 21 and the two grooves 22, the same combining base 2 can be used for both the connection of the suspension rod 4 to the hemispherical joint 3a and the connection of the rod 3b, so that the practitioner only needs to produce the combining base 2 of the same type, which not only helps to reduce the cost of the production equipment, the manufacturing cost and the storage management cost, but also does not need to distribute the combining base 2 according to the joint type when packing the ceiling fan, and can completely avoid the situation that the ceiling fan cannot be installed because the joint type does not correspond to the combining base 2, so the hanger of the present invention has high practicability.
Referring to fig. 7, which is a second embodiment of the hanger of the present invention, this embodiment discloses another rod type joint 3b ', and the structure of the rod type joint 3 b' is more simplified. In addition, the two grooves 22 of the connecting seat 2 of the present embodiment may not penetrate through the outer wall 2b of the connecting seat 2, which is helpful to enhance the structural strength of the connecting seat 2. In addition, the minimum width W1 of the notch 111 of the fixing frame 1 can be smaller than the minimum width W2 of the assembling opening 23 of the combining seat 2, so that even if the suspension rod 4 is inadvertently slipped off during the assembling process without affecting the smoothness of the operation of inserting or taking out the suspension rod 4, the bridging portion 11 of the fixing frame 1 still has a high probability of holding the rod-shaped joint 3 b', and the whole hanger is not prone to being inadvertently dropped during the assembling process. The combination seat 2 can also make a plurality of second positioning parts 25 asymmetrically positioned at the left and right sides of the assembly opening 23; thus, as long as the coupling seat 2 is disposed on the bridging portion 11 in the wrong direction, the second positioning portions 25 of the coupling seat 2 cannot be aligned and coupled with the first positioning portions 112 of the bridging portion 11 at the same time, so that the coupling seat 2 cannot be stably disposed on the bridging portion 11, and the assembling personnel can immediately know the wrong direction, thereby preventing the assembling error in this place from causing the problem that the subsequent assembling step is difficult to perform. It should be noted that the coupling seat 2 of the present embodiment is also applicable to the rod-type joint 3b (shown in fig. 3) of the previous embodiment.
Referring to fig. 1 and 8, the present invention further provides a ceiling fan, which comprises the above-mentioned hanging bracket, a stator 5 and a rotor 6, wherein one end of the hanging rod 4 of the hanging bracket is connected with a hemispherical joint 3a or a rod-shaped joint 3b, and the stator 5 is combined with the other end of the hanging rod 4; the rotor 6 is rotatably disposed on the outer periphery of the stator 5 and has a plurality of blades 61.
In detail, the stator 5 may have a shaft 51 coupled to the suspension rod 4, and a protrusion P is formed at the coupling. The protrusion P may be any structure protruding from the outer peripheral surface of the boom 4 or the shaft 51; such as a portion of the suspension rod 4 or the shaft 51 protruding outward locally (e.g. a convex ring body or two radially opposite convex blocks connecting the circumferential surfaces of the suspension rod 4 or the shaft 51), or a pin, a block, or a screw and a nut, etc. combined with the suspension rod 4 or the shaft 51. In this embodiment, either the suspension rod 4 or the shaft 51 may be hollow and tubular to facilitate the end fitting, and at least one set of screw and nut is used to lock the joint of the suspension rod 4 and the shaft 51, so that the at least one set of screw and nut can form the protrusion P. The stator 5 may further have a bearing assembly 52 coupled to the shaft 51, the rotor 6 is coupled to the bearing assembly 52, and the stator 5 is energized to excite the rotor 6, so that the rotor 6 rotates around the stator 5 relative to the shaft 51.
The ceiling fan of the present embodiment may further include a cover 7, the cover 7 has two half covers 71 butt-jointed from two sides of the shaft 51, the two half covers 71 respectively abut against the protrusion P and jointly cover the periphery of the bearing assembly 52, so as to reduce the chance of foreign matter falling into the stator 5.
Referring to fig. 8 and 9, the half cover 71 of the present embodiment may have at least one abutting portion 72 on each of the two side edges 711, and after the two half covers 71 are abutted and combined by the opposing abutting portions 72, the two half covers 71 may be connected to form a ring. For example, but not limited to, the two abutting portions 72 of the two half covers 71 capable of abutting and combining can be a buckle piece 72a and a buckle slot 72b respectively, the buckle piece 72a protrudes out of the side edge 711 of the half cover 71, the buckle slot 72b is recessed from the inner surface 71a of the half cover 71 to the outer surface 71b, and the buckle piece 72a can penetrate into the buckle slot 72b and be mutually engaged in a locking manner. The surface of the buckle piece 72a facing away from the buckle slot 72b may preferably have a plurality of ribs 721 to enhance the structural strength of the buckle piece 72a, so that the buckle piece 72a is less prone to cracking during installation or removal.
Referring to fig. 8 and 10, each half cover 71 has a propping member 73 therein, and each propping member 73 is connected to the inner surface 71a of each half cover 71; after the two half covers 71 are butt-jointed, the two abutting pieces 73 can abut against the protruding part P respectively. In the present embodiment, each abutting member 73 may have an inverted U-shaped cross section and have a downward bending portion 731, and the upper and lower ends of the downward bending portion 731 are a closed end 732 and an open end 733, respectively. Thus, the two abutting members 73 can cover the protruding portion P from the two sides of the protruding portion P, and the two sides of the protruding portion P can be respectively accommodated in the two downward bent portions 731, and when the user releases the two half covers 71, the two half covers 71 can fall down under the influence of gravity and naturally abut against the upper end of the protruding portion P stably from the closed ends 732 of the downward bent portions 731.
The open end 733 of the turndown portion 731 may be connected to a skirt 734, the skirt 734 extending towards the inner surface 71a of the corresponding half shell 71. The portion of the skirt 734 farther from the side edge 711 of the half cover 71 can be connected to the inner surface 71a of the half cover 71, and the portion of the skirt 734 closer to the side edge 711 of the half cover 71 can be selectively disconnected from the inner surface 71a of the half cover 71, so that the half cover 71 can have better elastic deformation capability at the portion closer to the side edge 711; thus, when the two half covers 71 are to be disassembled, the two half covers 71 are prevented from being difficult to be disassembled after being butted and combined because the two half covers 71 are hard and difficult to be pinched and deformed at the parts adjacent to the side edges 711. In addition, as shown in fig. 9, the outer surface 71b of each half cover 71 may further have at least one mark 74 for aligning the at least one abutting portion 72, so that an assembling worker can quickly identify the position of the abutting portion 72 of the two half covers 71 and pinch the abutting portion in a state that the two half covers 71 are abutted and combined, so that the two half covers 71 can be separated more quickly.
Referring to fig. 9 to 11, each half cover 71 may further have a thin-walled area 75, the thin-walled area 75 extends longitudinally to the bottom edge of the half cover 71, the material thickness of the thin-walled area 75 is thinner than that of other parts, so that each half cover 71 is easier to elastically deform at the position having the thin-walled area 75, and the two half covers 71 can also be easily disassembled after being butted and combined. The distance from the thin wall 75 to the two side edges 711 is preferably equal, so that the two half covers 71 can be elastically deformed to facilitate separation when being pinched.
On the other hand, the outer surface 71b of each half cover 71 may have a rough portion 76 adjacent to the two side edges 711, so that an assembling worker can hold the rough portion 76 when the two half covers 71 are to be butt-jointed, and friction is increased by the rough portion 76 to improve the stability of holding and reduce the chance of slipping of the two half covers 71. The rough portion 76 may be, for example, a plurality of concave or convex strips or granules, or the outer surface 71b of each half cover 71 is formed with a local rough configuration, which is not limited in the invention.
In summary, the ceiling fan and the hanging bracket thereof of the present invention have the advantages that the combination base can be commonly used for joints of different types, so that an operator only needs to produce the combination base of the same type, which is helpful to reduce the production equipment cost, the manufacturing cost and the storage management cost, and the combination base does not need to be distributed according to the joint type when the ceiling fan is packaged, and the situation that the ceiling fan cannot be installed due to the fact that the joint type does not correspond to the combination base can be completely avoided, so the ceiling fan and the hanging bracket thereof of the present invention can reduce multiple costs and risks of the operator through the combination base with high practicability, and simultaneously, the assembly convenience, the operation smoothness, the service life, etc. of the ceiling fan and the hanging bracket thereof are improved.
