In a preferred embodiment of the invention, the bottom end of the first short joint 4 is connected with the first joint 5 through threads; the bottom end of the first joint 5 is connected with the second joint 6 through threads; the bottom end of the second joint 6 is connected with the hollow polished rod 8 through threads; the bottom end of the hollow polished rod 8 is connected with the hollow rod 9 through threads; the bottom end of the hollow rod 9 is connected with the second short joint 10 through threads; the bottom end of the second short joint 10 is connected with the settling rod 11 through threads; the bottom end of the settling rod 11 is connected with the sucker rod 12 through threads; the bottom end of the sucker rod 12 is connected with the oil pump plunger 13 through threads.
In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, referring to fig. 3, the second short circuit 10 includes a hollow-out portion 101, so as to allow impurities in the hot water to enter the precipitation rod through the hollow-out portion, thereby effectively avoiding the possibility that the impurities in the hot water block the annulus.
As another aspect of the invention, the invention also provides a hollow rod internal circulation paraffin removal method, which uses the device and comprises the following steps:
the hot water is heated and pressurized by the hot car washing 1, enters the first joint 5, enters the continuous pipe 7 from the first joint 5, enters the annular space through the continuous pipe 7, flows through the hollow rod 9 and the hollow polished rod 8 through the annular space, enters the second joint 6, and flows out through the second joint 6 to enter the metering station.
In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the hollow rod internal circulation paraffin removal method specifically comprises the following steps: hot water is heated and pressurized by the hot car washing 1 to enter the water inlet pipeline 2, the first valve 3 is opened, the hot water enters the first connector 5 through the first opening part 19, enters the continuous pipe 7 through the first connector 5, enters the annular space through the continuous pipe 7, flows through the hollow rod 9 and the hollow polished rod 8 through the annular space, enters the second connector 6, flows out through the second opening part 20, opens the second valve 14, enters the water return pipeline 15, opens the third valve 16, and enters the metering station through the ground oil collecting pipeline 17; and after the paraffin removal is finished, closing the first valve 3, the second valve 14 and the third valve 16, dismantling the pipeline, and recovering the normal production.
Further, the consumption of the hot water is not more than 12.
Further, when the consumption of the hot water is less than or equal to 3, the pressure is 5.5-7 MPa, and the discharge capacity is 1.5-1.8m3H, the temperature is 85-90 ℃.
Further, the amount of the hot water is>When the pressure is less than or equal to 3 and less than or equal to 12, the pressure is 5.5-7 MPa, and the discharge capacity is 1.5-1.8m3H, the temperature is 95-100 ℃.
The displacement of the invention is the displacement of the hot car washing, namely the flow of hot water entering the hollow rod through the first joint.
According to the hollow rod internal circulation paraffin removal device provided by the invention, hot water is not contacted with well fluid, so that the yield is not influenced; the hot water consumption is low, and the paraffin removal of all well sections above the paraffin precipitation point is realized; the problems of long well washing path, low thermal efficiency, stratum pollution and long drainage period are solved, and the requirements of deep paraffin removal and paraffin removal above the paraffin precipitation point of an oil well are met.
It should be understood that the above-mentioned embodiments of the present invention are only examples for clearly illustrating the present invention, and are not intended to limit the embodiments of the present invention, and it will be obvious to those skilled in the art that other variations or modifications may be made on the basis of the above description, and all embodiments may not be exhaustive, and all obvious variations or modifications may be included within the scope of the present invention.
Claims (10)
1. The hollow rod internal circulation paraffin removal device is characterized by comprising a first short joint, a first joint, a second joint, a continuous pipe, a hollow polished rod, a hollow rod, a second short joint, a precipitation rod, a sucker rod and an oil well pump plunger; wherein,
the bottom end of the first short circuit is connected with the first joint; the bottom end of the first joint is connected with the second joint; the bottom end of the second joint is connected with the hollow polished rod; the bottom end of the hollow polished rod is connected with the hollow rod; the bottom end of the hollow rod is connected with the second short circuit; the bottom end of the second short circuit is connected with the precipitation rod; the bottom end of the settling rod is connected with the sucker rod; the bottom end of the sucker rod is connected with the plunger of the oil pump;
the top end of the second joint is provided with a sealing element which separates an inner cavity of the first joint from an inner cavity of the second joint;
the continuous pipe is inserted into the inner cavity of the second connector, and the top end of the continuous pipe is fixedly connected with the second connector through a sealing element; annuluses are arranged between the outer wall of the continuous pipe and the inner wall of the second joint, between the inner wall of the hollow polished rod and between the outer wall of the continuous pipe and the inner wall of the hollow rod;
the inner cavity of the first joint is communicated with the annular space through the inner cavity of the continuous pipe;
the first joint is connected with an outlet of the hot car washing, and the second joint is connected with the metering station.
2. The hollow rod internal circulation paraffin removal device of claim 1, wherein the coiled tubing extends up through the seal to the bottom end of the first nipple and down to the top end of the second nipple.
3. The hollow rod internal circulation paraffin removal device as claimed in claim 1, wherein the side wall of the bottom end of the continuous pipe comprises a sieve hole.
4. The hollow rod internal circulation paraffin removal device according to claim 3, wherein an insulating layer is arranged outside the continuous pipe; the heat-insulating layer comprises a heat-insulating material layer formed on the outer surface of the continuous pipe and a wear-resistant material layer formed on the outer surface of the heat-insulating material layer.

The hollow rod internal circulation paraffin removal device of claim 1, wherein the side wall of the first joint comprises a first opening part, and the first opening part is connected with an outlet of a hot car washing; the side wall of the second joint comprises a second opening part, and the second opening part is connected with the metering station.

The hollow bar internal circulation paraffin removal device as claimed in claim 5, wherein the first opening part is connected with the outlet of the hot car washing through a water inlet pipeline; a first valve is arranged between the first opening part and the water inlet pipeline; the second opening part is connected with the metering station through a water return pipeline and a ground oil collecting pipeline; a second valve is arranged between the second opening part and the water return pipeline; and a third valve is arranged between the water return pipeline and the ground oil collecting pipeline.
7. A hollow rod internal circulation paraffin removal method, which is characterized in that the method uses the hollow rod internal circulation paraffin removal device as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 5, and comprises the following steps:
the hot water is heated and pressurized by the hot car washing, enters the first joint, enters the continuous pipe from the first joint, enters the annular space through the continuous pipe, flows through the hollow rod and the hollow polished rod through the annular space, enters the second joint, and flows out through the second joint to enter the metering station.

The hollow rod internal circulation paraffin removal method according to claim 7, wherein the hollow rod internal circulation paraffin removal method specifically comprises the following steps: the hot water enters a water inlet pipeline through the hot car washing by heating and pressurizing, the first valve is opened, enters the first joint through the first opening part, enters the continuous pipe from the first joint, enters the annular space through the continuous pipe, flows through the hollow rod and the hollow polished rod through the annular space, enters the second joint, flows out through the second opening part, opens the second valve, enters a water return pipeline, opens the third valve, and enters the metering station through a ground oil collecting pipeline.
9. The hollow rod internal circulation paraffin removal method according to claim 7 or 8, wherein the amount of the hot water is not more than 12 square.

The hollow rod internal circulation paraffin removal method according to claim 8, wherein when the consumption of hot water is less than or equal to 3 square, the pressure is 5.5-7 MPa, and the discharge capacity is 1.5-1.8m3H, the temperature is 85-90 ℃; the amount of the hot water is>When the pressure is less than or equal to 3 and less than or equal to 12, the pressure is 5.5-7 MPa, and the discharge capacity is 1.5-1.8m3H, the temperature is 95-100 ℃.
