Abstract
The invention provides an electric control track type movable door and a use method thereof, wherein the electric control track type movable door comprises a door body; the sleeve frame is arranged on one side of the door body; the rail device is arranged at the bottom of the door body and used for sliding the whole movable door; the driving device is arranged in the sleeve frame and is used for driving the whole movable door to slide; and the control device is used for controlling the driving device. The invention has the advantages of solving the problems of large occupied space, high danger, limited gate height, easy turnover of personnel and poor shielding effect, and the gate needs to be opened and closed manually by personnel.
Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of movable doors, and particularly relates to an electric control rail type movable door and a using method thereof.
Background
At present, flat-open type gates are mostly adopted in places such as factory areas, storage areas, construction sites and the like, or product type electric retractable doors are purchased. If a side hung gate is adopted, no barrier is required in a rotating space formed by a gate door leaf and a gate shaft, and in the mode, a specially-assigned person is required to open and close the gate, so that time and labor are wasted, the occupied space is large, and the person is close to a vehicle when the gate is opened, and the door is easy to be dangerous. The general height of purchasing finished product type electronic flexible door is about 1.2 meters, can realize electronic switching through the remote controller, but general height is lower, and electronic flexible door is in the extension state under the closed condition, and the gap of flexible door itself and flexible door top all belong to the perspective scope of field of vision, and the gate of this kind of mode can not form effectively to shelter from, and the personnel easily turn over.

The invention aims to provide an electric control track type movable door, which effectively solves the problems of large occupied space, high danger, limited gate height, easy turnover of personnel and poor shielding effect due to the fact that personnel are required to manually open and close the gate.

Preferably, the rail device comprises an embedded rail and a rail pulley, wherein the embedded rail is arranged below the rail pulley and used for the rail pulley to slide; the rail pulley is arranged at the bottom of the door body and used for sliding the whole movable door.
Preferably, the driving device comprises a motor base, a motor, a rack and a motor gear, wherein the motor base is arranged at the bottom of the sleeve frame and is used for supporting the motor; the motor is arranged on the top of the motor base and used for driving the motor gear to rotate; the rack is arranged at the bottom of the door body; the motor gear is arranged on the rack and used for driving the rack to rotate.
Preferably, the driving device further comprises an anti-overturn pulley for preventing the door body from inclining, and the anti-overturn pulley is arranged at the bottom of the door body.
Preferably, the control device comprises a pre-buried control line or a wireless transmission module, and one end of the pre-buried control line is provided with a switch; the wireless transmission module is also provided with a remote controller.
Preferably, the door body includes, square pipe and the shielding plate that is used for sheltering from the field of vision, the shielding plate sets up square outside pipe.

Due to the design of the electric control rail type movable door and the use method, the problems that the occupied space is large, personnel are required to manually open and close the door, the danger is high, the height of the door is limited, the personnel are easy to climb over the door, and the shielding effect is poor are solved.

In one embodiment of the present invention, an electrically controlled orbiting door as shown in fig. 1, which is an overall schematic view of the electrically controlled orbiting door, comprises: a door body; the sleeve frame 7 is arranged on one side of the door body and is made of a rainproof material such as an iron sheet and the like so as to ensure that the motor 5 cannot be wetted and damaged by rainwater; the rail device is arranged at the bottom of the door body and is used for sliding the whole movable door; the driving device is arranged in the sleeve frame 7 and is used for driving the whole movable door to slide; and the control device is used for controlling the driving device.
Specifically, the track device comprises an embedded track 1 and a track pulley 2, wherein the embedded track 1 is arranged below the track pulley 2 and used for the track pulley 2 to slide, and the length of the embedded track 1 is not less than 2 times of the door width so as to ensure that the movable door can be normally opened and closed; the track pulley 2 is arranged at the bottom of the door body and used for sliding the whole movable door.
As shown in fig. 4 (1) and fig. 5 (2) of the sectional view of the electric control orbiting type moving door, the driving device includes a motor base 4, a motor 5, a rack 6 and a motor gear 9, the motor base 4 is disposed at the bottom of the pocket frame 7 for supporting the motor 5; the motor 5 is arranged at the top of the motor base 4 and used for driving the motor gear 9 to rotate; the rack 6 is arranged at the bottom of the door body; the motor gear 9 is arranged on the rack 6 and used for driving the rack 6 to rotate. The driving device also comprises an overturn-preventing pulley 8 for preventing the door body from being inclined, and the overturn-preventing pulley is arranged at the bottom of the door body.
The control device comprises an embedded control line, one end of the embedded control line 12 is provided with a switch, and personnel can control the motor 5 to start and stop through the control switch.
The door body includes, square pipe 3 and the shielding plate 13 that is used for sheltering from the field of vision, and shielding plate 13 sets up in the 3 outsides of square pipe, can obtain better sheltering from the effect, and shielding plate 13 and square pipe 3's height is not limited.
When the sliding door is used, the forward rotation starting switch is pressed, the embedded control line 12 controls the motor 5 to start working and drives the motor gear 9 to rotate, the motor gear 9 drives the rack 6 to move, the rack 6 drives the track pulley 2 to slide on the embedded track 1, the track pulley 2 drives the door body to slide, the whole sliding door is opened along with the opening, the stop button is pressed after the sliding door is completely opened, the reverse rotation starting switch is pressed after personnel or vehicles enter the sliding door, the embedded control line 12 controls the motor to start working and drives the motor gear 9 to rotate in the reverse direction, the whole door body is driven to slide and close, the stop button is pressed after the sliding door is completely closed, and the motor 5 stops working.
In another embodiment of the present invention, the control device includes a wireless transmission module, and the wireless transmission module is further provided with a remote controller.
When the door is used, a forward rotation button on the remote controller 11 is pressed, the remote controller 11 transmits a signal to the wireless transmission module 10, the wireless transmission module 10 transmits a signal to the motor 5, the motor 5 starts to work to drive the motor gear 9 to rotate, the motor gear 9 drives the rack 6 to move, the rack 6 drives the track pulley 2 to slide on the embedded track 1, the track pulley 2 drives the door body to slide, the whole movable door is opened along with the opening, a stop button on the remote controller 11 is pressed after the whole movable door is opened, the motor 5 stops working, the movable door stops being opened, after personnel or vehicles enter the door, a reverse rotation button on the remote controller 11 is pressed, the remote controller 11 transmits a signal to the wireless transmission module 10, the wireless transmission module 10 transmits a signal to the motor 5, the motor 5 starts to work to drive the motor gear 9 to rotate in the reverse direction, after the switch is completely closed, the stop button on the remote controller 11 is pressed, and the motor 5 stops working.
In another embodiment of the present invention, the remote controller 11 is further provided with a speed adjusting button, which can control the speed of the motor 5 to adjust the speed of the opening/closing door.
In another embodiment of the present invention, a speed-adjusting knob is disposed on the switch at one end of the embedded control line 12, and the door opening and closing speed can be controlled by twisting the knob.

a door body;

and the control device is used for controlling the driving device.

An electrically controlled orbital movement door as set forth in claim 1 wherein: the driving device comprises a motor base, a motor, a rack and a motor gear, wherein the motor base is arranged at the bottom of the sleeve frame and used for supporting the motor; the motor is arranged on the top of the motor base and used for driving the motor gear to rotate; the rack is arranged at the bottom of the door body; the motor gear is arranged on the rack and used for driving the rack to rotate.
4. An electrically controlled orbital movement door as set forth in claim 3 wherein: the driving device also comprises an overturn-preventing pulley which prevents the door body from inclining and is arranged at the bottom of the door body.

An electrically controlled orbital movement door according to any one of claims 1 to 4 wherein: the control device comprises an embedded control line or a wireless transmission module, and one end of the embedded control line is provided with a switch; the wireless transmission module is also provided with a remote controller.
6. An electrically controlled orbital movement door as set forth in claim 1 wherein: the door body includes, square pipe and the shielding plate that is used for sheltering from the field of vision, the shielding plate sets up square outside of pipe.

A method of using an electrically controlled orbiting door as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the control device controls the driving device, the driving device drives the rail device to slide, the rail device supports the door body and drives the door body to slide together, and the sleeve frame protects the driving device.
