The processor is provided with an anti-collision threshold range; when the impact acceleration value is within the anti-collision threshold range, the anti-collision strength is high, the possibility of being injured is high, the processor is required to perform the next processing, an alarm is given out, and related personnel are informed to process in time; when the impact acceleration value is outside the anti-collision threshold range, the anti-collision strength is smaller, and at the moment, the anti-collision alarm device is not required to give an alarm.
The acceleration sensor can be a three-axis/six-axis acceleration sensor, and the three-axis/six-axis acceleration sensor has the advantage of being capable of measuring components in three coordinate axis directions compared with a single-axis acceleration sensor or a double-axis acceleration sensor, so that multi-angle and omnibearing impact acceleration information can be obtained, and the obtained information is more accurate.
The photoelectric sensor is connected with the processor; the optical signal emitted by the photoelectric sensor enters and exits the base through the through hole, so that the impact is obtained; the optical signal sent by the photoelectric sensor is reflected by the head, and the photoelectric sensor outputs an electric signal within a range; when the collision avoidance does not exist, the optical signal sent by the photoelectric sensor is not reflected; the processor is provided with a threshold range, and when the range of the electric signal transmitted by the photoelectric sensor is within the threshold range, the processor performs the next processing; when the range of the electric signal transmitted by the photoelectric sensor is not in the threshold range, the processor does not perform the next processing.
And the processor comprehensively processes the impact acceleration information transmitted by the acceleration sensor and the anti-collision information transmitted by the photoelectric sensor. When the impact acceleration value is within the anti-collision threshold range and the value generated by the anti-collision information is within the threshold range, the processor generates alarm information and transmits the alarm information to the alarm module. And when one of the values is not in the corresponding threshold range, the processor does not perform the next processing and does not need to alarm.
The anti-collision alarm device also comprises a power supply. The power supply is in circuit connection with the acceleration sensor, the photoelectric sensor, the transmission module, the processor and the alarm module, and the power supply provides electric energy for the anti-collision alarm device. The power source may be a battery. The anti-collision alarm system comprises the anti-collision alarm device, a server and terminal equipment. And the anti-collision alarm device is in communication connection with the server, and transmits the impact acceleration information, the anti-collision information and the alarm information to the server.
The alarm device is in wireless communication connection with the server through the transmission module, and the alarm device uploads impact acceleration information, anti-collision information and alarm information to the server through the transmission module. The server is used for storing and processing the acceleration information, the anti-collision information and the alarm information which are transmitted by the anti-collision alarm device through the transmission module; and the terminal equipment is in communication connection with the server and receives the anti-collision information and the alarm information transmitted by the server. The terminal equipment is used for displaying the anti-collision information and the alarm information, so that managers can conveniently check and perform related processing; the collision avoidance warning system may include one or more terminal devices; the terminal equipment can be a computer or/and a mobile phone and the like.
