The mixing and tempering unit 5 comprises a middle mixing tank and a stirrer, and the stirrer is arranged in the middle mixing tank; the hydrolysis acidification unit 6 comprises a hydrolysis acidification pool, and a water outlet of the middle mixing tank is connected with a water inlet of the hydrolysis acidification pool; the primary aerobic biochemical unit 7 comprises an MBBR tank and an MBR tank, the water outlet of the hydrolysis acidification tank is connected with the water inlet of the MBBR tank, the water outlet of the MBBR tank is connected with the water inlet of the MBR tank, and the bottoms of the MBBR tank and the MBR tank are both connected with an external aeration fan; and the sludge outlets of the hydrolysis acidification tank and the MBR tank are connected with a sludge storage tank.
The secondary advanced oxidation unit 8 is one of an electro-Fenton oxidation tank, an electrolytic oxidation tank and an ozone catalytic oxidation tower, the electro-Fenton oxidation tank is preferably selected, and the COD removal rate is controlled to be 30-70%. The secondary aerobic biochemical unit 9 is one or a combination of an MBBR tank, an MBR tank and an ultra-clean biological fluidized bed.
As shown in fig. 4, the present invention further provides a wastewater treatment process using the tank-washing wastewater treatment system of the chemical raw material tank-washing station, comprising the following steps:
(1) separately collecting and storing the cabin washing wastewater: conveying different materials of cabin washing wastewater to a pretreatment station through a pipeline, allowing the different materials of cabin washing wastewater to enter a separate adjusting tank for storage, wherein the cabin washing wastewater which is easy to dissolve in water and has better biodegradability enters a first type wastewater adjusting tank for storage, the wastewater which contains pollutants which are difficult to dissolve in water and have poor biodegradability enters a second type wastewater adjusting tank, the cabin washing water which contains pollutants which are easy to dissolve in water and have higher boiling points and biological inhibition enters a third type wastewater adjusting tank, and the cabin washing water which contains pollutants which are easy to dissolve in water, have lower boiling points and have poor biodegradability enters a fourth type wastewater adjusting tank;
(2) wastewater pretreatment: the wastewater of the first type wastewater adjusting tank enters an anaerobic biochemical unit for medium-temperature anaerobic treatment, the wastewater of the second type wastewater adjusting tank enters an air flotation unit for multi-stage dissolved air flotation treatment, the wastewater of the third type wastewater adjusting tank enters a first-stage advanced oxidation treatment unit for oxidation treatment, and the wastewater of the fourth type wastewater adjusting tank enters a stripping unit for ether substance vaporization treatment;
wherein, the treatment process that the first type of waste water in the first type of waste water adjusting tank enters the anaerobic biochemical unit is as follows: feeding the first type of wastewater into an EGSB (expanded granular sludge bed) tempering tank through a lifting pump, adding various nutrient elements into the EGSB tempering tank to enable the first type of wastewater to reach an anaerobic optimal pH range, and simultaneously supplementing nutrient salts necessary for anaerobic microorganisms; the effluent of the tempering tank enters an EGSB anaerobic reactor at a stable flow rate, meanwhile, part of the effluent after anaerobic treatment is circulated to the EGSB tempering tank to facilitate alkalinity, and other effluent after anaerobic treatment automatically flows to a middle mixing tank of the mixing tempering unit under the action of gravity;
the treatment process for the second type wastewater in the second type wastewater adjusting tank to enter the air floatation unit comprises the following steps: lifting the second type wastewater to an air floatation tank through a lifting pump, carrying oil sludge to the water surface through two-stage dissolved air water generated by air floatation and removing, enabling air floatation effluent to automatically flow into a middle mixing tank of the mixing tempering unit, and enabling oil sludge generated by air floatation to enter an oil sludge storage tank;
the treatment process of the third type wastewater in the third type wastewater adjusting tank entering the first-stage advanced oxidation treatment unit comprises the following steps: lifting the third wastewater into an electro-Fenton oxidation tank of a first-stage advanced oxidation treatment unit through a lifting pump, degrading macromolecules, toxic and harmful substances in the wastewater by adopting the strong oxidizing property of hydroxyl radicals, and improving the biodegradability of the wastewater, wherein the effluent of the electro-Fenton oxidation tank automatically flows into a middle mixing tank of a mixing and tempering unit;
the treatment process of the fourth type wastewater in the fourth type wastewater adjusting tank entering the stripping unit comprises the following steps: carry fourth type waste water to stripper front end heat exchanger through the pump, go out the heat exchange with the stripper and handle the back and go out water, preheat the incoming water, waste water gets into the stripper afterwards, through top of the tower water distribution system with waste water evenly distributed in the stripper, steam gets into by the tower bottom of stripper, the inside two-stage bed of packing that establishes of stripper, the gas-liquid is two-phase fully contacts in the bed of packing, the ether class material shifts to in the waste water in the gas phase, the stripper goes out water and gets into the intermediate mixing tank who mixes the quenching and tempering unit.
(3) Comprehensive treatment of wastewater: the various types of wastewater treated in the step (2) flow into a mixing and tempering unit, are fully mixed in the mixing and tempering unit, and after the water quality is homogenized and equalized, the wastewater enters a hydrolysis acidification unit, a first-stage aerobic biochemical unit, a second-stage advanced oxidation unit and a second-stage aerobic biochemical unit in sequence through lifting or self-flowing by a pump;
(4) and the effluent of the secondary biochemical unit is directly discharged or connected to a municipal pipe network.
The technical scheme of the invention is further illustrated by the following examples.
Example 1
A newly-built washing chamber wastewater treatment station in a certain petrochemical water plant, wherein the treatment scale is 240m3And D, COD of various wastewater inlet water is less than or equal to 8000 mg/L.
As shown in FIG. 5, the wastewater treatment process of this example is divided into the following sections:
(1-1) wastewater collection and pretreatment: the device comprises a separate collection unit 101, an anaerobic biochemical unit 102, an air flotation unit 103, an electro-Fenton oxidation unit 104 and a stripping unit 105, wherein the waste water generated in washing the cabin of each material is conveyed to the separate collection unit 101 through a pipeline, and in the separate collection unit 101, the waste water enters corresponding adjusting tanks respectively for storage and is pretreated respectively.
Wherein, the first kind of wastewater enters the anaerobic biochemical unit 102: raw water is sent into a tempering tank through a lift pump, various nutrient elements are added into the tempering tank, so that the optimum anaerobic pH range is achieved, and meanwhile, the necessary nutrient salts of anaerobic microorganisms are supplemented. The effluent of the conditioning tank enters an EGSB anaerobic reactor at a stable flow rate, in the process, part of the effluent after anaerobic treatment is circulated to a conditioning tank to facilitate alkalinity, and other effluent after anaerobic treatment automatically flows to an intermediate mixing tank under the action of gravity;
the second type of wastewater enters the air flotation unit 103: and lifting the sludge to an air floatation tank by a lifting pump, and carrying and removing the oil sludge to the water surface by two stages of air dissolving water generated by air floatation. The air floatation effluent automatically flows into an intermediate mixing tank, and the oil sludge generated by air floatation enters an oil sludge storage tank;
the third type of wastewater enters the electro-fenton oxidation unit 104: lifting the wastewater to an electro-Fenton oxidation tank by a lift pump, degrading macromolecules, toxic and harmful substances in the wastewater by adopting the strong oxidizing property of hydroxyl radicals, improving the biodegradability of the wastewater, and enabling the effluent of the electro-Fenton oxidation tank to automatically flow into an intermediate mixing tank;
the fourth type of wastewater enters the stripping unit 105: carry out the heat exchange through the pump delivery to the stripper front end heat exchanger, handle back outlet water with the stripper, preheat the incoming water, waste water gets into the stripper afterwards, through top of the tower water distribution system with waste water evenly distributed in the tower, steam gets into by the tower bottom, the inside two-stage packing bed of establishing of stripper, the gas-liquid is double-phase fully contacts in the packing bed, the interior ether class material of waste water shifts to in the gas phase, the stripper goes out water and gets into the intermediate mixing jar.
(1-2) comprehensive treatment of wastewater: the system comprises a mixing and tempering unit 106, a hydrolysis acidification unit 107, a primary aerobic biochemical unit 108, an ozone catalytic oxidation unit 109 and a biological ultra-clean fluidized bed unit 110, wherein the four types of wastewater are pretreated respectively and then enter the mixing and tempering unit 106 (a middle mixing tank) to be homogenized and equalized in water quality, N, P nutrient elements are added to facilitate subsequent biochemical treatment, and the COD concentration of mixed effluent is less than or equal to 1100 mg/L; the wastewater after the intermediate mixing tank enters a hydrolysis acidification unit 107 (hydrolysis acidification tank) for acidification treatment, and is connected to a primary aerobic biochemical unit 108.
Wherein, the primary aerobic biochemical unit 108 adopts a form of MBBR + MBR, and further removes COD in the water through aerobic biochemical action; the effluent of the MBR system is pumped to an ozone catalytic oxidation unit 109 and enters an ozone catalytic oxidation tower from the bottom, a catalyst bed layer is arranged in the catalytic oxidation tower, and ozone in water generates a large amount of hydroxyl radicals under the catalytic action of a ternary high-efficiency catalyst, so that COD in the wastewater is oxidized and decomposed, and meanwhile, the biodegradability of the wastewater is improved; the effluent of the ozone catalytic oxidation unit 109 enters an ultra-clean biological fluidized bed unit 110, and COD in the water is further removed through biochemical action, so that the effluent is ensured to reach the standard stably. The effluent of the 110-ultra-clean biological fluidized bed unit is buffered by a water outlet pool and then discharged after reaching the standard, and meets the first-level discharge standard of pollutant discharge Standard of urban wastewater treatment plants.
(1-3) sludge treatment: the sewage treatment plant sludge is mainly derived from oil sludge generated by the second-class wastewater pretreatment unit and activated sludge generated by the comprehensive wastewater unit, and is uniformly collected, enters a sludge storage tank and then is conveyed to a net-one conventional sludge treatment system.

(2-1) wastewater collection and pretreatment: the device comprises a separate collection unit 201, an anaerobic biochemical unit 202, an air flotation unit 203 and a stripping unit 204, wherein the waste water generated in cabin washing of each material is conveyed to the separate collection unit 201 through a pipeline, and in the separate collection unit 201, the waste water enters corresponding adjusting tanks respectively for storage and is pretreated respectively.
Wherein, the first and third waste water enters the anaerobic biochemical unit 202: raw water is sent into a tempering tank through a lift pump, various nutrient elements are added into the tempering tank, so that the optimum anaerobic pH range is achieved, and meanwhile, the necessary nutrient salts of anaerobic microorganisms are supplemented. The effluent of the conditioning tank enters an EGSB anaerobic reactor at a stable flow rate, in the process, part of the effluent after anaerobic treatment is circulated to a conditioning tank to facilitate alkalinity, and other effluent after anaerobic treatment automatically flows to an intermediate mixing tank under the action of gravity;
it is worth mentioning that the acclimation period of the third type of wastewater is longer, so that the third type of wastewater is gradually released into the EGSB reactor at the initial debugging stage, and the rest of wastewater directly enters the intermediate mixing tank until the acclimation of the third type of anaerobic bacteria is completed.
The second type of wastewater enters the air flotation unit 203: lifting the mixture to an air floatation tank through a lifting pump, bringing oil sludge to the water surface through two stages of air dissolving water generated by air floatation and removing the oil sludge, enabling air floatation water to automatically flow into an intermediate mixing tank, and enabling the oil sludge generated by air floatation to enter an oil sludge storage tank.
The fourth type of wastewater enters the stripping unit 204: the waste water enters the tower from the bottom of the tower, two stages of packing beds are arranged in the stripping tower, gas-liquid phases are fully contacted in the packing beds, ether substances in the waste water are transferred to the gas phase, and the effluent of the stripping tower enters an intermediate mixing tank.
(2-2) comprehensive treatment of wastewater: the system comprises a mixing and tempering unit 205, a hydrolysis acidification unit 206, a primary aerobic biochemical unit 207, an ozone catalytic oxidation unit 208 and a biological ultra-clean fluidized bed unit 209, wherein the four types of wastewater are pretreated respectively and then enter the mixing and tempering unit 205 (a middle mixing tank) for homogenizing and equalizing the water quality, N, P nutrient elements are added for subsequent biochemical treatment, the COD concentration of mixed effluent is less than or equal to 1100 mg/L; the wastewater after the intermediate mixing tank enters a hydrolysis acidification unit 206 (hydrolysis acidification tank) for acidification treatment, and is connected to a primary aerobic biochemical unit 207.
The primary aerobic biochemical unit 207 adopts a form of MBBR + MBR, and further removes COD in the water through aerobic biochemical action; the effluent of the MBR system is pumped to an ozone catalytic oxidation unit 208, enters an ozone catalytic oxidation tower from the bottom, a catalyst bed layer is arranged in the catalytic oxidation tower, and ozone in water generates a large amount of hydroxyl radicals under the catalytic action of a ternary high-efficiency catalyst, so that COD in the wastewater is oxidized and decomposed, and meanwhile, the biodegradability of the wastewater is improved; the effluent of the ozone catalytic oxidation unit 208 enters an ultra-clean biological fluidized bed unit 209, and COD in the water is further removed through biochemical action, so that the effluent is ensured to reach the standard stably. The effluent of the ultra-clean biological fluidized bed unit 209 is buffered by the effluent pool and then discharged after reaching the standard, and meets the first-level discharge standard of pollutant discharge Standard of urban wastewater treatment plants.
(3-3) sludge treatment: the system comprises a sludge treatment unit 210, wherein the sludge of the sewage treatment station is mainly derived from oil sludge generated by a secondary wastewater pretreatment unit and activated sludge generated by a comprehensive wastewater unit, and is uniformly collected, enters a sludge storage tank and then is conveyed to a net-shaped existing sludge treatment system.

by adopting the above embodiment 1 and embodiment 2, the present invention has the following advantages:
1. the invention provides a novel cabin washing wastewater combined treatment process, which can be used for classifying and storing cabin washing wastewater from the source and respectively pretreating each type of wastewater, has strong impact resistance and ensures wide applicability of the process; the mixed sewage after pretreatment is treated by adopting the processes of biochemistry, advanced oxidation and advanced biochemistry, so that the economical efficiency of system operation and the final effluent effect are ensured; compared with the process flow in which the whole flow is provided with the separated treatment, the investment cost and the operation cost of the process route of the invention are greatly reduced, and the application range of the process route of the invention is wider compared with the process flow in which the separated collection pretreatment is not arranged at the front end.
2. In the invention, each type of wastewater adopts a targeted pretreatment process, and the pretreatment process route has wide adaptability: the first kind of wastewater is easy to be biochemical, is treated by adopting a high-efficiency anaerobic method, can adapt to high-COD organic wastewater, and is economical and high-efficiency; the second type wastewater contains insoluble organic matters, and an air floatation process is adopted to remove insoluble organic pollutants, so that the treatment load of a subsequent process is reduced; the third type of wastewater has biological inhibition, and is pretreated by adopting an advanced oxidation method, so that the toxicity of the wastewater is reduced, and the stable operation of a subsequent biochemical process is ensured; the fourth category contains high-concentration organic pollutants with low boiling points, and is pretreated by a stripping method, so that on one hand, organic matters in the wastewater can be recovered, and meanwhile, the subsequent treatment difficulty is reduced; the mixed treatment route adopts the processes of biochemistry, advanced oxidation and deep biochemistry, the biochemical process ensures the economical efficiency of system operation, and the advanced oxidation process ensures the final water outlet effect of the system.

Claims (10)

1. A tank washing wastewater treatment system of a chemical raw material tank washing station is characterized by comprising a separate collection unit, an anaerobic biochemical unit, an air floatation unit, a steam stripping unit, a mixed conditioning unit, a hydrolytic acidification unit, a first-stage aerobic biochemical unit, a second-stage advanced oxidation unit and a second-stage aerobic biochemical unit,
the split-type collecting unit comprises a first-type wastewater adjusting tank, a second-type wastewater adjusting tank, a third-type wastewater adjusting tank and a fourth-type wastewater adjusting tank, wherein cabin-washing wastewater containing pollutants which are soluble in water and have good biodegradability is stored in the first-type wastewater adjusting tank, cabin-washing wastewater containing pollutants which are insoluble in water and have poor biodegradability is stored in the second-type wastewater adjusting tank, cabin-washing wastewater containing pollutants which are soluble in water and have high boiling points and biological inhibition effects is stored in the third-type wastewater adjusting tank, and cabin-washing wastewater containing pollutants which are soluble in water, have low boiling points and have poor biodegradability is stored in the fourth-type wastewater adjusting tank;
the water outlet of the first-class wastewater adjusting tank is connected with the water inlet of the anaerobic biochemical unit, the water outlet of the second-class wastewater adjusting tank is connected with the water inlet of the air flotation unit, the water outlet of the fourth-class wastewater adjusting tank is connected with the water inlet of the steam stripping unit, the water outlets of the third-class wastewater adjusting tank, the anaerobic biochemical unit, the air flotation unit and the steam stripping unit are all connected with the water inlet of the mixed conditioning unit, the water outlet of the mixed conditioning unit is sequentially connected with a hydrolysis acidification unit, a first-stage aerobic biochemical unit, a second-stage advanced oxidation unit and a second-stage aerobic biochemical unit, and the water outlet of the second-stage aerobic biochemical unit is connected with a municipal drainage pipe network;
the anaerobic biochemical unit is provided with a trace element adding pipe, a sodium hydroxide adding pipe and an anaerobic biological promoter adding pipe;
and an N/P nutrient solution supplementing pipe is arranged on the mixing and tempering unit.
2. The system for treating wastewater generated in washing the tanks of the chemical raw material washing station according to claim 1, wherein a first-stage advanced oxidation unit is arranged between the third-type wastewater adjusting tank and the mixing and tempering unit.
3. The system of claim 1, wherein the water outlets of the third wastewater regulating tank and the first wastewater regulating tank are connected to the water inlet of the anaerobic biochemical unit through a pipeline and a lift pump, respectively.
4. The system for treating the wastewater generated by washing the chemical raw materials in the tank-washing station according to claim 1 or 3, wherein the anaerobic biochemical unit comprises an EGSB (expanded granular sludge bed) conditioning tank, the water outlet of the first type wastewater conditioning tank is connected with the water inlet of the EGSB conditioning tank, the water outlet of the EGSB conditioning tank is connected with the water inlet of an EGSB anaerobic reactor, and the trace element adding pipe, the sodium hydroxide adding pipe and the anaerobic biological promoter adding pipe are distributed and connected with the EGSB conditioning tank;
a heat exchanger is arranged on a pipeline between the first type wastewater adjusting tank and the EGSB tempering tank;
a circulating pipe is communicated between the bottom and the upper part of one side of the EGSB tempering tank, and a feeding pump of an injection mixer is arranged on the circulating pipe;
and a sludge inlet of the EGSB anaerobic reactor is connected with an anaerobic sludge storage tank.
5. The system for treating the cabin-washing wastewater of the chemical raw material cabin-washing station according to claim 1, wherein the air-floating unit comprises an air-floating tank, a water outlet of the second-type wastewater adjusting tank is sequentially connected with the oil-separating tank and the air-floating tank, a lifting pump is arranged on a pipeline connecting the second-type wastewater adjusting tank and the oil-separating tank, oil sludge outlets of the oil-separating tank and the air-floating tank are connected with a sludge inlet of the sludge treatment unit, and a sludge outlet of the sludge treatment unit is connected with the clean-first sludge treatment system;
and the air floatation tank is connected with a PAC adding pipe and a PAM adding pipe.

The system for treating the washing wastewater of the chemical raw material washing station as claimed in claim 1, wherein the stripping unit comprises a stripping tower, a multi-stage packing bed layer is arranged in the stripping tower, the bottom of the stripping tower is connected with an external steam supply device, and a water outlet of the fourth type wastewater adjusting tank is connected with a water inlet of the stripping tower;
a lifting pump and a heat exchanger are arranged on a pipeline between the fourth type wastewater adjusting tank and the stripping tower, a water circulating pipe is communicated between the bottom and the upper part of one side of the stripping tower, and a circulating pump is arranged on the water circulating pipe.
7. The system of claim 1, wherein the mixing and tempering unit comprises an intermediate mixing tank and a stirrer, and the stirrer is arranged in the intermediate mixing tank;
the hydrolysis acidification unit comprises a hydrolysis acidification pool, and a water outlet of the middle mixing tank is connected with a water inlet of the hydrolysis acidification pool;
the primary aerobic biochemical unit comprises an MBBR tank and an MBR tank, the water outlet of the hydrolysis acidification tank is connected with the water inlet of the MBBR tank, the water outlet of the MBBR tank is connected with the water inlet of the MBR tank, and the bottoms of the MBBR tank and the MBR tank are connected with an external aeration fan;
and the sludge outlets of the hydrolysis acidification tank and the MBR tank are connected with a sludge storage tank.
8. The system of claim 1, wherein the secondary advanced oxidation unit is one of an electro-fenton oxidation tank, an electrolytic oxidation tank, and an ozone catalytic oxidation tower;
the secondary aerobic biochemical unit is one or a combination of an MBBR tank, an MBR tank and an ultra-clean biological fluidized bed.
9. A wastewater treatment process using the wastewater treatment system for washing the tanks of the chemical industry raw material tank washing station according to any one of claims 1 to 8, comprising the steps of:
(1) separately collecting and storing the cabin washing wastewater: conveying different materials of cabin washing wastewater to a pretreatment station through a pipeline, allowing the different materials of cabin washing wastewater to enter a separate adjusting tank for storage, wherein the cabin washing wastewater which is easy to dissolve in water and has better biodegradability enters a first type wastewater adjusting tank for storage, the wastewater which contains pollutants which are difficult to dissolve in water and have poor biodegradability enters a second type wastewater adjusting tank, the cabin washing water which contains pollutants which are easy to dissolve in water and have higher boiling points and biological inhibition enters a third type wastewater adjusting tank, and the cabin washing water which contains pollutants which are easy to dissolve in water, have lower boiling points and have poor biodegradability enters a fourth type wastewater adjusting tank;
(2) wastewater pretreatment: the wastewater of the first type wastewater adjusting tank enters an anaerobic biochemical unit for medium-temperature anaerobic treatment, the wastewater of the second type wastewater adjusting tank enters an air flotation unit for multi-stage dissolved air flotation treatment, the wastewater of the third type wastewater adjusting tank enters a first-stage advanced oxidation treatment unit for oxidation treatment, and the wastewater of the fourth type wastewater adjusting tank enters a stripping unit for ether substance vaporization treatment;
(3) comprehensive treatment of wastewater: the various types of wastewater treated in the step (2) flow into a mixing and tempering unit, are fully mixed in the mixing and tempering unit, and after the water quality is homogenized and equalized, the wastewater enters a hydrolysis acidification unit, a first-stage aerobic biochemical unit, a second-stage advanced oxidation unit and a second-stage aerobic biochemical unit in sequence through lifting or self-flowing by a pump;
(4) and the effluent of the secondary biochemical unit is directly discharged or connected to a municipal pipe network.

The wastewater treatment process of claim 9, wherein in the step (2), the first type wastewater in the first type wastewater regulation tank enters the anaerobic biochemical unit for treatment, and the treatment process comprises the following steps: feeding the first type of wastewater into an EGSB (expanded granular sludge bed) tempering tank through a lifting pump, adding various nutrient elements into the EGSB tempering tank to enable the first type of wastewater to reach an anaerobic optimal pH range, and simultaneously supplementing nutrient salts necessary for anaerobic microorganisms; the effluent of the tempering tank enters an EGSB anaerobic reactor at a stable flow rate, meanwhile, part of the effluent after anaerobic treatment is circulated to the EGSB tempering tank to facilitate alkalinity, and other effluent after anaerobic treatment automatically flows to a middle mixing tank of the mixing tempering unit under the action of gravity;
the treatment process for the second type wastewater in the second type wastewater adjusting tank to enter the air floatation unit comprises the following steps: lifting the second type wastewater to an air floatation tank through a lifting pump, carrying oil sludge to the water surface through two-stage dissolved air water generated by air floatation and removing, enabling air floatation effluent to automatically flow into a middle mixing tank of the mixing tempering unit, and enabling oil sludge generated by air floatation to enter an oil sludge storage tank;
