Detailed Description
The anti-counterfeiting method for the elevator circuit board is described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings and a specific embodiment. In this specific embodiment, the elevator circuit board includes an elevator main control board and a plurality of subplates, and the elevator main control board is connected with the plurality of subplates through CAN bus communication. By "pieces" is meant one or more pieces, and the pieces of sub-board comprise at least one of the following circuit boards: the car top plate, the car plate, the outer calling plate and the circuit main board of the frequency converter. In other embodiments, the elevator main control board and the plurality of auxiliary boards can also communicate through other bus communication modes or wireless communication methods.
Fig. 1 is a schematic overall flow chart of an elevator circuit board anti-counterfeiting method according to an embodiment of the invention. As shown in fig. 1, the anti-counterfeiting method for the elevator circuit board according to an embodiment of the present invention includes four stages, namely, an elevator circuit board ID registration stage, an elevator circuit board authentication stage, an elevator circuit board binding stage, and an elevator circuit board verification stage.
Fig. 2 shows a flow diagram of the elevator circuit board ID docketing phase according to a specific embodiment of the invention. Before the elevator circuit board leaves a factory, the ID of the elevator main control board and the IDs of the auxiliary boards are uploaded to a remote server (such as a cloud server), and the ID of the elevator main control board and the ID of each auxiliary board are unique. In this embodiment, the ID of the elevator main control board manufactured by the factory and the IDs of the plurality of sub-boards both include check bits, the remote server checks the uploaded ID of the elevator main control board and the uploaded IDs of the plurality of sub-boards, and only the checked ID of the elevator main control board and the checked ID of the sub-boards are stored (for example, in the server database), so that the forged ID is prevented from being stored in the remote server in the ID registration stage.
Fig. 3 shows a flow diagram of an elevator circuit board authentication phase according to a specific embodiment of the present invention. After the elevator main control board is installed on site, the elevator main control board has the authority of opening and closing the anti-counterfeiting function. The elevator circuit board authentication phase comprises the following steps:
after receiving the command of starting the anti-counterfeiting function, the elevator main control board collects the ID of each auxiliary board and sends the ID of the elevator main control board and the collected ID of the auxiliary board to a remote server for authentication; the remote server compares the ID uploaded by the elevator main control board with the stored ID, if the uploaded ID is consistent with the stored ID, the ID is used as the ID passing the authentication, otherwise, the ID is used as the illegal ID not passing the authentication;
the remote server sends the authentication result to the elevator main control board in an encrypted mode, and the elevator main control board receives and stores the authentication result of the remote server.
In the embodiment, the elevator main control board directly judges that the auxiliary board which can not acquire the ID is not authenticated. The elevator main control board limits the ID which is not authenticated, and ensures that the request signal sent by the auxiliary board with the ID can not be responded by the elevator main control board. The elevator main control board collects the ID of each auxiliary board in the following mode:
the elevator main control board sends an ID query request to all the auxiliary boards, wherein the ID query request comprises the communication address of the auxiliary boards, the ID of the elevator main control board and the communication address of the elevator main control board;
the elevator main control board judges that the slave board which does not send the ID inquiry response is not authenticated, and stores the corresponding relation between the slave board communication address in the received ID inquiry response and the slave board ID.
The ID response information comprises the communication address of the auxiliary board, the ID of the auxiliary board and the communication address of the elevator main control board. For the CAN bus, the communication address of the elevator main control board and the communication address of the auxiliary board are the respective node numbers. Optionally, the elevator main control board sends an ID query request to all the sub-boards in a polling manner.
Fig. 4 shows a flow diagram of the elevator circuit board binding phase according to a specific embodiment of the present invention. Referring to fig. 4, the binding phase of the elevator circuit board includes the following steps:
the elevator main control board sends a binding command to each authenticated auxiliary board, and the binding command is packaged in an encrypted mode;
after each authenticated auxiliary board receives the binding command, the current binding state of the auxiliary board is judged, if the auxiliary board is not in the binding state, the auxiliary board and the ID of the elevator main control board in the binding command are bound and binding information is stored, wherein the binding information comprises the ID of the bound elevator main control board, if the auxiliary board is in the binding state, whether the ID of the elevator main control board in the binding command is consistent with the ID of the stored elevator main control board bound before is judged, if the ID of the elevator main control board in the binding command is consistent, the binding information is updated, and if the ID of the elevator main control board in the binding command is inconsistent, the updating is not executed (namely, the binding information.
Fig. 5 shows a flow diagram of an elevator circuit board verification phase according to a specific embodiment of the present invention. Referring to fig. 5, the elevator circuit board verification phase includes the following steps:
the elevator main control board receives working instructions (such as an outbound registration floor instruction, an internal call registration floor instruction and the like) sent by each auxiliary board in real time during the working process, does not respond to the working instructions sent by the auxiliary boards which are not authenticated, and periodically sends ID notification messages (for example, in a polling mode) to all the auxiliary boards during the working process, wherein the ID notification messages comprise the ID of the elevator main control board; and each authenticated auxiliary board receives the ID notification message issued by the elevator main control board in real time in the working process, and if the ID of the elevator main control board in the ID notification message is detected to be inconsistent with the stored bound ID of the elevator main control board, the auxiliary board automatically enters a protection state and does not send a working instruction to the elevator main control board any more.
The elevator main control board stores the corresponding relation between the sub-board communication address and the sub-board ID, and can judge whether the sub-board sending the work instruction is the sub-board passing the authentication according to the sub-board communication address in the work instruction sent by the sub-board.
Further, if the authenticated auxiliary boards do not receive the ID notification message issued by the elevator main control board within the preset time in the working process and also determine the elevator main control board as illegal, the auxiliary boards automatically enter a protection state and do not send working instructions to the elevator main control board any more.
The anti-counterfeiting method of the embodiment of the invention eliminates the auxiliary board which does not pass the authentication outside the working object of the elevator main control board through the remote server authentication mechanism, and ensures that the auxiliary board can always bind the ID of the elevator main control board manufactured by the original factory through the auxiliary board binding mechanism (because the auxiliary board is bound with the ID of the elevator main control board manufactured by the original factory for the first time), and the elevator main control board which is not manufactured by the original factory is eliminated outside the working object of the auxiliary board, thereby effectively preventing the use of counterfeit and shoddy circuit boards, improving the use safety of the elevator, and maintaining the legitimate rights and interests of the original factory and consumers.
