Detailed Description
The following detailed description of embodiments of the present invention is provided in connection with the accompanying drawings and examples. The following examples are intended to illustrate the invention but are not intended to limit the scope of the invention.
As shown in fig. 1 to 4, a cable guiding hole according to a preferred embodiment of the present invention includes two parallel transverse roller sets 1 and a longitudinal roller set 2 connecting the two transverse roller sets 1, where the transverse roller set 1 includes a transverse fixed shaft 11 and a transverse roller 12 rotatably sleeved on the middle of the transverse fixed shaft 11, the longitudinal roller set 2 includes a longitudinal fixed shaft 21 and a longitudinal roller 22 rotatably sleeved on the middle of the longitudinal fixed shaft 21, the adjacent transverse fixed shaft 11 is fixedly connected with the end of the longitudinal fixed shaft 21, the transverse roller 12 and the longitudinal roller 22 surround a cable hole 3, and the transverse roller 12 and the longitudinal roller 22 are both curved rollers with diameters gradually increasing from the middle to the two ends, so as to fully ensure the contact area between a cable and a roller (a transverse roller or a longitudinal roller) and facilitate driving the roller to rotate during movement of the cable, the cable is prevented from sliding with the roller during the movement.
Based on the cable guide hole with the technical characteristics, the transverse roller 12 and the longitudinal roller 22 are arranged to surround the cable guide hole 3, the transverse roller 12 is rotatably connected to the transverse fixed shaft 11, the longitudinal roller 22 is rotatably connected to the longitudinal fixed shaft 21, and a cable contacts the inner surface of the rollers during mooring to drive a single roller or a plurality of rollers to rotate along the direction of the cable, so that the cable guide hole is smooth to pass and improves the mooring efficiency; and the traditional sliding friction is changed into rolling friction, so that the friction loss of the mooring rope is reduced, the service life of the mooring rope is prolonged, and the cost is reduced. The invention has simple operation, simple structure, good use effect and easy popularization and use.
In this embodiment, the cable holes 3 are strip-shaped holes, and the length-width ratio of the cable holes 3 is 7:6-7:4, for example, the cable holes 3 are 350mm by 250mm in size. The side curve of the longitudinal section of the longitudinal roller 22 is a circular arc, and the side of the two opposite longitudinal rollers 22 forms the length end of the cable hole 3. And the radius R of the arc satisfies: r ═ 1.35-1.5) D, D being the diameter of the largest cross section of the longitudinal cylinder 22, for example R ═ 125 and D ═ 90. Satisfying this relationship ensures that the longitudinal roller 22 has sufficient strength and thickness, and also ensures sufficient contact area between the cable and the roller, so as to facilitate driving the roller to rotate during movement of the cable, and prevent the cable from sliding with the roller during movement.
In this embodiment, each of the transverse roller 12 and the longitudinal roller 22 includes a roller main body 221 having a diameter gradually increasing from the middle to both ends, and truncated cone-shaped attaching portions 222 disposed at both ends of the roller main body 221, and one end of the attaching portion 222 having a larger diameter is disposed away from the roller main body 221. The drum main body 221 constitutes the cable hole 3. Meanwhile, since the transverse roller 12 and the longitudinal roller 22 both need to rotate, in order to avoid interference at the ends thereof and to ensure continuity of the cable holes 3, the attaching portions 222 are adopted for overlapping, and therefore, an included angle between an axis of the attaching portion 222 and a bus is 45 degrees, so that the attaching portions 222 of the transverse roller 12 and the longitudinal roller 22 are just parallel to each other, and can be fully attached and rotated without interference.
In this embodiment, the connection between the transverse fixed shaft 11 and the longitudinal fixed shaft 21 is provided with the arc wrapping plate 4, the arc wrapping plate 4 is in a 90-degree arc joint shape, and the central lines of the two ends of the arc wrapping plate are respectively overlapped with the axial lines of the transverse roller 12 and the longitudinal roller 22, so that the overall aesthetic property of the cable guide hole is ensured. Meanwhile, in order to prevent the arc-shaped wrapping plate 4 from influencing the rotation of the transverse roller 12 or the longitudinal roller 22, clearance fit is required between the arc-shaped wrapping plate 4 and the transverse roller 12 as well as between the arc-shaped wrapping plate and the longitudinal roller 22.
The above description is only a preferred embodiment of the present invention, and it should be noted that, for those skilled in the art, various modifications and substitutions can be made without departing from the technical principle of the present invention, and these modifications and substitutions should also be regarded as the protection scope of the present invention.
