As shown in fig. 3, during locking, the vertical pipe 2 is turned over and covered relative to the pipe seat 3, the handle 5 is pulled to rotate relative to the pipe seat 3 until the hook platform 13 is hooked in the lock cavity 12, and meanwhile, when the locking block 6 and the vertical stud 9 are located on the same straight line, the head 9a of the vertical stud 9 is completely clamped into the groove 11, but the locking block 6 and the vertical stud 9 are not completely locked, the handle 5 needs to be pulled continuously to enable the locking block 6 to be close to the vertical pipe 2 until the locking block 6 and the vertical stud 9 form an included angle 26, and the locking block 6 and the vertical stud 9 are completely locked, so that the locking process of the vertical pipe 2 and the pipe seat 3 is realized.
After the folder 4 is unlocked, the vertical pipe 2 drives the handlebar and the pipe seat 3 drives the frame to complete the folding process, the locking and unlocking structure is simple, the operation is convenient, and the convenience is brought to the disassembly and maintenance.
