Abstract
The invention provides a key function starting indicating device, a steering wheel with the same and a moving body with the same, wherein the key function indicating device comprises at least one group of indicating lamps and a driving control circuit: the at least one group of indicator lights are arranged on the first key and used for indicating the states of at least two functions corresponding to the first key; the driving control circuit is used for driving at least one group of indicator lights to be in a first state when receiving a starting signal related to a first function of the first key and driving at least one group of indicator lights to be in a second state when receiving a starting signal related to a second function of the first key; wherein, first state is different with the second state, and the difference of first state and second state includes: the indicator lights are displayed in different colors and/or the flashing frequency of the indicator lights is different and/or the lighting positions of the indicator lights are different. After the driver operates the key to start the function, the invention can prompt the key immediately, so that the driver can know that the function is started at the first time.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of automobile braking, in particular to a key function starting indicating device, a steering wheel with the same and a moving body with the same.
Background
With the gradual increase of automobile functions, the demand on the steering wheel keys is increased, but due to the limitation of the space of the steering wheel, the number of the arranged keys is limited to meet the functional demand, a one-key multi-purpose mode gradually appears, the working state of the keys is not reflected in the keys, and a driver cannot visually confirm what state the keys are in at present through the keys.
For example, the adaptive cruise key and the fixed-speed cruise key on the steering wheel are not displayed on the keys in the states of adaptive cruise starting and fixed-speed cruise starting, a driver needs to check whether the function is started on the combination instrument, and the use experience is poor; for another example, the steering wheel key controls the switch key between the combination instrument and the multimedia large screen, and does not indicate whether the current state key can control the multifunctional large screen or the combination instrument, which is poor in use experience.

Detailed Description
To further illustrate the technical means and effects of the present invention adopted to achieve the predetermined objects, the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings and preferred embodiments. It is to be understood that the terms "upper", "lower", "first", "last", "transverse", "longitudinal", "top", and "bottom" in the following description are used for convenience of understanding and description, and do not indicate or imply that the referenced components or elements must have a particular orientation and are therefore not to be considered limiting.
Refer to fig. 1. In the preferred embodiment of the present invention, the key function indicating device 100 provided by the present invention comprises at least one set of indicator lights, such as the set of indicator lights 402 and/or the set of indicator lights 404, and the driving control circuit 20. The indicator light set 402 and/or 404 is mounted on the first button 40 for indicating the status of at least two functions corresponding to the first button 40. The driving control circuit 20 is configured to drive at least one of the sets of indicator lights, such as the set of indicator lights 402, to be in the first state when receiving the start signal related to the first function of the first key 40, and drive at least one of the sets of indicator lights, such as the set of indicator lights 404, to be in the second state when receiving the start signal related to the second function of the first key 40. Wherein, first state is different with the second state, and the difference of first state and second state includes: the indicator lights are displayed in different colors and/or the flashing frequency of the indicator lights is different and/or the lighting positions of the indicator lights are different.
In another embodiment, when the first function on signal and the second function on signal of the first button 40 are received, a set of indicator lights that are driven are all the indicator light set 402, but the operating states of the indicator light set 402 are different, and are the first state and the second state respectively. In another embodiment, only one set of indicator lights, such as the set of indicator lights 402 shown in fig. 1, is disposed on the first key 40, and the driving control circuit 20 is configured to drive the set of indicator lights 402 to switch to the first state when receiving the turn-on signal related to the first function of the first key 40, and drive the set of indicator lights 402 to switch to the second state when receiving the turn-on signal related to the second function of the first key 40.
With continued reference to fig. 2, in the preferred embodiment of the present application, the first button 40 has two indication areas, which include a first indication area 42 corresponding to the first function and a second indication area 44 corresponding to the second function, the first indication area 42 has a first set of indication lights, such as the indication light set 402, installed thereon, and the second indication area 44 has a second set of indication lights, such as the indication light set 404, installed thereon. At this time, the driving control circuit 20 is configured to drive the first set of indicator lights to be in the first state when receiving the start signal related to the first function of the first key 40, and drive the second set of indicator lights to be in the second state when receiving the start signal related to the second function of the first key 40.
In the preferred embodiment of the present invention, the indicator lights, such as the indicator light set 402 and/or the indicator light set 404, are mounted on the back of the first button 40. As mentioned above, when the indicator light is used as a part of the backlight of the keyboard, the indicator light is simultaneously used as the backlight of the keys, for example, the first key 40 of the keyboard is displayed in a dark environment. In order to clearly display the operation state of the first key 40 and avoid the operation state display of the indicator light from being interfered by the backlight, the first state and the second state of the indicator light, such as the indicator light set 402 and/or the indicator light set 404, and the third state of the indicator light, such as the indicator light set 402 and/or the indicator light set 404, used as the backlight of the keyboard are different from each other. The first state, the second state, and the third state differ: as in the previous embodiment, the colors are different; as described in the above another embodiment, the lighting positions of the indicator lamps are different, and the positions are the first area 42 and the second area 44; in yet another embodiment, the flicker frequency is different. These different points, in a further embodiment, have a plurality of items simultaneously, for example, different points of the first state and the third state, including different blinking frequencies of the indicator light and different lighting positions of the indicator light.
In the case where the indicator lamp is mounted on the back of the keyboard, the above embodiment has explained the case where the backlight state and the function inspiration state are different in color, but the case where the backlight state and the function inspiration state are the same in color is also possible. For example, in one embodiment, the different points of the first state, the second state and/or the third state include different brightness of the indicator light. The light emission luminance of the indicator lamp when it is in the first state and/or the second state is set to the highest level. For example, the first state of the indicator lamp group 402 and/or the indicator lamp group 404 is set such that the light emission luminance is at the highest level, and the light emission luminance of the third state of the indicator lamp group 402 and/or the indicator lamp group 404 is set at the second highest level, so that even if the keyboard backlight is turned on and the light emission color of the keyboard backlight is the same as the light emission color of the indicator lamp, the use state of the key is clearly exhibited due to the difference in luminance.
More specifically, if the backlight function is not activated all the time during the operation of the indicator light, the indicator light is directly operated in the preset state when the display key function is changed. In other words, in an embodiment, the driving control circuit 20 is configured to drive the at least one set of indicator lights to switch to the first state when the backlight function turn-on signal is not received and the at least one set of indicator lights are not driven to be turned on, and drive the at least one set of indicator lights to switch to the second state when the backlight function turn-on signal related to the first function of the first key 40 is received and the turn-on signal related to the second function of the first key 40 is received, where the first state and the second state are both turned on, and colors corresponding to the first state and the second state are different. If the backlight function is also started in the working process of the indicator light, the working state of the indicator light is unchanged. In other words, the driving control circuit 20 is configured to keep driving the at least one set of indicator lights in the first state if the backlight function start signal is received when the at least one set of indicator lights is driven in the first state.
The invention also provides a steering wheel which is provided with a multifunctional key, and the multifunctional key is connected with any one key function starting indicating device. For example, referring to fig. 3, in an embodiment, the steering wheel 200 of the vehicle provided by the present application is provided with the above-mentioned key function indicating device 100, and the steering wheel 200 or the first key 40 of the key function indicating device 100, the first key 40 has two function displays 62 and 64 respectively disposed on the first area 42 and the second area 44 of the first key 40. The function indicator 62 is provided with an indicator light set 402, and the function indicator 64 is provided with an indicator light set 404. Function display 62 represents a voice call and function display 64 represents a video call. During the voice call of the driver, the indicator lamp group 402 on the function indicator 62 is in an illuminated state, and the highest luminance level of white, that is, the luminance of the indicator lamp group 402 is set to the highest level. When the automobile enters a dark environment from a bright environment, the backlight of the steering wheel is automatically turned on, the color of the backlight is also set to be white, but the brightness level of the backlight is the second highest level, namely the third state and the first state are set to be the same in color but different in brightness. It can be appreciated that even though the color of the indicator light set 402 is unchanged, the first button 40 is operated in the voice call state indicated by the function indicator 62 and can be clearly displayed because the brightness of the first button is higher than that of the other function indicators on the keyboard 200.
The invention also provides a moving body which is provided with the multifunctional key, and the multifunctional key is connected with any one key function starting indicating device.
In order to solve the problem that a user cannot intuitively know what working state the current key is in and whether the corresponding function is in an open state from the steering wheel under the condition that one key has a plurality of functions, the invention distinguishes the functions of the steering wheel key by two modes: (1) in the case of a single character of a key, different indicator light colors are adopted for distinguishing: for example, for the adaptive cruise key or the constant speed cruise key, two functions are respectively turned on and off, a red indicator light can be used for indicating that the adaptive cruise function of the vehicle is turned on, and a blue indicator light can be used for indicating that the constant speed cruise function of the vehicle is turned on; when the indicator light is a part of the backlight, the logic and the working principle of the indicator light and the backlight are set as follows: (a) under the condition that the backlight of the whole vehicle is not started, the corresponding function of the vehicle key is started, and the corresponding indicator light is on; (b) under the condition that the backlight of the whole vehicle is started, when the corresponding function of the vehicle key is started, the corresponding indicator light changes color, the color changing can be set to be different when in the preset state as described above, and can also be controlled by the controller in real time, and the display color of the indicator light is determined according to the current background color; (c) under the condition that the backlight of the whole vehicle is turned on, when the corresponding function of the vehicle key is turned on, the corresponding indicator lamp keeps the light-emitting state unchanged, for example, the indicator lamp in the set function indicating state works at the highest brightness level; (2) the condition of two characters of a key is distinguished by adopting regional display: for example, the combination instrument and the multimedia large-screen switching key adopt that two areas on the same key are respectively provided with a character, each character corresponds to a set of indicator light and a bicolor backlight lamp, and the indicator lights in different areas are turned on to prompt a driver whether the current steering wheel key controls the combination instrument or the multimedia screen; when the indicator light is a part of the backlight, the indicator light may be called a dual-color backlight, and may operate in at least two light emitting states, for example, displaying two colors, so as to be used as both the backlight and the functional indicator light, and in this case, the logic and the operation principle of setting the indicator light and the backlight are as follows: (a) under the condition that the backlight of the whole vehicle is not started, the indicating lamp of the area corresponding to the key works in a first state, and if the indicating lamp is used as the backlight of the key, the indicating lamp is turned on; (b) under the condition that the backlight of the whole vehicle is turned on, the working state of the indicator light in the area corresponding to the key is changed, for example, the indicator light changes color; (c) when the backlight of the whole vehicle is turned on and the corresponding function of the vehicle key is turned on, the corresponding indicator lamp keeps the light-emitting state unchanged, for example, when the indicator lamp is set to operate at the highest brightness level for indicating the function, as described above.
The invention provides the key function indicating device, aiming at the problems that in the current driving process, under the condition that one key has a plurality of functions, a driver needs to observe from a combination instrument or a multifunctional large screen to know which functions of the current vehicle are in an open state, the driving safety is influenced, and time is spent on searching relevant information in the screen, so that under the condition that one key has a plurality of functions, the driver can intuitively and quickly know which keys are in a working state at present and which functions corresponding to the vehicle are in an open state. The invention can avoid that whether the function is started or not can be known only by the prompt information on the combination instrument and the multimedia screen after the operation of the steering wheel key to start the related function; the situation that the driver needs to focus attention on the combination instrument and the multimedia screen to observe related prompts, so that the driving safety is also influenced in the driving process of the vehicle is avoided; and the situation that the driver forgets whether the function is started or not during long-distance driving due to the fact that the driver cannot keep a mind for a long time because of too much information on the multimedia and combination instrument can also be avoided.

the drive control circuit (20) is used for driving at least one group of indicator lights (402 and/or 404) to be in a first state when receiving a starting signal related to a first function of the first key (40), and driving at least one group of indicator lights (402 and/or 404) to be in a second state when receiving a starting signal related to a second function of the first key;
wherein the first state is different from the second state, and the difference between the first state and the second state comprises: the indicator lights (402 and/or 404) are displayed in different colors and/or the flashing frequencies of the indicator lights (402 and/or 404) are different and/or the lighting positions of the indicator lights (402 and/or 404) are different.
2. The key function indication device (100) of claim 1, wherein: the first key (40) is provided with a group of indicator lights (402 or 404), and the drive control circuit (20) is used for driving the group of indicator lights (402 or 404) to be switched to a first state when receiving a starting signal related to a first function of the first key (40), and driving the group of indicator lights (402 or 404) to be switched to a second state when receiving a starting signal related to a second function of the first key (40).

the drive control circuit (20) is further configured to, after receiving no backlight function on signal and not driving the at least one set of indicator lights (402 or 404) to illuminate: if an opening signal related to a first function of the first key (40) is received, driving the at least one group of indicator lamps (402 or 404) to be switched into a first state; if an opening signal related to a second function of the first key (40) is received, driving the at least one group of indicator lights (402 or 404) to be switched to a second state, wherein the first state and the second state are both in a lighting state, and the colors corresponding to the first state and the second state are different;
the driving control circuit (20) is further configured to keep driving the at least one group of indicator lights (402 or 404) in the first state if a backlight function start signal is received while driving the at least one group of indicator lights (402 or 404) in the first state.
6. The key function activation indicating device (100) according to claim 1, wherein: the light emission luminance of the indicator light when in the first state and/or the second state is set to the highest level.
7. A steering wheel (200) having a multi-function key, characterized in that the multi-function key is connected with a key function activation indicating device according to any one of claims 1 to 6.
