Based on the acquired type information, humidity data corresponding to the current type information is acquired from humidity data of different products stored in the control device 200 or a storage library in the manual operator chip as a preset humidity threshold, so that the intelligent setting of the humidity threshold is realized, the automatic control of the humidifying device 310 can be realized based on the intelligent setting, and the use convenience is improved. In an extensible manner, temperature data corresponding to the current type information can be acquired based on the acquired type information to serve as a preset temperature threshold, and automatic setting of the article storage temperature is achieved.
In one embodiment, the humidifying device 310 includes a water tank and a steam generating device, the water tank and the control device 200 are both connected to the steam generating device, and the water tank is also used for connecting with an evaporator of a refrigerating unit. The water tank is connected with the evaporator of the refrigerating unit, and can collect condensed water generated by the evaporator of the refrigerating unit so as to enable the steam generating device to generate atomized water molecules to be transmitted into the cold chain conveying box body to play a role in humidification. The water in the humidifying device 310 is taken from the condensed water discharged by the refrigerating unit, so that the condensed water can be recycled, and a water source is automatically supplemented along with the starting of the refrigerating unit without manual addition.
Specifically, the refrigeration unit includes an inclined evaporator, the inclined evaporator forms an oblique angle with the chassis, please refer to fig. 3, a concave aluminum alloy water receiving tank is fixed at the lower side of the evaporator and is responsible for collecting condensed water. The humidifying device 310 includes a water tank and a steam generating device, the water tank is connected to the refrigerating unit, and specifically, the water tank is connected to the evaporator of the refrigerating unit. The water tank is connected with the water receiving tank through a hose and serves as a water inlet of the water tank, and a water outlet and a water filling port are additionally arranged on the water tank. The condensed water generated by the heat exchange of the evaporator of the refrigerating unit can drip or slide into the water receiving tank under the action of gravity, and the water in the water tank is conveyed to the water inlet of the water tank with a lower position through a hose. Because the humidifying device 310 can continuously consume water in the water tank when working, and the evaporator condensed water can continuously exist along with the starting, the condensed water is utilized to continuously supply water to the water tank of the humidifying device 310, and the water adding times of the water tank of the humidifying device 310 can be effectively reduced. If the amount of the condensed water is larger than the evaporation rate or the humidifying device 310 stops working to cause the capacity of the water tank to be over-full, the water exceeding the capacity of the water tank can be discharged out of the unit through the water discharge port and the water discharge pipe, so that the humidifying device 310 can work normally. The water in the humidifying device 310 is taken from the condensed water discharged by the refrigerating unit, so that the condensed water can be recycled, a water source is automatically supplemented along with the starting of the unit, manual addition is not needed, and the use convenience is improved.
In one embodiment, the cold chain transportation control device further comprises a liquid level sensor, the liquid level sensor is arranged in the water tank, and the liquid level sensor is connected with the control device 200. The liquid level sensor can detect the liquid level of the water tank and send the detection result to the control device 200, so that the liquid level of the water tank is monitored.
Specifically, level sensor detects the liquid level of water tank and sends the testing result to controlling means 200, and controlling means 200 obtains current water tank liquid level according to the testing result analysis, compares current water tank liquid level with predetermineeing the liquid level, and when current water tank liquid level was less than or equal to and predetermines liquid level lower limit value, controlling means 200 sent alarm command to alarm device, and alarm device reports to the police after receiving alarm command, reminds user's water tank lack of water, needs in time to supply. In addition, when the current water tank liquid level is too low, the control device 200 can also control the humidifying device 310 to stop working, so that the energy waste and the device loss caused by the no-load operation of the humidifying device 310 are avoided. Use humidification device 310 to include water tank and steam generator, water tank and controlling means 200 all connect steam generator, the refrigeration unit is connected to the water tank for the example, be provided with level sensor in the water tank, when the speed of humidification device 310 evaporation water is greater than the speed that the refrigeration unit produced the comdenstion water, water in the water tank can continuously reduce, when being close to the warning line (predetermineeing liquid level lower limit value promptly), level sensor return signal to controlling means 200, controlling means 200 sends out the warning of lack of water through communication line transmission to the driver's cabin hand manipulator after handling, remind the driver to need manually increase the water tank water yield by the water tank water filling port, satisfy humidification device 310 work. When the water level reaches below the warning line, the humidifying device 310 will automatically stop and feed back a stop signal to the cab manipulator, and the cab manipulator can be controlled to start up again after the condensed water is supplemented or water is added to the water level above the warning line. If the amount of condensed water is greater than the evaporation rate or the humidifying device 310 stops working to cause the capacity of the water tank to be over-full, the water exceeding the capacity of the water tank can be discharged out of the unit through the water outlet and the water discharge pipe. The humidifying device 310 is provided with a liquid level sensor in the water storage tank, the liquid level condition of the water storage tank is monitored in real time, a driver is reminded of adding water when the liquid level reaches a warning line, the humidifying device 310 is protected to stop when the liquid level is lower than a lowest line, and the humidifying device is automatically restarted when the liquid level reaches a certain height, so that the liquid level of the water tank is kept in a proper range.
In one embodiment, the control device 200 is also used to preserve the temperature inside the cold chain transportation box when the humidifying device 310 is turned off. After the temperature is saved, before the next startup, if the temperature is a subzero value, the control device 200 may first control the heating device 320 to preheat the humidifying device 310, so as to enable the humidifying device 310 to operate normally. Specifically, the control device 200 is a main control board, the main control board sets temperature memory, records the temperature before shutdown, and sets the self-temperature-limiting heat tracing band to be powered on to preheat for three minutes and then to start the humidifying device 310 to facilitate normal operation of the humidifying device 310 in order to prevent the water in the water tank from being frozen and the condensate water from being discharged if the temperature before shutdown is a zero value.
For a better understanding of the above embodiments, the following detailed description is given in conjunction with a specific embodiment. In one embodiment, referring to fig. 5, the cold chain transportation control device is designed to utilize the waste condensed water to change the waste condensed water into steam to maintain and increase the humidity in the compartment, so as to create a good transportation condition for fresh products.
The refrigerating unit adopts an inclined evaporator which forms an oblique angle with the chassis, and a concave aluminum alloy water receiving tank is fixed at the lower side of the evaporator and is responsible for collecting condensed water. The humidity detection device 110 is a humidity sensor, the humidification device 310 is a humidifier, the temperature detection device 120 is a temperature sensor, the heating device 320 is a self-temperature-limiting heat tracing band, and the humidity value acquisition device 130 is a cab hand operator. The humidifying device 310 is divided into two parts, including a water tank and a steam generating device, the water tank is connected with the water receiving tank through a hose and serves as a water inlet of the water tank, and the water tank is further provided with a water outlet and a water filling port. A liquid level sensor is arranged in the water tank, and a unit is provided with a humidity sensor. The control device 200 is a main board of the unit, and the main board of the unit is connected with the cab manual operator, the steam generating device, the liquid level sensor and the humidity sensor to realize the implementation and control of the humidifying function.
After the goods are loaded on the refrigerator car, the refrigerating unit is operated. The driver can set an ideal cargo storage humidity value according to the cab hand operator, product details can be selected on the hand operator if the suitable humidity of the pulled cargo is not clear, and the humidity requirement data of different products are automatically set through the humidity requirement data stored in the hand operator chip memory. At the moment, the humidity sensor can return the humidity data in the carriage to the mainboard, and the mainboard program processes and outputs an instruction to control the steam generating device to be electrified and work, so that steam is generated to humidify the carriage. Meanwhile, condensed water generated by heat exchange of the evaporator of the refrigerating unit can drip or slide into the water receiving tank under the action of gravity, and water in the water tank is conveyed to the water inlet of the water tank at a lower position through the hose. Because the humidifier can continuously consume water in the water tank during working, and the evaporator condensate water can continuously exist along with starting, the humidifier water tank can be continuously supplied with water by utilizing the condensate water, so that the water adding times of the humidifier water tank can be effectively reduced. If the amount of the condensed water is larger than the evaporation speed or the humidifier stops working to cause the capacity of the water tank to be over-full, the water exceeding the capacity of the water tank can be discharged out of the unit through the water outlet and the water discharge pipe. Be provided with level sensor in the water tank, the speed of evaporating water when the humidifier is greater than the speed of unit comdenstion water, and water in the water tank can continuously reduce, and when being close to the warning line, level sensor return signal to mainboard, mainboard are handled the back and are transmitted the driver's cabin hand operator through the communication line and send out the warning of lack of water, remind the driver to need manually increase the water tank water yield by the water tank water filling port and satisfy humidifier work. When the water level reaches below the warning line, the humidifying device 310 will automatically stop and feed back a stop signal to the cab manipulator, and the cab manipulator can be controlled to start up again after the condensed water is supplemented or water is added to the water level above the warning line. When the refrigerating unit operates, if the refrigeration working condition below zero in the carriage is detected, the self-temperature-limiting heat tracing band wound outside the water tank is controlled to be opened according to the detected environment temperature value, and the power-on time of the self-temperature-limiting heat tracing band is controlled, so that the lower the temperature is, the longer the opening time is, and the electric energy is saved. The main control board sets temperature memory, records the temperature before shutdown, and sets the tracing band to be electrified firstly for preheating for three minutes and then start the refrigerating unit if the temperature before shutdown is a subzero value so as to prevent the condensate water from being discharged due to the fact that the water in the water tank is frozen when restarting.
A humidity sensor and a humidifying device 310 are added in the refrigerating unit of the refrigerator car, the sensor detects the outside humidity and feeds back the outside humidity to the control device 200, and when the outside humidity is lower than a preset humidity threshold value, a signal is output to control the humidifying device 310 to humidify the carriage. The cab manipulator can manually set the humidity value and can select the product category in the system storage database so as to select the recommended humidity value. The humidifying device 310 is wound with a self-temperature-limiting heat tracing band on the outer wall of the water tank, wherein the self-temperature-limiting heat tracing band can automatically limit the temperature during heating and automatically adjust the output power along with the heated temperature without any additional equipment. When the ambient temperature rises, the conductive plastic in the heat tracing band expands micro molecules, the carbon particles gradually separate, the circuit terminal is caused, the resistance rises, and the heat tracing band automatically reduces the power output. When the ambient temperature is cooled, the plastic returns to a micro-molecular contraction state, the carbon particles are correspondingly connected to form a circuit, and the heating power of the heat tracing band automatically rises. When the temperature of the inner ring of the carriage is too low, the control device 200 intermittently starts the self-temperature-limiting heat tracing band to prevent the water in the water tank from freezing. The water in the humidifying device 310 is taken from the condensed water discharged from the refrigerating unit, so that the condensed water can be recycled. The water source is automatically supplemented along with the startup of the unit, and manual addition is not needed. The humidifying device 310 is provided with a liquid level sensor in the water storage tank, the liquid level condition of the water storage tank is monitored in real time, a driver is reminded to add water when the liquid level reaches a warning line, the humidifying device 310 is protected to stop when the liquid level is lower than a lowest line, and the humidifying device is automatically restarted when the liquid level reaches a certain height. The control device 200 has a temperature memory function, can record the temperature in the carriage within a period of time before shutdown, and prevents the blockage of a condensed water inlet of the next startup due to the low-temperature freezing of a humidifier water tank when the unit is shutdown.
The cold chain transportation control device comprises a humidity detection device 110, a humidification device 310, a control device 200, a temperature detection device 120 and a heating device 320, wherein the humidity detection device 110, the humidification device 310, the temperature detection device 120 and the heating device 320 are all connected with the control device 200, the humidity detection device 110 is used for detecting the ambient humidity in the cold chain transportation box and sending the ambient humidity to the control device 200, the temperature detection device 120 is used for detecting the temperature in the cold chain transportation box and sending the ambient humidity to the control device 200, the control device 200 is used for controlling the humidification device 310 to humidify the cold chain transportation box when the ambient humidity is smaller than a preset humidity threshold value, so as to avoid the influence of the excessively low humidity in the cold chain transportation box on the quality of articles, the control device 200 is also used for controlling the heating device 320 to heat the humidification device 310 when the temperature in the cold chain transportation box is smaller than the preset temperature threshold value, so as to prevent the humidification device 310 from being incapable of working due to freezing caused by excessively low temperature, the environmental humidity in the cold chain transportation box is maintained in a proper range, the quality of articles stored in the box is improved, and the use reliability of cold chain transportation is improved.
In one embodiment, a cold chain transport refrigeration unit is provided that includes an evaporator and a cold chain transport control device as described above.
The cold chain transportation refrigerating unit comprises a humidity detection device 110, a humidification device 310, a control device 200, a temperature detection device 120 and a heating device 320, wherein the humidity detection device 110, the humidification device 310, the temperature detection device 120 and the heating device 320 are all connected with the control device 200, the humidity detection device 110 is used for detecting the ambient humidity in the cold chain transportation box and sending the ambient humidity to the control device 200, the temperature detection device 120 is used for detecting the temperature in the cold chain transportation box and sending the ambient humidity to the control device 200, the control device 200 is used for controlling the humidification device 310 to humidify the cold chain transportation box when the ambient humidity is smaller than a preset humidity threshold value, so as to avoid the influence of the excessively low humidity in the cold chain transportation box on the quality of articles, the control device 200 is also used for controlling the heating device 320 to heat the humidification device 310 when the temperature in the cold chain transportation box is smaller than the preset temperature threshold value, so as to prevent the humidification device 310 from being incapable of working due to freezing caused by excessively low temperature, the environmental humidity in the cold chain transportation box is maintained in a proper range, the quality of articles stored in the box is improved, and the use reliability of cold chain transportation is improved.
In one embodiment, a vehicle is provided, see fig. 6, comprising a cold chain transport box and a refrigeration unit as described above. Vehicles include, but are not limited to, cars, boats, or airplanes and the like.
The transportation tool comprises a humidity detection device 110, a humidification device 310, a control device 200, a temperature detection device 120 and a heating device 320, wherein the humidity detection device 110, the humidification device 310, the temperature detection device 120 and the heating device 320 are all connected with the control device 200, the humidity detection device 110 is used for detecting the ambient humidity in the cold chain transportation box and sending the ambient humidity to the control device 200, the temperature detection device 120 is used for detecting the temperature in the cold chain transportation box and sending the temperature to the control device 200, the control device 200 is used for controlling the humidification device 310 to humidify the cold chain transportation box when the ambient humidity is smaller than a preset humidity threshold value, so as to avoid the influence on the quality of articles due to the excessively low humidity in the cold chain transportation box, the control device 200 is also used for controlling the heating device 320 to heat the humidification device 310 when the temperature in the cold chain transportation box is smaller than the preset temperature threshold value, so as to prevent the humidification device 310 from being incapable of working due to freezing caused by excessively low temperature, the environmental humidity in the cold chain transportation box is maintained in a proper range, the quality of articles stored in the box is improved, and the use reliability of cold chain transportation is improved.
The technical features of the embodiments described above may be arbitrarily combined, and for the sake of brevity, all possible combinations of the technical features in the embodiments described above are not described, but should be considered as being within the scope of the present specification as long as there is no contradiction between the combinations of the technical features.

Claims (10)

1. A cold chain transportation control device is characterized by comprising a humidity detection device, a humidification device, a control device, a temperature detection device and a heating device, wherein the humidity detection device, the humidification device, the temperature detection device and the heating device are all connected with the control device;
the temperature detection device is used for detecting the temperature in the cold chain transport box and sending the temperature to the control device, the control device is used for controlling the humidifying device to humidify the cold chain transport box when the ambient temperature is smaller than a preset temperature threshold value, and the heating device is also used for controlling the heating device to heat the humidifying device when the temperature in the cold chain transport box is smaller than the preset temperature threshold value; when the temperature in the cold chain transport box body is smaller than a preset temperature threshold value, the control device controls the heating device to heat the humidifying device according to a preset time interval;
the humidifying device comprises a water tank and a steam generating device, the water tank and the control device are both connected with the steam generating device, and the water tank is also used for being connected with an evaporator of a refrigerating unit;
the evaporator is an inclined evaporator, the inclined evaporator and the chassis form an oblique angle, a concave aluminum alloy water receiving tank is fixed on the lower side of the inclined evaporator and is responsible for collecting condensed water, and the water tank is connected with the water receiving tank through a hose and serves as a water inlet of the water tank;
and if the condensed water amount of the evaporator is larger than the evaporation speed of the humidifying device or the humidifying device stops working, the capacity of the water tank is over-full, and the water exceeding the capacity of the water tank is discharged through a water outlet.
2. The cold chain transportation control device of claim 1, wherein the heating device is a self-limiting temperature heat tracing band disposed in a water tank of the humidifying device.
3. The cold chain transportation control device of claim 2, wherein a plurality of the self-temperature-limiting heat tracing bands are connected in series by a hook, and a spring is provided between the plurality of the self-temperature-limiting heat tracing bands.
4. The cold chain transportation control device of claim 1, further comprising a humidity value acquisition device connected to the control device.
5. The cold-chain transportation control device according to claim 4, wherein the humidity value obtaining device is an object type obtaining device, the object type obtaining device is configured to identify an object type in the cold-chain transportation box to obtain type information and send the type information to the control device, and the control device is configured to match a corresponding humidity value according to the type information to serve as the preset humidity threshold value.
6. The cold-chain transportation control device of claim 4, wherein the humidity value obtaining device is an input device for transmitting a received user command to the control device, and the control device is configured to obtain a humidity value as the preset humidity threshold according to the user command.
7. The cold chain transport control device of claim 1, further comprising a level sensor disposed within the water tank, the level sensor being connected to the control device.
8. The cold chain transportation control device of claim 1, wherein the control device is further configured to preserve the temperature within the cold chain transportation box when the humidification device is turned off.
9. A cold chain transport refrigeration unit comprising an evaporator and a cold chain transport control apparatus as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 8.
10. A vehicle comprising a cold chain transport box and a cold chain transport refrigeration unit as claimed in claim 9.
