Description

Reticular adhesive film for cloth and preparation process thereof
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of adhesive films, in particular to a reticular adhesive film for cloth and a preparation process thereof.
Background
At present, silica gel materials are rapidly developed in the fields of automobile industry, electronic and electrical industry and textile because of excellent physical properties and environmental protection performance.
When the existing silica gel material is applied to the textile industry, for example, in cloth, the surface of the silica gel is generally cleaned in a laser and plasma treatment mode, then hot melt adhesive is added between the silica gel and the cloth, and the silica gel, the cloth and the cloth are bonded through hot pressing to form a whole. However, the processing method not only consumes a long time, but also seriously affects the production efficiency; in the processing process, the surface of the silica gel is often subjected to oil leakage and instability through laser and plasma processing, so that the silica gel is bonded with the hot melt adhesive firmly, the silica gel is easily separated from the cloth, and the permeability of the silica gel is poor after the silica gel is bonded with the cloth.
Chinese patent document CN109397833A and application publication No. 2019.03.01 disclose a method for improving the adhesion of silica gel and PU composite cloth, which comprises the following steps:
1) and (3) vulcanizing: vulcanizing the silica gel sheet to obtain a vulcanized silica gel sheet;
2) surface destruction: spraying a bridging agent on the surface of the vulcanized silica gel sheet;
3) pre-burying thermosol: baking the silica gel sheet subjected to the surface damage step for the first time, then putting a first hot melt adhesive sheet into the silica gel sheet, and baking again to obtain the silica gel sheet with the pre-embedded hot melt adhesive;
4) cutting: cutting the PU composite cloth and the second hot-melt adhesive sheet into required size and shape;
5) hot-press bonding: and placing the second hot-melt adhesive sheet between the PU composite cloth and the silica gel sheet with the pre-embedded hot-melt adhesive, and performing hot-press bonding.
Although the invention solves the problem of oil leakage on the surface of the silica gel, the invention has the advantages of firm adhesion, difficult glue failure and stable silica gel surface; however, there are the following problems:
1) the thermosol can be pre-embedded only by vulcanizing the silica gel sheet and spraying the bridging agent on the surface of the silica gel sheet, so that the process flow is increased, the production efficiency is reduced, and the production cost is improved;
2) the silica gel sheet is of a full-sealing structure, and has no ventilation function when being used after being bonded with the PU composite cloth.
Therefore, a new adhesive film technology for cloth is needed to overcome the shortcomings of the prior art.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a reticular rubber film for cloth, which has good air permeability, is firmly bonded with the cloth, is not easy to separate glue, can improve the production efficiency and reduce the production cost.
The invention also aims to provide a preparation process of the reticular rubber film for the cloth.
In order to achieve the purpose, the technical scheme adopted by the invention is as follows:
on one hand, the invention provides a reticular adhesive film for cloth, which comprises a high-elasticity high-molecular aggregate arranged between two cloth layers, wherein the high-elasticity high-molecular aggregate is a reticular high-elasticity high-molecular aggregate, hot melt adhesive layers are arranged on the upper surface and the lower surface of the high-elasticity high-molecular aggregate, and the hot melt adhesive layers are in adhesive fit with the high-elasticity high-molecular aggregate; wherein, the cloth layer is pasted and is established correspondingly on the hot melt adhesive layer.
Preferably, the high-elasticity polymer aggregate is a silica gel membrane.
Preferably, the hot melt adhesive layer is made of an EVA hot melt adhesive material.
On the other hand, the invention also provides a preparation process of the reticular rubber film for the cloth, which comprises the following steps:
s1, preparing a bottom die: preparing a net-shaped high-elasticity high-molecular aggregate for later use by adopting a high-elasticity high-molecular aggregate raw material and performing compression molding by using mold equipment;
s2, preparing an adhesive: taking hot melt adhesive raw materials, heating to 160-180 ℃, melting into hot melt adhesive liquid, and standing for later use;
s3, preparing an adhesive film: spraying the hot melt adhesive liquid prepared in the step S2 on two opposite sides of the reticulated high-elasticity polymer aggregate, and respectively forming hot melt adhesive layers on the two opposite sides of the high-elasticity polymer aggregate, thereby preparing the reticulated adhesive film with the hot melt adhesive layers;
s4, coating and bonding: and (4) placing the reticular adhesive film prepared in the step (S3) between the two fabric layers (3), carrying out hot pressing at the temperature of 160-180 ℃ for 60 seconds, then moving out, standing and cooling, and then adhering and forming the fabric layers and the reticular adhesive film.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following beneficial effects:
the high-elasticity polymer aggregate adopts a net-shaped high-elasticity polymer aggregate structure, so that the high-elasticity polymer composite has the advantage of good air permeability; in addition, the upper surface and the lower surface of the high-elasticity high-molecular aggregate are adhered with hot-melt adhesive layers, the surface of the hot-melt adhesive layer is adhered with a cloth layer, and in the application process, the hot-melt adhesive layers are pre-embedded on the upper surface and the lower surface of the high-elasticity high-molecular aggregate in advance, so that when the high-elasticity high-molecular aggregate is adhered with cloth, the cloth and the high-elasticity high-molecular aggregate can be stably adhered only by performing hot-pressing adhesion on the cloth and the hot-melt adhesive layers, and therefore, the cloth-adhesive has the characteristics of firm adhesion with the cloth, difficulty in glue separation, good air permeability, capability of improving the.
