Abstract
The invention discloses a compression molding die for a nonmetal part with threads at two ends, which comprises a bottom die, a thread-shaped ring, an outer die, an upper die and a die pin, wherein the bottom die is provided with a bottom hole; the threaded ring is a circular ring-shaped assembly formed by splicing two semicircular sub-assemblies; the two semicircular sub-pieces of the threaded ring are encircled into a circular ring-shaped combined piece through a clamping ring, and the threaded ring is arranged on the upper plate surface of the bottom die; inserting two groups of first mold pins and second mold pins for forming process holes into the two groups of mold pin passing holes on the bottom mold respectively; the lower end of the outer die is inserted and connected to the outer side of the threaded ring, so that a pressing cavity is defined by the working surface of the upper plate surface of the bottom die, the working surface of the inner ring of the threaded ring annular assembly, the working surface of the inner wall of the lower end of the outer die and the working surface of the lower end of the upper die. The compression molding mold effectively solves the problem that sealing plug cover parts with threads at two ends are difficult to mold, and is convenient to withdraw.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to a compression mold for a nonmetal part with threads at two ends, belonging to the field of mold design.
Background
A certain sealing blocking cover product is a ring-shaped element which is processed into a plurality of step platforms by adopting non-metallic materials, one end of the sealing blocking cover is processed with internal threads, and the other end of the sealing blocking cover is processed with external threads; and a plurality of process grooves and process holes are formed in the outer ring and the inner ring of the sealing plug cover. Due to the special structure of the sealing plug cover, when the part is machined by the traditional process, only a machining method can be adopted, the machining method is more in working procedures, long in machining period and not suitable for batch production, machined threads are easy to crack and deform, and the use requirement cannot be met. Therefore, the method of compression molding is adopted to meet the use requirement. However, if the conventional compression mold structure is adopted for molding, because the part is provided with the internal thread at one end and the external thread at the other end, the mold can not be removed after compression molding, and thus, one-time compression molding can not be realized. In addition, the process groove and the blind hole on the part are easy to cause local crushing during mold unloading, and the product quality requirement cannot be met. Therefore, a new mold structure is needed to solve the above problems and meet the requirements.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a compression mold for processing a sealing plugging part with threads at two ends by adopting a compression molding method, and provides a compression mold for a nonmetal part with threads at two ends.
The purpose of the invention is realized by the following technical scheme:
the invention relates to a compression molding die for a nonmetal part with threads at two ends, which comprises a bottom die, a thread-shaped ring, an outer die, an upper die and a die pin, wherein the bottom die is provided with a bottom hole;
the center of the upper plate surface of the bottom die is provided with a working surface matched with the lower end of a pressed piece, the bottom die is vertically provided with two groups of die pin through holes, and the distribution positions of the two groups of die pin through holes are respectively matched with the distribution positions of the front end and the outer side process holes of the pressed piece;
the thread-type ring is a ring-shaped combined piece formed by splicing two semicircular sub-pieces, the outer wall of the thread-type ring-shaped combined piece is processed with a holding ring groove used for bundling the two semicircular sub-pieces to form a holding ring, the inner ring of the thread-type ring-shaped combined piece is processed with a working surface matched with the lower section of the outer wall of a pressed piece and comprising an external thread section, the inner wall of the lower end of the thread-type ring-shaped combined piece is provided with a fixture block mounting groove with a distribution position matched with the distribution position of a process groove of the inner wall of the front end of the pressed piece, and the thread-type ring-shaped combined piece is also provided with a mold pin through;
the inner wall of the lower end of the outer die is provided with a ring positioning groove matched with the thread ring in shape, and a working surface matched with the upper section of the outer wall of the pressed piece is processed above the ring positioning groove on the inner wall of the lower end of the outer die;
the lower end of the upper die is provided with a working surface matched with the upper end of the pressed piece;
the two semicircular sub-pieces of the threaded ring are encircled into a circular ring-shaped combined piece through a clamping ring, and the circular ring-shaped combined piece of the threaded ring is arranged on the upper plate surface of the bottom die; inserting two groups of first die pins and second die pins for forming process holes into the two groups of die pin passing holes on the bottom die respectively, so that the annular assembly of the threaded ring is circumferentially positioned by the second die pins, and a fixture block for processing a process groove on the outer wall of the front end of the pressed piece is inserted in a fixture block mounting groove on the inner wall of the lower end of the annular assembly of the threaded ring; the lower end of the outer die is inserted and connected to the outer side of the threaded ring, so that a pressing cavity is defined by the working surface of the upper plate surface of the bottom die, the working surface of the inner ring of the threaded ring annular assembly, the working surface of the inner wall of the lower end of the outer die and the working surface of the lower end of the upper die.
And a handle convenient for die unloading is processed on the outer wall of the outer die.
The outer die is matched with the upper plate surface of the bottom die through a shoulder structure.
In order to facilitate the die unloading and the positioning, the ring positioning groove of the outer die and the outer wall of the threaded ring are positioned in a matched manner through a conical surface.
In order to facilitate die assembly and positioning, the inner wall of the upper end inlet of the outer die is matched and positioned with the outer wall of the upper die through a conical surface.
Working process
When pressing, firstly adding a mould pressing material into a pressing cavity, and descending the upper die to complete pressing; when the mold is withdrawn, the mold closing state of the upper mold is maintained, the bottom mold, the first mold pin and the second mold pin are detached firstly, and then the upper mold, the pressed piece and the threaded ring are ejected out of the lower end of the outer mold together; then the clamping ring is disassembled, and the two semicircular parts and the clamping block of the threaded ring are taken down; and finally, the upper die is unscrewed from the upper die, so that the upper die is separated from the pressed piece.
Advantageous effects
The compression molding mold effectively solves the problem that sealing plug cover parts with threads at two ends are difficult to mold, is convenient to remove, and has the advantages of simple process, good consistency, high quality precision, few processing procedures, low production cost, high production efficiency, good economic benefit and great popularization and application value.

Examples
As shown in figure 1, the compression mold for the nonmetal part with threads at two ends of the invention comprises a bottom mold 1, a threaded ring 5, an outer mold 7, an upper mold 8 and a mold pin;
a working surface matched with the lower end of a pressed piece is processed in the center of the upper plate surface of the bottom die 1, two groups of die pin through holes are vertically formed in the bottom die 1, and the distribution positions of the two groups of die pin through holes are respectively matched with the distribution positions of the front end and the outer side process holes of the pressed piece;
the threaded ring 5 is a circular ring-shaped assembly formed by splicing two semicircular sub-assemblies, the outer wall of the threaded ring 5 is processed with a holding ring groove used for bundling the two semicircular sub-assemblies to form a holding ring, the inner ring of the threaded ring 5 is processed with a working surface matched with the lower section of the outer wall of a pressed part and comprising an external thread section, the inner wall of the lower end of the threaded ring 5 is provided with a fixture block mounting groove of which the distribution position is matched with the distribution position of a process groove of the inner wall of the front end of the pressed part, and the threaded ring 5 is further provided with a die pin through hole matched with the distribution position of a process hole on the outer side of the pressed part;
the inner wall of the lower end of the outer mold 7 is provided with a ring positioning groove matched with the shape of the threaded ring 5, and a working surface matched with the upper section of the outer wall of the pressed piece is processed above the ring positioning groove on the inner wall of the lower end of the outer mold 7;
the lower end of the upper die 8 is provided with a working surface matched with the upper end of the pressed piece;
the two semicircular sub-pieces of the threaded ring 5 are encircled into a circular combined piece through a clamping ring 6, and the circular combined piece of the threaded ring 5 is arranged on the upper plate surface of the bottom die 1; inserting two groups of first die pins 2 and second die pins 3 for forming process holes into the two groups of die pin passing holes on the bottom die 1 respectively, so that the circular ring-shaped assembly of the threaded ring 5 is circumferentially positioned by the second die pins 3, and inserting a fixture block 4 for processing a process groove on the outer wall of the front end of the pressing piece into a fixture block mounting groove on the inner wall of the lower end of the circular ring-shaped assembly of the threaded ring 5; the lower end of the outer die 7 is inserted and connected to the outer side of the threaded ring 5, so that a working surface of the upper plate surface of the bottom die 1, a working surface of the inner ring of the annular assembly of the threaded ring 5, a working surface of the inner wall of the lower end of the outer die 7 and a working surface of the lower end of the upper die 8 enclose and form a pressing cavity.
And a handle 9 convenient for die unloading is processed on the outer wall of the outer die 7.
The outer die 7 is matched with the upper plate surface of the bottom die 1 through a shoulder structure.
In order to facilitate the die unloading and the positioning, the ring positioning groove of the outer die 7 is matched and positioned with the outer wall of the threaded ring 5 through a conical surface.
In order to facilitate die assembly and positioning, the inner wall of the upper end inlet of the outer die 7 is matched and positioned with the outer wall of the upper die 8 through a conical surface.
Working process
When pressing, firstly adding a mould pressing material into a pressing cavity, and descending the upper die 8 to finish pressing; when the mold is removed, the upper mold 8 is kept in a closed state, the bottom mold 1, the first mold pin 2 and the second mold pin 3 are removed, and then the upper mold 8, the pressed article and the screw-type ring 5 are ejected together from the lower end of the outer mold 7; then the clamping ring 6 is removed, and the two semi-annular parts of the threaded ring 5 and the clamping block 4 are taken down; and finally, the upper die 8 is unscrewed to separate the upper die 8 from the pressed piece.

1. A compression mold for nonmetal parts with threads at two ends is characterized in that: comprises a bottom die, a thread-shaped ring, an outer die, an upper die and a die pin;
the center of the upper plate surface of the bottom die is provided with a working surface matched with the lower end of a pressed piece, the bottom die is vertically provided with two groups of die pin through holes, and the distribution positions of the two groups of die pin through holes are respectively matched with the distribution positions of the front end and the outer side process holes of the pressed piece;
the thread-type ring is a ring-shaped combined piece formed by splicing two semicircular sub-pieces, the outer wall of the thread-type ring-shaped combined piece is processed with a holding ring groove used for bundling the two semicircular sub-pieces to form a holding ring, the inner ring of the thread-type ring-shaped combined piece is processed with a working surface matched with the lower section of the outer wall of a pressed piece and comprising an external thread section, the inner wall of the lower end of the thread-type ring-shaped combined piece is provided with a fixture block mounting groove with a distribution position matched with the distribution position of a process groove of the inner wall of the front end of the pressed piece, and the thread-type ring-shaped combined piece is also provided with a mold pin through;
the inner wall of the lower end of the outer die is provided with a ring positioning groove matched with the thread ring in shape, and a working surface matched with the upper section of the outer wall of the pressed piece is processed above the ring positioning groove on the inner wall of the lower end of the outer die;
the lower end of the upper die is provided with a working surface matched with the upper end of the pressed piece;
the two semicircular sub-pieces of the threaded ring are encircled into a circular ring-shaped combined piece through a clamping ring, and the circular ring-shaped combined piece of the threaded ring is arranged on the upper plate surface of the bottom die; inserting two groups of first die pins and second die pins for forming process holes into the two groups of die pin passing holes on the bottom die respectively, so that the annular assembly of the threaded ring is circumferentially positioned by the second die pins, and a fixture block for processing a process groove on the outer wall of the front end of the pressed piece is inserted in a fixture block mounting groove on the inner wall of the lower end of the annular assembly of the threaded ring; the lower end of the outer die is inserted and connected to the outer side of the threaded ring, so that a pressing cavity is defined by the working surface of the upper plate surface of the bottom die, the working surface of the inner ring of the threaded ring annular assembly, the working surface of the inner wall of the lower end of the outer die and the working surface of the lower end of the upper die.
