6. A method of making a rosemary-based sleep aid pillow as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 5, comprising the steps of:
the method comprises the following steps: preparing raw materials for manufacturing a rosemary latex pillow inner (5), wherein the raw materials comprise resin, rosemary industrial essence, a vulcanizing agent, a gel, an antioxidant and latex;
step two: pouring the raw materials except the rosemary industrial essence into a stirring container, primarily mixing, adding the odor adsorption block, continuously stirring uniformly, and standing for thirty minutes;
step three: after thirty minutes, a filter is used for pressurizing and filtering the odor adsorption blocks in the mixture, and the mixture is poured back into the stirring container again;
step four: adding rosemary industrial essence, fully mixing for 5 minutes, and injecting the raw materials into a latex foaming machine for foaming;
step five: injecting the foamed latex into a latex mold, setting the processing temperature at 110 ℃, taking out the latex blocks from the mold after 20 minutes, and cleaning to obtain the rosemary latex pillow inner (5);
step six: preparing pure cotton and real silk fabrics, respectively, and cutting the pure cotton and real silk fabrics, wherein the size of the pure cotton and real silk fabrics is three inches larger than that of the latex block;
step seven: a pillow inner replacing opening (3) is formed in one side of the outer wall of the pure cotton surface layer (2) by a cutter, and the round hair adhesive tape (8) and the barbed hair adhesive tape (9) are sewn at the pillow inner replacing opening (3);
step eight: compounding the pure cotton surface layer (2) and the silk surface layer (7) together, after the edges are aligned, bonding and fixing the pure cotton surface layer and the silk surface layer by using a fabric adhesive to finish the manufacture of the pillowcase, wherein the adhesive is smeared at a position one inch away from the edges;
step nine: the rosemary latex pillow inner (5) is stuffed into the pillowcase from the pillow inner replacement opening (3), and the pillow inner replacement opening (3) is bonded by the barbed hook and loop fastener (9) and the round hook and loop fastener (8), so that the sleeping-aid pillow can be manufactured.
7. The method of making a rosemary-based sleep aid pillow as claimed in claim 6, wherein: in the first step, the raw material components comprise 10% of resin, 5% of rosemary industrial essence, 3% of a vulcanizing agent, 7% of a gelling agent, 5% of an antioxidant and 70% of latex.
8. The method of making a rosemary-based sleep aid pillow as claimed in claim 6, wherein: in the second step and the third step, the odor adsorption block is blocky activated carbon.
